I came here with my family in April 2024. The hotel is very clean and so are the rooms. From the moment we entered, the staff were really helpful. They helped us carry our baggages, brought food to our rooms whenever we asked (even if the items were not on the menu), and showed that they cared by taking care of every minor inconvenience. It's a very good place to stay also because of the location. There are fast food joints like Pizza Hut, Dominos, etc. at walking distance, ***** with general stores. The food here is also decent. The only reason I deducted a star is because I believe the interior can be improved a little, and they could provide handwash, bodywash, etc. in the bathrooms, and use a little less oil in certain food items (like paneer tikka masala). Thanks.

This place is at midst from railway station to hear ki paudi. The place is maintained well. The staff is really helpful and supportive. Food is amazing. Only drawback is since it is next to the main road, it is a bit noisy. Rest it was a really good experience.

Hotel staff is courteous, rooms are also neat and clean but the problem was that wash room is too small and uncomfortable. Hotel lacks lift and for elderly guests it is tough to climb.

One of good property In Shivalik Nagar very near to Har Ki Pauri i stayed till date. The greenery around the property is like awesome. The hospitality was good. We wanted a late check out and they agreed without charging extra money. Rooms were spacious. Experience was nice and comfortable place. Food was also delicious. We will fully recommend to others.

GGuest UserWe stayed in Kush Ganga from 21st-24th Dec'22. First of all, hotel is not fully accessible by car. You have to drop off other side of the bridge (if coming from Jolly Grant airport etc) and then walk about 300-400 metres , crossing the bridge to get to the hotel. However, hotel did sent their staffs to carry the luggage we had (and we had a quite a few of them, 5 big bags as travelling with 2 senior people and a kid!) Location of the hotel is very near to Har ki Pauri ghat, however, Ganges/Ghat is not directly visible from the hotel due to lanes in front of it. Pros - 1. Excellent behavior and service by hotel staffs - this includes from manager to the attendants for room service - very cordial , warm and always ready to help. 2. Good food (veg only, as entire Haridwar is veg) - restaurant is small but I would definitely say they server quite quickly and always ready to help with additional requests (like hot water, warming up the food if needed once more etc) 3. Location is very near to Har ki Pauri, nearest market area, nearby temples etc Cons - 1. Due to the location of the hotel - people with disability requiring a wheelchair or unable to walk/having a problem with knees due to age etc. might find it lil difficult to reach initially. Again , hotel staffs may arrange some rickshaw or something in that case if they are informed well in advance but keep in mind no matter where you are coming from - you have to walk up to the hotel at-least for 5-7 minutes. 2. They definitely need to install room heaters (can think of charging extra for using it but definitely need to provide it) - we visited in December and definitely felt the cold bed at night. Room heater is a must there and absolutely needed.

3) location wise it deserves 5 stars. Hotel ammenities wise it deserves 4. 4 stars 0. 6 stars i will deduct for parking as they have the bacement parking but it is not for beginners. 4) food is o key o key and as hotel claims to be 3 star so it will feels to be little bit costly than the taste but is okey. 5) as it is nearest to the upper road i. E. Main market road so you will find multiple options food within 350 metres of range. 6) it is in the restricted 4 wheeler zone so you only need to have the hotel number saved at your mobile because rare chance is they may ask you to contact hotel for confirmation but you will surely get entry because i got by telling the hotel name. The only issue i faced which can be easily outooked is the atm. There were multiple atm near by within radius of 500 metres but there was absence of cash. So i walked at the distance of 800 metres insearh of atm but luckily i found on i. E. S bi so will advice you to carry cash in advance
