I stayed at Citi Club located in the heart of the Kanpur city, and while it boasts premium class facilities, I was somewhat disappointed with the room size. The location is undoubtedly a major plus. The hotel's amenities are top-notch and attentive staff who go above and beyond to ensure your comfort. The fitness center is also excellent features. However, the room size left much to be desired. It felt cramped, especially if you're traveling with a lot of luggage or as a couple. Despite the small space, the room was beautifully and well-maintained, but it's important to manage your expectations in terms of size. In summary, if you prioritize location and premium amenities over room size, this hotel could be a great choice. Just be prepared for cozy quarters during your stay.

Amazing hospitality, I enjoyed entire stay. All the staff is very much Cooperative, specially Front desk.I would like say thanks for our pleasant stay. I will visit againThe breakfast buffet was sumptuous with lots of varieties. The ambience and decor of the hotel lobby is attractive. I highly recommend this hotel.

definitely one of the best hotels here. It is supposed to be about 5 years old. India is often loud, the street with the main entrance, even when there are parties in the hotel, at breakfast there is often television and loudspeakers in parallel. Breakfast usually has something for everyone, but not much meat. The hotel food in the evening is good, hotel guests get a discount. In the rooms the air conditioning is on and too loud, or off... and it quickly gets too warm. A ceiling fan can be set to low. There is a small gym and a pool, but it looks dirty. There are always short power outages, the internet is pretty unstable everywhere in Kanpur.

Stayed for couple of hours in this hotel while in transit. Had booked a superior room through Agoda. The location is very near to Kanpur station - hardly 5 mins by auto. The room tarrif is on the higher side. Even for couple of hours of stay they charged an extra person for my kid. Way too expensive compared to facilities they offer. You will surely get similar accommodation at a much lesser price nearby. Pros: Family hotel. Room( Superior) was small but cosy, nice and clean bathroom, courteous staff, quality of food is good and freshly prepared Cons: The reception person needs to be more courteous. The service specially food is tad slow, and above all price of food/rooms are on higher side.

Hotel is location is very good centre of city, very near to rave 3 mall. Rooms were having all basic amenities like toiletries, dental kit, shaving kit, clean towels, electric kettle, etc. I was stayed there for 2 days and booked executive room (old wing) and second day they upgraded my room, thanks to them. Executive room was not that much good as price point of view. Rooms ac was not working properly, took almost more than 7-8 hours to maintain room temperature pleasent. Very less pressure in wash room tapes. Bed, curtains, furniture, electric kettle were old and not maintained properly. But my upgraded room was good with all amenities. Hotel staff was courteous and over all good service. Hotel pool was so much dirty and i raised complaint at reception but they just ignored. Wi-fi was working excellent. Breakfast was with full of variety.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Little Chef Hotel on the 8th of May, arriving late into the night. Despite the hour, Mr. Aman, the receptionist, greeted me with a warm smile and exemplary hospitality. I highly recommend the little chef Hotel to anyone seeking a welcoming atmosphere, impeccable service, and a truly unforgettable experience. GGuest UserThis isGreat hotel, wonderful stay,cleban ,goodnn food most of the staff are cooperative except Ms shazia..not only was she rude but most uncoperative..we had booked 3 rooms which were booked almost 3 months in advance....on speaking to her then she said 3400 would be the tarrif per room with breakfast for twin sharing we graciously agreed but on arrival she quoted 3500 about which we were upset coz we had narrowed down on Geet after reviewing several hotels..howevet so far so good but on 2nd of nov Ms Shazia messed up.all our good feelings just coz we cancelled a taxi we asked her to book for us as it was far too expensive ...saying this coz we got one for the whole day for half the amt she told us ..after that she adopted a rude behaviour towards us n was sulking....in fact we had to wish her good morning/evening etc....we even told her she is one bad apple amongst the entire staff..who gave us a feel good feeling..MrPandey was most helpful and kind, pl reward him with a promotion....as he is an asset to your hotel.

GGuest UserHotel location is nice-that’s why i chooses this hotel-i was booked first time and i was check in 13th aug and the ac cooling is not working properly at the time the care taker is chases to change the room and i changed -the service is very good, room cleaning as well that’s why i was thinking to continue to stay till end of the month expecting good behaviour, cleaning and service as well

GGuest UserI had booked the hotel for three days by mmt. It is located away from city crowd but not too far. Check in was hassle free within no time. Reception and staff had warm behaviour ready to help in all possible ways. Room tariffs were also reasonable. Ac in my room was not working and after complain they changed and upgrade the room with no extra cost. Cleaniness was great. Restaurant food was also very tasty.
