Services of hotel is good. There is scope in improvement in serving morning tea in time or provide necessary items in room itself for making tea by the guest himself as and when required. No thanks

Very good location with parking. The restaurant provides tasty food at reasonable rates. Areas of improvement include better lights in rooms, toiletries must be upgraded, travel guide and reception can be better. To attract new guests multi lingual reception.

Excellent Ambience, Excellent Food with cordial well behaved staff. we stayed for 2 nights at Greendale Resort, Pachmarhi at Hill view cottage. Good facility with heater for cold climate. Breakfast was awesome with many varieties especially we liked Aloo Vada and Veg Cutlet. we had 2 ala cart dinner and enjoyed food. Pachmarhi has 2 sightseeing norms- Forest area and Non Forest area. we had only 1 day for sightseeing so we selected historical non forest area of Pachmarhi sightseeing with 1200 Rs for day in gypsy. Non forest area can be covered through rented gypsy or own car or rented cab. Bison Lodge & Museum is walking distance from resort from where forest sightseeing gypsy are booked. Forest area gypsy charges are not fixed by MP Govt, it keeps fluctuating as per weekends and festivals. Per Gypsy charge is 3000 Rs sightseeing + 1200 Rs forest charge entrance = 4200 Rs for a day. if you alight from Pipariya Railway station, cabs will be charging both ways Rs 1000-1200 one way. ( I feel it's high for 55 kms drop) Kids Play area should be included in resort with slides and swings or so that they can spend time in nature with games. Overall if you are in Pachmarhi, I highly recommend Greendale Resort for your stay.

Hi. The best thing for a girls educationist like me was the place being entirely manned by women. Congratulations to the entire team for a tremendous experience to guests. The Chef Mrs Lakshmi was very competent with all the menu planning and meals served. From booking a room to reception to stay to food, every aspect deserves appreciation and kudos to all at Amaltas. Even the suggested local travel person Mr Rai was very considerate throughout. Such a holiday is a real pleasure for senior citizens like us travelling by ourselves. Ms Jyoti Jaiswal is doing a fine job in managing everything. God bless all of them.

5/5 stars to the amazing property and hospitable staff. It’s lush green with amazing garden and infrastructure. During our family visit for 4 days, the staff took care of us dedicatedly. Special thanks to Mr Nitin, Mr Santosh and Mr Kashiram for thier untiring support and hospitality.

Best hotel I've stayed in yet. The food is delicious and hygiene is the best part. I felt the cozy ambience like never before. It was so peacefull, no vehicle noises and Best staff. Definitely will rate 10 of 10 and share my experience with others. Thank you.
