The service was very good . Though there were few misses on mentioning to the team they were immediately attended to. Worth for money. The room ambiance was good as shown in their photos. Special mention to the service team in the morning buffet so we’re kind and patient and special mention Ms. Nethra who ***aged the floor very well and did a wonderful service not only to us but to all the clients who were there.😊👌. This charming little boutique hotel is centrally located in the gorgeous fonatinhas area of Panaji. Rooms are clean and super comfy. Especially loved the meticulously designed interiors and handpicked decor that have an old world charm which alludes to it's Portuguese heritage - right down to the gorgeous tiles(Bharat tiles I'm told) used in every room 😍. The breakfast is simple but good. A special mention: Raj and the 2 attendants(sorry forgot their names) were so polite and accomodating, we felt right at home. From guiding us on what to do/where to eat to arranging cabs for us, Raj was an excellent host! On one occasion he even arranged for simple, home cooked food for us when we had an upset stomach. We were really well taken care of 🙂. We would love to visit again and will definitely recommend this hotel to all our family and friends. 👍👍 (2 nights/delexue room)

I had a lovely time staying at Prainha Resort by the Sea for 4 nights in February 2024 to attend a wedding, also held at the resort. I booked a 'deluxe sea-facing room' and was not disappointed. The room was incredibly spacious with a king-sized bed, a sofa, two arm chairs, a desk and chair, private bathroom and large private balcony overlooking the gardens, restaurant and ocean. The room was incredibly clean and was serviced daily, with two large bottles of water delivered every morning, which was a lovely touch. Our room had air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a mini fridge, with ample storage and wardrobe space. We didn't utilise the restaurant - we only ate at the resort during the two wedding days (for free, provided by the bride and groom). We went elsewhere on our other days because we felt that Prainha's food and drink was rather overpriced compared to other establishments in walkable distance. For example, a can of Coke at Prainha cost 177 Rupees (£1.70) but was 30 Rupees (£0.30) everywhere else. The cost of the room was very good - for me and my friend who shared the most expensive style of room, it came to £152 each for 4 nights with breakfast included. Sensational! The gardens were maintained well. The pool was gorgeous and warm, and you have access to a beach on your doorstep - largely covered in plastic that had washed up but there are people who clean the beach daily, I think, so it wasn't too much of a problem. Staff were lovely and accommodating, helping to arrange taxis etc. If I ever found myself in Goa again, I would love to stay at this resort. A slice of paradise.

I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful and underrated this property is. It’s in the primest of locations next to the Taj, the university and the residences of who’s who of Goa. The staff upgraded me to a suite room quickly and gave me this massive house of a room! It was a spacious, well ventilated room with three balconies! Couldn’t have asked for a better more comfortable stay on my last day in Goa. Location is one minute from the nearest beach, with trees all around the property giving you a local Goa feel than being all shiny and synthetic. Food and service are both A grade. Highly recommend.

The staff at this hotel are fantastic and really helpful I had a bit of issues with the WiFi. The hotel is not in a close proximity to much and the taxi system is not efficient meaning that getting around is really hard. You can only use GoaMiles which doesn’t have ***y drivers in this area, alternatively you can use more expensive taxis. Based on this, I would not recommend this hotel based on ease of getting around and proximity.
