The rooms are very clean and nice. The hotel staff was very cooperative and the room service was also very good. We got good help from Miss Shalini at the reception regarding check in and checkout time so that we did not face any problem. The food at the hotel was also very good.

This is hotel which is perfect for your family for a nice summer holiday. However, the rooms are average and not the most exciting as from what i have seen in other resorts. The service is amazing and there is always people around to help you despite some of the inconveniences caused by a couple employees in regards of asking id card at checkout. It's definitely worth checking out and filled with activities to do. I might have had too high expectations but it's still an awesome place to be. Solid 7. 5/10, but might be higher for you.

It was very nice stay in sarovar as their staff was very professional and helpful. Room service was nice. Food was very tasty. Enjoyed my stay. Morning breakfast was very tasty with lots of delicious items. At the time of checkout they asked for late check out charges even i already told night staff that checkout will be little delay of 1.5 hrs only. So i think it should not happen when their staff already commit for the late check out before 2 pm without any charges. Rest all things are excellent. Thanks 😊

I found this Hotel very comfortable and convenient. I prefer to stay here whenever I visit Raipur. Staff is very cooperative and helpful Would like to mention the name of Riya Madam and Bhavna Madam Who not only found my keys but Aadhar card as well which I left at lobby by mistake . Both have given full attention on this matter. Once again thank you so much !

The property is centrally located with easy access to public transport. They have an in house veg restaurant and the quality of the food as well as the portions served are good. The breakfast buffet is adequate but limited. The staff is pleasant and courteous and we did not face any major issues. On the down side, the rooms were a tad small for 2 adults. There was limited moving space. The lights too could have been more brighter. The tv and the electric kettle in the room were non functional. In-spite of informing them of the same, both were not rectified during our stay.

GGuest UserThere is nothing international about the hotel except clocks at reception showing time of different countries. Linens in all the rooms showed to me were dirty, had spots, hair on them as if they are not cleaned regularly. Cockroach and cigarette stub found in the room. Telephone in the room wasn’t working. Mobile number provided was not answered. Correct wi-fi pw was not provided despite requesting several times. Failed to provide me the food menu at room despite request. Entire hotel has this damp smell and smell of liquor. Only good thing was that they accommodated my request for the room change and linen change.
