An excellent place to stay peacefully with family. Rooms are clean and spacious. Food is good yet cheap. Staff's behaviour is ok.

it was just unexpectedly awesome, there behaviour was so much good and polite ..i want to share my experience.. actually i lost my mobile phone in a auto.and then when i came back to my hotel room,i realised that i lost my phone.. and i informed to reseption.and just within 6 minutes..they find my ph .. they are friendly..❣️

hotel room is very good. nice behaviour of the staff. the room needs some decoration and colour. water supper is good. bathroom is ok but very small. night lamp is 👍 ok. sufficient lighting and warm materials to cover in the night. but no ventilation is there in the room. good provision for bikes. i took my bike with me and it was secured there. good place . ❤️👌😊.

Lovely hotel. The rooms are new, well maintained & aesthetically designed. The common areas - staircases, restaurant, etc. are also pleasing. Food quality in restaurants is good. Service is absolutely superb. The hotel staff are very friendly & professional. We had absolutely no problem staying with my 2 year old daughter. The hotel cook accomodated her meals as well (low spice, no chilli). She even made friends with a few of the staff. Highly recommended. Only con, I can mention is - it is a bit far from Bolpur station (~5 km), but it is near to Shonibarer haat. And it is in the lap of nature, the scenic beauty is good, also not far from town's amienties.

We went to this Hotel based on a close friend's recommendation who has been a regular visitor to Santiniketan but never really stayed here, must be a lore from the past, but we went there ignoring all the review comments, hoping things couldnt be really bad, after all, all we needed was a neat and clean room and the prices were quite high for 2 nights. First I made a wrong booking for 2 BR and to change that to 3 BR had to make numerous calls, since the online thing doesnt work, then when we went there, we realized there is a huge property, type like a resort of country bungalows, huge ones but with only 1 person for service and we were the only guests in 20+ days; there were lizards and roaches, there was a great jacuzzi sort of shower, but it didnt work, every single thing we ordered was damn fresh, because even the tea, biscuits had to be procured to be served; very handicapped or senior unfriendly, every room, we had to climb 4-5 steps; the dining room was like a dark and old place and we were the centre piece; it was a very pathetic stay and pathetic service, the manager wouldnt ever come, so no business, so hardly any staff, and no service, so no guests and no business, its caught in a loop, but a really lovely resort fallen into dilapidated conditions, sad story, but definitely not recommended, since there are really good hotels at the same or lesser price, right in the centre

I visited Tarapith and Bolpur in Dec2021. It was a family trip. I had a 7 years old kid and senior citizen parents wirh me. Basically i booked this hotel online through their website . The best part is you can book the property by room number from wesite. One recommendation will be to book rooms on 1st Floor. That will give you the best views ( example : Room no 5 &6). The Hotel is decorated with a rural concept and you will get the feeling of mud house. So do not expect any high end luxury in the room. But you will have basic amenities like - AC/ mini fridge/ geyser etc. The USP of this property is its food. It is budget friendly yet yummy taste. If you are not a resident of the hotel then you will need to collect advance lunch token to get your chance. I am told by the manager that they have served lunch to 1000+ people on 25th Dec. People from all over Bolpur come to taste food here. The Sonsjhuri Haat is just outside the Hotel campus. In fact you can enjoy Baul Dance and Tribal Dhamsha Madol dance sitting on your balcony. The room rent is also decent. You will get Rooms in the range of INR 2000 - 2500. They have POS facility for all payments. The only challenge i faced was the service timeline. May to due to extreme rush on account of festive season they were unable to serve breakfast/ Lunch / Dinner on time and they have denied to accept orders in few instances.
