A little old but still efficient structure, in a perfect position in the full pedestrian area in the center of Abano Terme, ideal for spending a few days in the large thermal pool, Cute and excited staff simple kitchen of excellent ingredients, we spent a few days in wonderful relaxation.

I didn't like the room very small very 2.5*3.5 meters, , shower without a pod, water leaks on the floor. The suitcase is nowhere to open. The balcony is not there, the window goes to the roof, the window on top of the bathroom goes to the general corridor. The sound isolation is very bad. The room is clean, the air conditioner works. The safe is not available. The refrigerator is not available. The TV is on the desktop. It's the impression that the warehouse has turned the clock room. There is an open pool with hydromassage, close at 21. On the street 300 meters from the cemetery, 15 meters from the bus stop.

Ho soggiornato un fine settimana presso l'hotel Due Torri con la mia ragazza. Che dire se non SPETTACOLARE. Pranzi e cene da ristoranti stellati, cura per i dettagli e acqua termale rilassante. Su consiglio ho anche eseguito un fango e un massaggio, in quanto dopo alcuni esercizi in palestra mi sentivo un po' contratto. La visita da parte del medico termale è stata meticolosa e professionale con esame obiettivo completo di torace e addome, misurazione della pressione, della frequenza cardiaca e un' anamnesi delle patologie ben fatta. Il medico mi aveva già anticipato che l’effetto per una sola seduta non può essere completo ma lo consiglio a tutti comunque come momento di relax e benessere. Davvero un'ottima esperianza anche per giovani come noi che cercano un momento di relax.

This was my fourth stay in two years. I'm from California, and traveling the distance is well worth it! the facilities are welcoming, luxe, and charming. This hotel has become my top choice over other well-known hot springs hotels like Terme di Saturnia and Indian Springs. The price, staff friendliness, and impressive pools make the property an undiscovered treasure. It feels like coming home every time. And, even when the hotel is completely full, the pools have never been crowded. Plus, it's incredibly easy to reach. It may not benefit me to say this, but don't hesitate to stay here!

I spent my birthday weekend at the Abano Grand Hotel for the first time and definitely not the last!! First off, the hotel is gorgeous all around. I felt immediately relaxed as I entered the property and welcomed by the highly professional and courteous staff. Secondly, the room, the pool and spa areas, the food and oh my goodness live music performed very well by the young lady and the gentleman (I failed to ask for their names) while I wait for the dining area to open. The piano virtuoso who entertained the guest during dinner and the attentive staff at the dining and breakfast areas! Finally, the best treat of the weekend for me was the spa area served by their amazingly sweet, kind and skilled masseuses (Anna Maria and Anna Maria). Thank you to both Anna Maria's for the excellent customer service and the most relaxing treatments you both have provided with such care! I feel rejuvenated! I must mention one particular lady I met in the hallway (I failed to ask for her name) who got my attention when she stopped me and asked if I would like to change my robe for a size smaller. She then knocked at my door and gave me 2 smaller robes!! I, thank you greatly and apologize that I did not get your name. Someone paid close attention to ensure not only comfort but safety of a guest! I could've tripped over the long robes I had and fallen on the floor or stairs! Again, thank you!!! I will return and will highly recommend!!!!

The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. The menu is wide and I would say quality. A lot of choice in the buffet, and dessert. Restaurant and well-treated rooms. The difference cmq is in my opinion the staff. nice, available and really patient. In the room, at the reception, bar, pool and rooms. The basic idea is that there is a certain philosophy. The customer care. Many of us, in addition to the numerous services offered, keep a memory of familiarity and humanity of this structure. The country is going on also thanks to these people. The hotel has a very nice classical equipment. Unfortunately, the service has not promised us at all. Not suitable for families with children. When check-in we had to know that we had to pay extra 100,- EUR per night for our 5-year-old daughter in our booked Junior suite. She does not need extra bed, breakfast a bread and has needed 3 towels in 4 nights. The service staff was very unfriendly and had no grace yet to speak well. Something was wrong with the booking. I think I have been looking for a hotel room for 2 adults and a child. I wasn't surprised that only 2 people were on the confirmation, because we in Germany pay per room and not per person. The lady then accompanys us to the room. When we asked her to put a bed over both beds, she said no problem, went and was no longer seen. Before she had insisted to bring us into the room and explain everything to us. So we were not explained either WiFi or the beautiful SPA area. Also at breakfast the staff was very distant. I felt that the other guests were treated much more friendly. I think we weren't the hotel's target group. We'll never return there and I'm annoyed about the 1400,- EUR we paid for 4 nights. We wanted to use the hotel to get some recovery after long metering days. That was not the case.
