I had 2 days business meeting in Villa Braida. Eveything was PERFECT to mitigate the stress of working time. The food was great with a quality you would not expect. Meeting room prepared as we requested. Room comfortable and clean. On top of everything, the staff, that was making us comfortable as at home. SUPER! For transfer from/to airport or Venice I also would recomend to ask for mr Lucio, friendly and professional!

We stayed here from 30th June to 4th July 2022 while we were attending a wedding outside Mogliano. We had room 101 and 102 (joined). It was a fantastic place to stay. Being from Scotland, especially during the Italian heatwave, we were so appreciative of the air conditioning throughout the hotel. The décor was beautiful with Venetian Glass chandeliers and light fittings everywhere. The paintings and general appearance were both fitting and well kept. While staying there my son came down with tonsillitis and the staff were amazing helping us get access to a doctor on a Sunday! They were always so attentive and helpful and could speak really good English (which was good as my Italian is very poor). I will be eternally grateful for their assistance to us. The food and dining was brilliant. Every type of breakfast was available, fresh and tasty (try the cherries!). The grounds were well kept and beautiful. I loved hearing the cicadas in the trees and seeing the frogs in the pond. It's only a 2 minute walk to the centre of Mogliano where there are great pizzerias (we recommend Del Pinos) and a supermarket open 7 days. We really hope to go back one day. We have stayed there for 5 nights. Room was dated, looked like time has stopped there in the 90s and cleanliness level was average as well. The staff were kind and helpful in general but their service quality should be better, they didn't clean the stain on the floor for 2 days and the last day we even ran out of toilet paper which shouldn't have had happend even in a 2 star hotel... There was working A/C and a small fridge which was a plus. Breakfast was good, however some products had gone fast like cheese or ham and we had to wait for a while till they bring more. The biggest pros were location, hotel is just a few steps from train station from where you can get to Venice Santa Lucia station in approx. 25 min and reasonable price.

Absolutely love this hotel. The entire experience from start to finish was amazing. Clean, modern, tech savvy! Close to everything with a train. David was extremely knowledgeable and gave us some fantastic recommendations for what to do, so if like us you were stuck please ask for him. The free parking is great too. The only feedback I would give is some warm items for breakfast! Thank you to the cleaner who made sure our room was tidy and filled with the things we needed. Denise, Jildas and another gentleman whose name I unfortunately cannot remember were very helpful too! This hotel actually understands what hospitality is. If you’re visiting Venice but don’t want the hustle and bustle but convenience this is for you!

The hotel enjoys a convenient location in close proximity to the station. While the rooms are satisfactory, it is truly the exceptional staff who elevate the overall experience. Notably, Mary and an incredibly helpful tall gentleman, whose name unfortunately escapes me, went above and beyond to assist us. A shining example of their dedication was when we found ourselves lost in the middle of the night. Mary, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction, promptly arranged for her husband to come to our rescue since there were no available taxis at that late hour. Their remarkable service truly made a lasting impression.

We stayed here in an emergency situation after our flight was delayed for a day. They were able to accommodate 10 of us in four rooms easily. We arrived far earlier than check in but this did not phase them. Nothing was too much trouble, from the receptionist sorting us a complimentary drink each and finding a room for our suitcases, to the lifeguard getting us towels sorted for the pool and the bar staff getting us a football for our Grandson to play football with. Lunch was excellent value for money, high quality snacks and large portion sizes. Rooms were clean and well furnished. Lots of little extras included slippers, dressing gowns, biscuits, shaving kits and toothbrush sets as well as traditional toiletries. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. We could not fault anything about our visit.

The food and dining was brilliant. Every type of breakfast was available, fresh and tasty (try the cherries!). The grounds were well kept and beautiful. I loved hearing the cicadas in the trees and seeing the frogs in the pond. It's only a 2 minute walk to the centre of Mogliano where there are great pizzerias (we recommend Del Pinos) and a supermarket open 7 days. We really hope to go back one day. GGuest UserWe have stayed there for 5 nights. Room was dated, looked like time has stopped there in the 90s and cleanliness level was average as well. The staff were kind and helpful in general but their service quality should be better, they didn't clean the stain on the floor for 2 days and the last day we even ran out of toilet paper which shouldn't have had happend even in a 2 star hotel... There was working A/C and a small fridge which was a plus. Breakfast was good, however some products had gone fast like cheese or ham and we had to wait for a while till they bring more. The biggest pros were location, hotel is just a few steps from train station from where you can get to Venice Santa Lucia station in approx. 25 min and reasonable price.

I had 2 days business meeting in Villa Braida. Eveything was PERFECT to mitigate the stress of working time. The food was great with a quality you would not expect. Meeting room prepared as we requested. Room comfortable and clean. On top of everything, the staff, that was making us comfortable as at home. SUPER! For transfer from/to airport or Venice I also would recomend to ask for mr Lucio, friendly and professional!

The hotel enjoys a convenient location in close proximity to the station. While the rooms are satisfactory, it is truly the exceptional staff who elevate the overall experience. Notably, Mary and an incredibly helpful tall gentleman, whose name unfortunately escapes me, went above and beyond to assist us. A shining example of their dedication was when we found ourselves lost in the middle of the night. Mary, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction, promptly arranged for her husband to come to our rescue since there were no available taxis at that late hour. Their remarkable service truly made a lasting impression.
