Two night stay here as part of a longer Venice stay. Had the second floor suite with balcony facing the water. Well equipped kitchen and suite, lots of quirky design features, and a great view. Only small niggle was that the balcony was too small to sit on and enjoy (as often the case in Venice). Waterbus connection is very regular and throughout the night (to my surprise!). There is a supermarket directly next to the Suites to buy any supplies for breakfast etc. There are also some reasonable restaurant choices dotted around Murano, which was pretty quiet once the glass factory tours had finished. Thanks!

The most boring hotel, written more than 3 kilometers from the train station, but to sit for more than an hour. On a small island, there is no sign, it is very difficult to find, the room is very very small, just a bed, at the end. The service staff opened a ticket of 7 euros and said it was a local tax. There is no such tax in other hotels in Europe, and it feels slaughtered.

This hotel is quite unusual architecture, we loved all the different spaces. When you go into the reception area, look up beautiful Murano glass circles light up the area. Just a short walk from the vaporetto stop.
The rooms are very nicely decorated, the beds are super comfortable. Very quiet.
There’s a cool bar/ terrace overlooking the Laguna -we enjoyed cocktails there a couple of evenings. The drinks are pricey though.
Would highly recommend staying on murano for a few nights, go visit in Burano and other islands nearby, what a magical treat. We had stayed on Venice island for a few days, so it was nice to get away from the crowds.
The hotel arranged a wooden boat water taxi to the airport, which was the highlight of my fabulous stay in Venice.
This place is in Murano NOT Venice! i say that because i didnt know that when i booked. i was actually happy with the location but you should know. I think this place quality wise was great for it's location. it is not a 5 star hotel but it has many amenities, the rooms are spacious and clean. the water taxi is convenient. there is a bar downstairs open all day for coffee and through nighttime cocktails and you can sit outside. the main restaurant was disappointing. food was not that flavorful. But i would stay here again.
This was our favourite place to stay when we visited Italy – it had everything. First off, the location – on Murano this was great. There’s a water bus to/from the airport, the station, to the main islands of Venice, Burano and St. Marks, so everywhere seems close. Murano itself is a lovely series of islands and most of it closes in the evening, so it’s quiet and free of tourists. The hotel has a lovely breakfast terrace on the lagoon, so you can see all the boats going by in the morning. The breakfast itself is good and great value for the price. We were able to contact the hotel through WhatsApp prior to arrival, so we knew exactly how to get there. On arrival we got a welcome drink, maps and some tips of what to do during our stay. The owner doesn’t speak much English, so most of our exchanges were short or they rely on Google Translate, which is fine. On the last day we thanked them properly through Google Translate and got big hugs. The room was great, comfy bed and windows kept out what little sound there was. A great place to end two weeks of travelling.

I have lived in Europe the best, most cost-effective Youth Hostel, 177 nights in a two-person room, hotel-level environment, will also provide you with bath towels, each bed has a charging plug, as well as tables, chairs and cabinets, also There are several people in the common kitchen. The entire hotel is large and full of the charm of old European architecture. It is a youth hostel that allows people to stay for another night.

We had a wonderful stay at hotel Heureka. It is an old building with high ceilings and other cool features carefully and beautifully renovated and decorated. It is in Canneraggio away from the hustle and bustle of central Venice. It is an oasis of peace and refinement. You have to walk a little further to get to the city center but there is a lovely restaurant district nearby. The best part was meeting the hotel and kitchen managers especially Marco and Beata. They were so attentive helpful and kind and their recommendations and tips made our trip. I highly recommend Heureka and hope to go back myself one day.
