The bedroom is almost the same as the other, but there is a small room other than the shower room, there is a small kitchen and a round table, and it was very important because small things can be placed. There is also a elevator on the left and right ２ machines in a large hotel with a semicircular diameter. But there was no room number of my own because the hotel room number was not lined up in order, and when I asked the front desk, it was in the back. It's the first time that the room number is so difficult to understand. I recommend looking for it slowly

This is a very special and difficult structure to review. I often come to work and I have found people really special and others really disappointing. A very clean hotel, pleasantly served but only by those who really care for their work. It is a huge thanks to Onar and Mimmo ... two fantastic and human people. The rest leaves a lot to desire... find personal people who don't even salute you... consider you a weight...! Whoever doesn't live in this structure will never understand what I mean!

Really nice place, comfortable, clean and affordable. Good location for public transport - 10 minute walk from Tram stop into Duomo centre. Staff were so kind and helpful- nothing was too much trouble. They catered to our specific requests on how we like our tea/ coffee. We had to leave very early one morning so didn’t have time for breakfast we asked the night before if there was anything we could possibly take with us and they offered a variety of biscuit bars and little muffins. They didn’t need to do this but were even kind enough to only charge us a couple of Euros rather than the usual €7 for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again if we visit Milan again! We as a family of four visited Acca hotels for this year summer holidays to visit Milan city. I would like to rate 5 star because it's excellent in customer service, breakfast( variety of selection must try fruits selection - Kiwi) , cleanliness(our rooms were made everyday during our visit) I would like to mention about the commute we did using public transport was so cost effective.( tickets can be purchased from a coffee shop in supermarkets right in front of hotel) The hotel is around 30 min away from linate Airport and Milan City centrale or if you are planning visit to Dumo. ( we used Google navigator for direction it was perfect in terms of finding Tram stops). We used uber taxi for Airport transfers., it will cost around 39 euros one side. To commute to milan railway station and Dumo we used bus number 99 & 222 ( there is bus ever 20 min) right in front of hotel. This bus will drop you at Vigento bus stop and there is tram station right in front ( tram number 24) and it takes around 54 minutes to reach Milan Central ( hotel to central) It costed 15 euro ( full day ticket to use in bus tram) and kids travelled free. Overall good holidays. 😊 Overall Milan has got the best transportation facilities.

Excellent location for those who, like us, have had to carry out healthcare services at the Humanitas Institute. The internal parking is very convenient. Spacious, clean room, comfortable bed, average breakfast, very kind reception staff. Negative sides: the structure in general needs a refresh, both from an aesthetic point of view (of course, optional), but above all from a plant engineering point of view. The bathrooms are very old, both in terms of finishes and bathroom fixtures; tiny shower with no shower head, particularly problematic if you have to wash yourself in pieces after surgery. The worst is the level of soundproofing: crazy noise coming from neighboring rooms (above? On the side?) when the toilet was flushed in their bathroom. It's a shame because the structure has so much potential, but certain things are no longer acceptable for a 3-star hotel in 2022.

I had an immediate need to search a room for 3 people for a trip to Milan. Booked just one day before and without much comparison given the hurry. Find this structure that was near where I was served and in zone B. He had a great price on trip and I didn't expect much. It was a very beautiful surprise. Big, clean and clean room. Fantastic shower experience. It is located next to a padel structure where you go for the reception. I didn't know about breakfast, but they made me find a variety of cookies, merendy, thee, cupcakes and fruit juices of a variety of quality. I take this opportunity to thank them for their hospitality. Of course I will come back as soon as we need a good price/quality accommodation in Milan
