Très belle chambre avec vue sur la mer. literie confortable avec oreillers supplémentaires. Il manquerait juste de quoi poser les trousses de toilettes dans la salle de bain et un porte serviettes autre que le radiateur séchant. Le petit déjeuner se prend dans l'hôtel Miramare juste à côté (traverser le parking) qui fait partie de la même suite d'hôtels. Luxury suites propose 3 gammes de prix avec 3 bâtiments différents : Miramare noté 5 étoiles où se prend le petit déjeuner sur une terrasse face à la mer. un second établissement et un dernier où nous avons séjourné. L'hôtel dispose de places de parking à l'intérieur de l'enceinte (fermé avec portail) un peu juste cependant. l'accueil est super, chambre très propre, bien insonorisée. L'emplacement est parfait, à peine 50 m de la zone piétonne et de la plage.

Hotel prenotato parecchio tempo prima. Dovevo pagare tutto all'arrivo invece hanno deciso di loro spontanea idea di prelevare i soldi piu di una settimana prima. Arrivati in hotel ho pagato subito (prima ancora di arrivare alla mia camera) tutto il resto che mancava da pagare, e infatti guarda caso cosa succede? Arriviamo nella stanza e NULLA È COME DESCRITTO. Stanza sporca con capelli lunghi ovunque negli asciugamani (ho i capelli biondi rasati, di certo non miei). C'era scritto nella mia prenotazione che avrei avuto BELLA VISTA E BALCONE, non avevo nè una nè l'altra, la finestra della stanza dava su un'uscita laterale con oltrepiù un passaggio di non so quali persone (bella privacy), nessun balcone. Avrei dovuto avere la vasca con bagno grande (scelto apposta visto che ho portato con me i gatti), avevo un buco di bagno e pure mal funzionante, rubinetto che perdeva, scarico intasato. Avrei dovuto avere le zanzariere ma di loro scelta le hanno tolte. Stanza piccola, e la foto non era neancche presente tra le foto della mia prenotazione (chissá come mai forse perché orrenda). Alla mattina alle 8.30 considerando che era sul retro con una vista oscena la stanza era buia come fosse notte. Lenzuola sporche sembravano unte. Dopo aver visto tutto ho prontamente avvisato in reception ma ho avuto come risposta che tutto quello che dicevo non era assolutamente vero e che non avrebbero fatto nulla per sistemare la situazione, tanto meno rimborsare un qualcosa, quindi o accettavo o me ne dovevo andare. In aggiunta ho dovuta richiedere io più volte le ricevute fiscali perché fosse stato per loro neanche me le avrebbero date. Direttore hotel estremamente maleducato e poco rispettoso considerando che mi ha parlato con dito puntato e atteggiamento del corpo minaccioso nei miei confronti. Se l'hotel desiderasse rispondere, potete dire quanto volete ma ho le prove di tutto quindi non potete contestare nulla. Credetemi, optate per un altro hotel, non buttate via soldi per persone che si divertono a prendere in giro le persone che vorrebbero solo rilassarsi. Ps. Colazione a buffet scarsa, neanche descrizione di cibo, 0 scelta di yogurt, non ne vale la pena. E in aggiunta dicevano che il parcheggio a notte costava 10, sbagliato, costa 15 euro. Wifi non funzionava e neanche prendeva bene il cellulare in quella stanza.

I just want to thank everyone at miramare for the most incredible trip. As soon as we reached San remo from nice we were treated with the best service the whole stay. Although the rooms were small and there was no restaurants in the hotel, the staff made it up by being incredibly kind and wonderful to be around. They helped plan every minute of our trip; where to visit what to eat there and everything we could do. Our trip wouldn’t have been the same without them. Elizabeth ,who still checks on us weeks after we left the hotel, always planned with us in the morning and even helped us book our next hotel. She was the sweetest and made sure our stay was perfect. We couldn’t thank her enough. Venessa the manager, assisted in us in every way we needed and was also helped us so much. The breakfast staff were also incredibly kind and made the food perfect. What to say ? Incredible room , exceptional litre, beautiful and very clean bathroom , room service always perfect , breakfast to fall down the ground, very clean hotel , small room fridge always filled with very fresh water , Air conditioning , for our part a small terrace that offers a garden and a really very pleasant basketball ground for the Italian atmosphere , smoking corner, dog friendly ++++++ , beach towel available , in the heart of SanRemo .... If I had noted the whole hotel I would tell you that it deserves its 4 stars (see more) .... the staff is INCREIDING, in the small care for its client , help you book from activities , give you good plans for the city , good restaurants , apply to 300% to offer you a wonderfully delicious reception and meals (the breakfast is incredible) , every day is a good day when we cross their smiles , we are conquered , background in full and we think the hotel deserves a more star , just for them !!! ♥️

The room was renovated and quite ok. But everything else was…well not so good…. There were several staff members working in the lobby, two of whom (possibly brothers) were quite rude. I booked the hotel through their website, and it was supposed to include breakfast, but then the email confirmation had a separate charge for breakfast. I didn’t notice this until I was checking out. I even had a screenshot of the reservation, but it didn’t matter, and I had to pay for breakfast separately. Additionally, the phone in the room was broken when we arrived, but the hotel claimed that we broke it, which we definitely didn’t. The service was rude, except for one person working at the front desk, the cleaner, and the breakfast server. They were nice. I won't be going back to this hotel. I traveled alone with two children, so perhaps it was easier to be rude to a woman. I have seen many hotels, but the service at this one was the worst. The breakfast was very basic: croisants, some cakes, ham, cheese, yoghurt, muesli, jam…

In short, I recommend this hotel despite a little high price, but we are in San Remo.
