The view of Mt. Fuji from the large window on one side of the room is really great. From Mt. Fuji under the moonlight to Mt. Fuji in the bright sunlight... You can see Mt. Fuji indefinitely while lying on the bed. The staff is also friendly, and some of them speak Korean, so I was able to communicate comfortably. There is a little dust in places that are not easily visible, but the cleanliness and bedding were generally good. The view from the lobby and hot springs was also really good. I felt that many of the guests were Chinese.
I came here with my dog. They were very accommodating even though I had suddenly decided to stay for multiple nights, and the room was spacious and clean! I stayed alone, but next time I would like to stay with my family. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so it was very comfortable. They also lent me a cage for my dog for a fee, which was very helpful for me since I had to go on a sudden business trip! The soundproofing was also good, so I didn't have to worry about the noise of other dogs. I would definitely use their services again if I have to bring my dog to work.
Parking is very convenient
Opposite is Aeon Maxvalue, Daiso
Girls will have a lot of skin care products to pick up
Double bed is small.
The large bathing area is divided into male and female periods. Girls should be before 9.30 pm, boys are after 10 pm. The bathing area is very small and can only accommodate 5 to 6 people.
Very Good

This is a hotel on the court, all aspects are better than domestic five-star hotels, the room size is large, the quality of toiletries is very good, the design and layout of the hotel lobby and other public spaces are also very good! Unfortunately, I didn't make an appointment in advance, and I didn't eat the special dinner of the 25th anniversary event. I must develop the habit of making an appointment in advance when I go to Japan in the future. Playing on this stadium has always been at the foot of Mount Fuji, and the view and scenery are very beautiful!
There is no toilet or shower room in the room, which is inconvenient. I stayed on the 1/F and went to the bathhouse on the 2/F. To have breakfast, I had to go to the third floor. The steam room in the men's and women's bathhouse was also closed. The bathhouse was not big, and the breakfast was okay.
There was no one at the front desk to ring the bell. The people at the front desk were also the people cooking in the kitchen where we had breakfast on 3/F and the waiters.
I was very satisfied with the accommodation, which was like a condominium-style villa.
I stayed here on a golf trip, but there are still many golf courses nearby that I would like to play at, so I would like to stay here again next time.
I look forward to staying with you again.
It's close to the Gotemba Outlets and the highway interchange, so it's convenient to use by car.
The baths are hot springs♨️, although they are alternated for men and women.
The amenities are plentiful, breakfast is included, and what surprised me was that in the evening, although there is a time limit, you can drink as much alcohol and soft drinks as you want!
It's hard to believe for this price.
I had a great time.
The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that you couldn't use the stairs. There was only one elevator, so sometimes I couldn't get in.
I experienced a pet-friendly villa. There was a dedicated dog run, and I was happy to see the dog running freely for the first time in a long time! Also, I would like to visit in winter when Mt. Fuji looks beautiful this time. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and it was a valuable experience to be able to bake and cook by yourself in nature. Besides that, I ordered a bonfire set and a smore and enjoyed it while looking at the starry sky. I definitely want to travel again!
A very good hotel All the staff are kind, the service is very good, the rooms are although not a non-smoking room. But still smells a little cigarette But the hotel location is very good. See Fujisan the most clearly The breakfast is very delicious and good quality. Find back to Gotenba. Will definitely stay here again.
I have been taken care of several times at Gotenba Kogen Hotel in Tokinosu. This time, the twin room on the 4 floor, the day before check-in, Mt. Fuji was in the clouds, but the next day was clear and the snowy Mt Fuji appeared in front of me and was impressed. Until now, I often stayed in a plan with two meals, and dinner was at a reasonable price for the sushi kaiseki course on the hotel 8 floor, but this time I was at a local beer restaurant (grand table) in another building I made it. There were many kinds of beer and various dishes, and the feeling of opening in the store was comfortable. There were many guests for day bathing and dinner without staying, and the store was quite busy, but the ceiling of the restaurant was high and wide, so I didn't feel noisy. Breakfast was served at the hotel 8 restaurant on the floor. The number of Japanese and Western items was sufficient, the attendant's response was polite and friendly. I want to use it again.

Outstanding
GGuest UserWe stayed overnight on the way back from our trip from the Chita Peninsula. I could only see Mt. Fuji a little in the morning, but I enjoyed the hot springs in my room and the hot springs in the large communal bath. The teppanyaki dinner was delicious and I enjoyed talking with the chef. I would like to visit again if I have another chance. Thank you very much.
MMelodyDormy Inn Fujisan Gotemba is well located to Gotemba Premium Outlet, Hakone and Kawaguchiko IF you are driving. For traveller who is not driving, it will be about 10-15 mins walk from the hotel to the nearest Family Mart. Alternatively, the hotel offers rental for e-scooter/bicycle. This helps with guests who do not drive. The hotel is well maintained (looks new). Good and comfortable sized bedrooms. There is no bathtub in the rooms, only standing shower, which is fine for us. The in-house onsen is pretty neat to use. Breakfast selection is nice and the nightly free soba is a very popular offer to hotel guests. Overall, very happy with our stay in Dormy Inn Gotemba.
GGuest UserAfter loved and arpent many countries in Asia as in more than 100 countries of this vast world in sixty years, I've lived in this place the first step of my second trip to Japan too long delayed covid cause and too marked to The hotel is a very good place to stay in the city and the city is a good place to stay in the city. to live typically Japanese ... I had only one desire to dive there and, as Africans say, to make my eyes sleep. One morning later, I could appreciate my tasteful ”Japanese breakfast” Services and services, as an exceptional quality/price ratio in a country whose reputation is to be too expensive only make this stay a pleasure.
GGuest UserVery interesting archetecture, great view of Mt. Fuji and a good price were why we choose this hotel. We arrived around 6 PM and were told we couldn't use the restaurant because we didn't have a reservation. We had to drive back to interstate about 15 minutes to find something, there is nothing at all in the hotel vicinity or even a little snack shop on site! Buses very limited. The front of the hotel was nicely painted and landscaped, but the back with patio was pretty shabby. But it did have seating outside for great fresh air. Parking was free but coming back after dinner the covered parking was all full and we had to park lower level in the rain. The room had a strange layout, a 3-mat room for a passageway (luggage drop?) and a small bedroom that one person could get out of bed on one side, but the other person had to crawl over the middle of the bed in the night to get out. In the closet were 2 hard hats?? In case Fujisan starts spewing ash? I think maybe this room was the staff's emergency room when forced to stay. The public bath was disappointingly small, so got crowded quickly. And the view? Of course it rained so no view of Mt. Fuji at all. Not in the hotel's control, but left us disenchanted... 4-star hotel. I don't think so.
LliliantWe went to the Gotemba Outlet before checking in. So we took a taxi from the outlet to the hotel about 1600yen. Mr Santosh checked us in and also provided many information about the hotel neighbourhood. I told him I will write about him in my review :) The hotel is in good location, close to Uniqo, Daiso, supermarket and many eateries. We even walk to the nearby JR gotemba easily. The room is big and we stayed on the 4th level which is on the same level as the viewing terrace. We can see Mt Fuji very clearly during the opening hours. The breakfast was ok, standard Japanese style. The onsen was a bit small but still adequate. Overall, a very new hotel and worth staying with them. Upon checked out, we walked to the nearby tomei-gotemba and took the direct bus back to Shinjuku.
GGuest UserI go to Gotemba several times a year to visit the grave, but I am always taken care of by the Dormy Inn near this hotel. I was worried about this hotel with a room with a sauna, so I stayed for the first time this time. When I arrived, the atmosphere of the former love hotel was drifting as the word of mouth of the other person with the appearance of the appearance. [Good points] The room is large for the accommodation fee Good wifi connection Air conditioning works well The bath in the room is comfortable with a whirlpool The sauna went up to 90 degrees and it was good at high temperature [Not good points] Toilet paper and tissues are too small (cost saving?) Be careful because there are steps when entering and exiting the sauna There is no dressing room when taking a bath, only curtains Tao for hand wiping in the washroom Inconvenient because it is not equipped with Le Location that is inconvenient without a car, I would like you to build a system that allows delivery from neighboring stores like Dormy Inn. I thought it would be a good hotel if I didn't care about something like Ho. I will make it a candidate when visiting Gotemba in the future.
GGuest UserAfter having fun in Hakone, I went shopping at Gotemba Outlets. I booked a stay at the Fuji Outlet Hot Spring Hotel in the evening. The location of the hotel is very good. Take the free bus from Gotemba Outlets to Tomei Gotemba Station and walk for about 5 minutes. arrive. The hotel is clean and the room is spacious. The best thing is that we met Chinese staff at the hotel. They were very enthusiastic. They helped us buy express bus tickets to Tokyo and solved our urgent need. I would like to express my special thanks to this Chinese man.
GGuest UserThe location is not good if you don't have a car. I had heavy bags and it took me about 40 minutes to reach the hotel. I took a taxi back to the station after check out which cost 1200 yen. It is in a bit of an isolated area. Closest convenience store was about 10-15 mins on foot.
The hotel itself is nice, clean and new. Rooms a bit small but I had a spectacular view of Fuji from my window. The bed was new and very comfortable. Remember to take a taxi from the station if you have a lot of luggage.
Firstly, i want to state that we opted to stay at this hotel for one reason , that it’s across from the train station and to facilitate our shopping at Gotemba outlet. For that reason alone, this hotel serves its purpose. That the staff were helpful, free liquor and curry rice provided during evening hours, good selection of restaurants around, meant I gave it 4 stars. The 2 star less was because the hotel itself is very dated and old . But it’s just for a night, not an issue to me.
KKennethI booked a room for a night to stay before my early morning Mt Fuji climb. The staff were excellent, helped me with taxi booking and also held my bag the next day for me to retrieve it after my climb. Two nice surprises: free dinner of curry rice or noodles is provided, also there is a Men's bath (like an onsen) onsite, which the staff let me use after my climb to clean up. There is also a large supermarket nearby for supplies.
