The location was good and the facilities were good. However, when entering the building, I entered the password number, but the number that was transmitted was different. I was able to teach you because the phone was connected. After entering the room, it was good in a room with high degree of freedom, wide 々, and good atmosphere. It is close to Kagoshima Station, and there are supermarkets and convenience stores around, which is a good feeling to stay.

When you enter the lobby of wide 々, welcome back and the bright greeting from the employee was impressive, and the free breakfast was good. There is little sound insulation of the key building, and the noise of the car from the road, the noise of the ventilation, the coughing from the next room, and the sound of the car from the road, and the coughing from the next room, and the night is not able to sleep at all, and the accommodation for what is very questioned.

The service level is not in place. Although it is a self-service homestay apartment, it should be done a week in advance to inform the reservation guests to pay attention to the mailbox to receive the password and other procedures. However, the management did not fulfill the obligation to inform in advance. It was only the day before check-in that the email related to the password was sent, and the guests had difficulty accepting the email in Japan at this time, resulting in finding that they could not enter the door when they checked in. I saw the email after a search, and the check-in experience was very poor. Ctrip customers' assistance and response are timely and efficient, must be criticized the apartment management's practice and concept!

It is a business hotel located in the downtown Tenmonkan in Minami Kyushu, but it was only called ”Rem”, and I was able to sleep well as rarely for me to sleep until I was woken up by the alarm clock. The city trams and buses are running on the road right in front of me, but I didn't care about the noise at all. １ I had breakfast at the talis in the building because it was breakfast for the night, but it was quite well organized and substantial. I was able to choose from hot dog pancake toast.

The location of Shiroyama Hotel is excellent. It is the best enjoyment to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Sakurajima and Kinko Bay while soaking in the hot spring. There is also a shuttle bus to Kagoshima Chuo Station, which is very convenient for travelers. I am very happy to stay here.

Since I used JAL's dynamic package, it is a little difficult to think about the cost performance only by the inn fee, but I should have stayed with meals and stayed at this price with a set of planes. If you think that the room is just sleeping, there is no problem. Convenient because it is close to the station. There is a little distance to the Astronomical Museum, but there are trams and buses, and you can walk normally. The breakfast was delicious and I remember eating too much.

The location is superb, room was clean, spacious and with a nice balcony. The room provided all you need on a leisure trip.
The only downside was it was super complicated and time consuming to contact the hostel for entrance pin, check-in procedure and check-in number. We asked the front desk receptionist of our previous hotel to call the hostel number stated on trip.com booking confirmation email in morning, but no one picked up; called again at 3pm, and the hostel hotline said the number was wrong and referred us to call another number. If we did not have the assistance from a Japanese local receptionist from another hotel, I dont think we could get the entrance pin and check-in procedure information smoothly.
I recommend this hostel to Japanese local, or tourists with a Japanese mobile number to make calls/able to find assistance from Japanese local people.

I also found Refa's shower head to be very comfortable to use, probably because the water pressure was higher than what I use at home. Use the hair dryer and your styling will look better than usual. Also, the room was equipped with a clothes deodorizer, and I was curious about this home appliance, so I was glad I was able to try it out. People who go to yakiniku etc. for dinner will probably find it very popular. The rooms are comfortable, but the public bath is recommended.

The only downside was it was super complicated and time consuming to contact the hostel for entrance pin, check-in procedure and check-in number. We asked the front desk receptionist of our previous hotel to call the hostel number stated on trip.com booking confirmation email in morning, but no one picked up; called again at 3pm, and the hostel hotline said the number was wrong and referred us to call another number. If we did not have the assistance from a Japanese local receptionist from another hotel, I dont think we could get the entrance pin and check-in procedure information smoothly.
I recommend this hostel to Japanese local, or tourists with a Japanese mobile number to make calls/able to find assistance from Japanese local people.

It is almost the same as other business hotels, and the rooms and bathrooms are basically clean, but the bathrooms are especially small, and some of the facilities are outdated. You can be served breakfast in the lobby on the first floor, depending on your accommodation plan. There seems to be enough tables and chairs, but due to the large number of rooms, especially on holidays when the rooms are almost full, it may be too crowded to eat breakfast. However, there are cafes and convenience stores around the hotel that open early in the morning, so you won't have any trouble finding food. The hotel can be used as a good base for sightseeing in Kagoshima.

GGuest UserSince I used JAL's dynamic package, it is a little difficult to think about the cost performance only by the inn fee, but I should have stayed with meals and stayed at this price with a set of planes. If you think that the room is just sleeping, there is no problem. Convenient because it is close to the station. It is very good that the hot water pot is installed in a high place that the child can't reach, and the bathroom is surprisingly large. Also, when I arrived, I gave my child a little toy. After receiving it, if you had another color good, you would have come to the front desk quickly, and you would have a different color. It was very nice and really appreciated. Also, breakfast is delicious. You can choose chicken rice or fish tea pickles or curry, and you come out with mori salad and baked fish. I was very satisfied from the morning. The Astronomical Museum is also within walking distance. I will choose this place when I go to Kagoshima City again.

It was a pity that the child was as small as 9 months, and the high-high and the grip were popular, and the hotel with only ordinary beds could not move around, and when I went to bed, I was afraid of falling unless I was a futon, so I was looking for a room with tatami mats. I found Mr. Icott around that time. I had all the furniture and home appliances, so I felt very relaxed as if I was at home. It was very nice that the children could move around.
