I stayed overnight on the way home. The room was clean and the night view from the bath was nice. The food was also very delicious. It was cold outside and I couldn't take a walk, but I was able to spend a slow time in the room.
Located next to Kamaishi Station, convenient location. I visited by car, but I was able to use the nearby parking lot for 24 hours 500 yen. The staff is also very helpful. The room is clean and has amenities. There was also a large bath and I was able to heal the fatigue of the trip. However, there are few places to eat dinner nearby, so you need to drive or take a taxi to a little far away. Still, I was able to spend comfortably here. I would like to use it again.

It's one of the most typical business hotels in downtown Kamaishi. There are several other business hotels, and although they are a little further away from Kamaishi Station compared to those hotels, it's still only a 15-minute walk from Kamaishi Station. It's also easy to find as it's located along the main street in the city center. The configuration and size of each room, the maintenance of cleanliness, and the responsiveness of the staff are on par with standard business hotels. However, the hotel offers a free ”Kamaishi Ramen” service to its guests for a limited time during the night, but I do not recommend the use of this service at all. Not only are there many guests using this service, but there are only one or two staff members (as far as I could see) in charge of the service (cooking and serving). Moreover, not only do you have to wait to enter the restaurant on the first floor, but it can take more than 30 minutes before your dish is served even after you are seated. If that is the case, I would recommend using one of the restaurants or taverns in the vicinity of the hotel.
We stayed in a single plan with breakfast. The room was old, but it was a satisfactory content except for the noise in the next room. The voice of the man who spoke loudly with the woman from the next room was louder than the sound of the TV in the room. When the woman left the room, she lost her voice and was relieved, and I heard the snoring immediately. I thought I would contact the front desk, but I put up with the sound of the TV. The breakfast buffet was delicious, but I couldn't feel much like Kamaishi. Kamaishi Ramen, which was served for free at night, was very delicious, so I would like to thank you for adding it to the breakfast buffet menu.
I feel a little old, but I think it's a hotel that's not bad, such as a large communal bath (artificial hot spring), a free breakfast (snacks such as rice balls), and within 10 minutes to the station. I was particularly impressed by the variety of rice balls and the deliciousness of rice. I think the cost performance is also high. Ah ... One point, it is often a hotel of this kind (the wall is thin?), but is it a favorite that you heard snoring from the next room in the morning? Because you would have heard this snoring.
