Stayed for six nights. The room was very clean. The service attitude was very good. Dinner was a traditional Japanese set meal. The ingredients were fresh and healthy. My wife was pregnant and couldn't eat raw food, so the menu was changed. I was allergic to seafood later, so the menu was also changed. One day I missed dinner and went to Annupuri North for a buffet. I felt that the ingredients were not as fresh as this hotel. Maybe because of the buffet, the taste was also heavy. There were not many things for breakfast, but the cakes were amazing. I felt that they could be comparable to some dessert shops. There were several kinds of cakes. The hot spring scenery was good, there was an outdoor hot spring in the middle of the forest, the atmosphere was very good, and there was a lounge with massage chairs, drinks and so on. Then the room was praised for two large pots of water every day. The room is estimated to be about 30 square meters, and it doesn't feel like the 19 square meters mentioned on Ctrip. It takes 5 minutes to ski to Annupuri. Annupuri ski resort is relatively small but less crowded. Every day, we go to the top and then ski to Hirafu. One day, the windy cable car did not reach the top, so we could only ski in Annupuri, unless we took a bus to go there. Please pay attention to this. The staff are not knowledgeable on 3rd party ski hire or ski school. We returned the equipment 1 day earlier and the staff said ok and asked if we are fine with 50% refund. We said yes. The next day they said they never said this.....no English, and don't ask questions, they will not be able to answer. They are well mannered and kind, just no direction and very messy. Bus schedule is also confusing, staff are not clear and busses don't often come without calling and reminding. They say it is due to weather condition, but it wasn't. You need to book set menu dinners at their one and only restaurant, 3 days in advance. We missed the Christmas set dinner, and even though on the phone to reserve the table, we asked for set menu, they didn't decline and they didn't say we needed 3 day advance notice. So we went and ordered small alacarte meals. Small dishes but were absolutely delicious. Hot Spring facility is excellent. Rooms are clean and the layout is fantastic. They have a washing machine that dries as well. Bring your own laundry detergent But I must give 100% credit to them as we left our bag at the lobby and they arranged to send it to Tokyo for us and called the receiving hotel as well,.

This hot spring hotel is nestled in the picturesque mountains, perfect for those traveling by car. With its traditional Japanese-style architecture. The hot springs offered here are excellent quality. However, please be aware that the hotel is located a bit far from convenience store. To make your stay more convenient, it is advisable to come prepared with any necessary items or food beforehand.

A very nice apartment hotel! Full set of kitchen appliances, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. The location is excellent. There is a magic carpet right out the door and a cable car up there. There is a ski equipment rental shop in the lobby on the first floor of the hotel, and the price is not expensive. The service amazes me even more. Every employee is very friendly. I also met a Malaysian who can speak Mandarin. He is very cute. I like this hotel very much. I will stay here again next year and will rate this hotel even more. Recommend the hotel to friends and family!

Stayed for 2 nights for a snowboard trip. Free hotel shuttle to 2 ski areas was essential. Buffet breakfast was excellent along with the forest views. The dinner buffet was a good alternative to travelling to the dining spots in the centre of Niseko. Hotel staff were very helpful in advising on transport options in view of a blizzard, and provided regular updates on the situation. Would recommend!

The service is very good, but sometimes there are too many children and it is a bit noisy in the lobby. The rest are all good, especially the hot springs are rarely crowded, it is snowing outside, and the atmosphere is full. It is also close to the ski resort, and the hotel also has a shuttle bus.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Niseko Hirafu ski resort. It offers spacious and comfortable Japanese-style rooms. Please note that there are only stairs available for carrying your luggage. However, the hotel outdoor hot springs (Onsen), which provide a breathtaking view of the picturesque snowy scenery. If you're planning a self-driving trip, I highly recommend considering this hotel as it guarantees a delightful experience.

The hotel service is slightly inferior to other Ritz. When the hotel helped to pick up the car from the garage, the cab was covered with snow. The hotel includes breakfast, and no one can order a signature dish. After the three of us ordered, only one was served, and it was not served after that. When the people who came in after us and ordered the same meal as us came, we remembered that we asked the waiter if he could help us check when ours would be served. As a result, one waiter went to find another, and the three waiters discussed for a long time, and finally ran over to tell us that the one we ordered was gone. I asked by the way, why did the people at the next table who came later eat, but ours was gone, and why couldn't they tell us in advance? Finally, the ski resort is still good, but remember to make reservations for all snow activities in advance.

Excellent rooms which are large enough to accommodate a family of four with 2 children (aged 10 and 12) inclusive. The Niseko-yo was also nearby to offer a wider option for food choices. The view for breakfast during my trip was simply breathtaking. Breakfast buffet spread was the best I have ever had (and my standards are pretty high!) For those who love skiing around Niseko, the hotel offers shuttle bus services around this area. Facilities and amenities live up to the Hilton name. Onsen is superb! Will definitely stay here again.
