Very good, very good

Had a stayover on the way back to Nagoya and just need a clean room to sleep . Was surprised to find the place much better than my expectation , with free coffee in the lobby and decent breakfast at a reasonable rate. Did not use their laundry equipment due to the ”look”” but there is coin operated laundromat just 2 mins walk away which is much cleaner but cost more .

Just want to thank the hotel for kindly not charging us due to the fact that we couldn't co.e to Toyoto because of typhoon Hagibis. We hope to come on our next trip to Japan. Instead we tried to fly home early, unsuccessfully, and had to experience a 5.7 magnitude earthquake and the eye of the storm!!!

It said that I would contact the hotel to find out if there is a room I need on the date I originally needed, but because the verbal communication problem did not receive an immediate reply, I have to find it through email and I will call again tomorrow. Because I was also worried, I found the hotel's facebook page in the evening to inform the hotel of my situation. The hotel will reply soon to help me arrange a change of the reservation date. No need to make up or a fine, but it will take tomorrow's work time to help me change. Today, I received a hotel message that the double rooms I needed were fully booked, and only 2 single rooms could be provided to me, and the conversion was not required to make up money or a fine! God... there was such a good service, I really wanted to stay in such a good hotel, but because this trip has a special meaning, I really don't want to separate the room with my partner, I had to refuse the hotel's offer to cancel my reservation directly today. Since the booking is today, I also expected that I can't get a refund if I cancel the booking, it is my own responsibility not to check clearly and clearly, so I am not so-called, just as a lesson to myself. Then contact hotels.com, I was surprised to tell me that the hotel said that it could help me cancel the reservation and refund directly. This hotel is really good! Breakfast is until half past nine, full of varieties. Although the room rate is relatively small, the hotel service is very good, and the service staff are very patient. They provide free band-aids, umbrellas, power adapters, etc., which are great

Date in small room. The bathroom was more like a cockroach with a shower/ bathtub connection in the 1970s. Towels are like paper. There is no safety in the room. The surrounding area is very industrial, so taxis go back to the center. Mart family next to you. Budget and cheap by any way. Staff is nice enough however.

Stayed in a twin room with a friend. There were some rooms that could smoke, so it was very attractive for smokers. The room rate is 4000 yen per person with free breakfast. Parking fee is an extra charge. Parking is also on site, but the number is limited. No advance reservation is possible. We arrived around 19:00 on a public holiday (the next day is a weekday), but the parking lot on the premises was already full and the affiliated VITS parking lot was guided. VITS parking lot is close to the hotel, so I think it will be painful if you can't park in the parking lot on the premises. Parking fee will be paid at check-in. Credit card was also available. The hotel was able to grasp the request that I had told in advance without forgetting. Breakfast had menus such as curry, rice, natto, miso soup, bread, salad, * grilled, hamburger steak. It is a buffet style in the space in front of the front desk. I think it's a good variety for a free breakfast. There is also a dedicated tray, so you can take it back to your room and eat it. We went around 7:30 and it was almost full. There was no problem with the water pressure in the shower. The air conditioner is not centrally managed, so it can be adjusted for each guest room. Is the only thing I was interested in about the thinness of the wall? This is a common story for Toyoko Inn class hotels, but the walls are thin, so the sound of the next room echoed.

I stayed in the single deluxe room. The hotel has done renovation since I was here years ago. It's a modern hotel with good amenities. It's pretty small, but not uncommon for a Japanese hotel. It was clean and the staff was nice. For the cost it's very good value. The bed and pillow are not soft like you'd expect in a western style hotel. It's pretty firm, especially the pillow. I did sleep very good on it though, so maybe it's not such a bad thing. There is shopping and food in walking distance. The train station, bus station and cab depot on the same block and very convenient.
