This is a walk-on-go trip, and this Mane Harihalaya is the most wonderful part of this trip! First of all, the smile in the lobby is the friendly smile. The welcome is a cold and cool flavored drink and fresh fruit plate. You can have an extra bed according to your needs. The service is very good. The pool is clean and comfortable. In addition to swimming, Mochi, very very clean! In addition, it is worth a great deal of food in the hotel restaurant. It is simply color and smell to the point of breaking the table. Thank you to the hotel lobby and restaurant manager for a very happy trip to Angkor! Next time still choose Mane Harihalaya 👍👍

Moringa Tree Maison is a combination homestay and boutique hotel. Rooms can be booked nightly or as part of The COPE NGO initiative, Bricks of Hope Voluntour Program that the hotel sponsors. I came to Moringa Tree Maison as part of the 8-day voluntouring opportunity that they sponsor. The 7 of us that came to volunteer for the week were all from different countries and the staff did everything to make us all feel at home and welcome all week. The staff was amazing. They knew all of our names and greeted us with friendly smiles, a cold towel, and the signature Moringa Tree cold beverage when we returned from our day out. They did everything they could to make our stay a memorable one. The property itself is beautifully decorated, with tranquil gardens and an organic garden that supplies all of the veggies served in their meals. They are eco-conscience with solar providing almost half of the property's electricity. You also won't find plastic, single-use products on-site. The best part is that all the people they train and hire are all from their community. The Voluntour program through The COPE NGO, that I was there for, is sponsored by the hotel. It was an 8 day/7 night opportunity to build a house in a local community with full-on days of playing tourist with a licensed guide. The 7 of us all said that this program was the most memorable part of our individual trips. I will be telling everyone coming to Cambodia that this is the best tour that they can do here. Whether you want to stay at Moringa Tree Maison for a couple of nights or go for the Voluntouring program, you won't be disappointed. I highly recommend Moringa Tree Maison.

Excellent! I was shocked when I arrived at the door, such a simple door, but there is no cave after entering, the pool garden villa, there are frogs, black bees, and chameleons in the room. Those who haven't checked in on Ctrip have a score of 9.4 on booking. In the past, they were mostly occupied by Europeans and Americans. This time the entire hotel was filled by Chinese. Booked a room with a swimming pool and another whole building, each is very good, breakfast is also good, you can also order lunch and dinner, 20 minutes drive from the old market, suitable for guests with children and those who like nature and quiet
I stayed at Isann Lodge Hotel for 3 nights. The territory is like a tropical garden. There are lots of different authentic sculptures and interesting stuff. Very beautiful! The interior is very nice, everything is made of wood, the furniture looks like it's handmade.
The staff is helpful. They serve nice breakfasts.
I really liked this place and would recommend it to everyone.
Very nice hotel, perfect in every way, a row of bungalows surround the pool, there are five tables by the pool, and breakfast by the pool can soothe all unhappy minds. The hardware configuration of the room is excellent, and the hardness of the mattress is suitable. After all, it is a newly opened hotel. The electrical appliances and sanitary ware are all standard for five-star hotels. When bathing in the bathtub, the banana leaves surround the window, and the small balcony has tables and chairs facing the garden. The garden here is carefully designed, and you can be dazed in many places. The hotel is a small and beautiful example. The environment is elegant, the staff is sincere to provide service, free airport shuttle and free delivery to the city every night. If you have any needs, you can walk to the lobby for help, such as calling a car. Ordering at the hotel can be delivered directly to the room, the taste is great, and the price is not much more expensive than outside. The location of the hotel is a little far away from the city. It costs about ten or twenty minutes for a tuk tuk to US $ 4. It is very comfortable to eat and go back to the hotel in the downtown area.
Why I would avoid this place? 1. I am writing this review in the midst of my 2nd day of my 5 night stay here. First day was really nice and the problems started the second day. The Air conditioning in the room stopped working (around 38 degrees outside and humid and no fans in the room either) and we called up the front desk and told them about it. They sent a technician to check things up . He came and did something and just left. I asked him if its OK , he nodded his head. We waited for 30 mins and it was getting hotter and hotter. I walked down to the front desk and told them about the issue. The representative promised to send someone to check on it. Came back to my room and waited for 30 mins and no one turned up, I called up front desk again and told them about the issue and requested them to connect me to their manager. The representative said OK and then just hung up on me. I called again and insisted they connect me to their manager and the connected the call to a supervisor. They dispatched a different technician and a supervisor along. They came and checked and told us that they have to change my room. They moved us to another room and we thought things were OK. Two hours passed , we went out for lunch and came back. Behold, the same issue in this room , the A/C stopped working. First we thought it takes a while to cool and waited for 60 mins and finally called the front desk again. The dispatched a technician again. This time the person had to go down and fix some thing in their cooling panel and said it will be OK in 30 mins. I called the front desk and asked them if this will be the pattern for my entire stay. I cant just keep calling every time and keep shifting. The person just hung up again. We came here for vacation hoping to relax. How can this place be called a 5-Star if the standards cannot be maintained? I now thinking whether to continue the reminder of the sty here or find another good place. Pros: Good friendly staff. Located very conveniently. Nice decor in the Lobby and some places in first floor.
Abi was an incredible tour guide! My partner and I were referred to him as a tour guide for our Angkor Way experience by a trusted friend and resident of Siem Reap. We were not disappointed. He picked us up where we were staying and took care of everything! Abi is a knowledgeable guide with an encyclopedic knowledge of Cambodia’s history. He is also genuinely friendly and charming. Seriously, our trip to Angkor Wat would have not been as deep and fun had we not chosen Abi. He is also well known as a rescuer of cats and a helper of Siem Reap’s children. We give him our highest recommendation!
The first night I was put in a room with an air conditioner that was running but never cooled. The next room had a family of very loud people that went most of the night. The staff is friendly and attentive, but obtrusive. I was moved to another room which had excellent air conditioning and was comfortable.
I have lived extensively in SE Asia and am familiar with the culture. However, always being asked,”Where are you going,” or “What are you doing?” Made me feel very uncomfortable. Simply tell guests that if they need anything or have any questions to please ask, instead of feeling interrogated each time I walked in and out of the hotel.
The girl that served in the dining room had a warm smile and was very kind and she always tried to serve well and did great. The days she was off, it was an uncomfortable awkward experience just trying to have a simple breakfast. Just trying to get salt or getting condiments so that I could eat my food while it was hot, was almost impossible.
As an exercise swimmer, the pool was very unclear at first. I asked if it could be cleaned and their was resistance to do so. Eventually it was cleaned and later it was much better.
I booked my room for two and my girlfriend was only able to be with me part of the time. One evening when I walked into reception with her, the guy was rude and disrespectful and interrogating us both. It was a very uncomfortable and unacceptable situation.
I had booked it for two weeks. Two days before I left, one evening, there was a rat running on the soffit near the ceiling. I didn’t complain about it because my stay was nearly finished and I don’t know what they would even try to do to remedy the situation.
The balconies are nice and overall it was quiet and peaceful.
