I liked that it was clean and not noisy.
It was disappointing that there was no styler and microwave in the upper room of the photo.
It's an officetel, so it's clean. There are a lot of restaurants around.

GGuest User대설특보 환경과 교육을 이유로 12월 1월 이용했습니다. 이 호텔은 6,7,8층이 호텔이며, 가로형으로 매우 긴형태입니다. 주차장은 매우 넓지만 관리부재로 이용못하는 공간도 있으며, 호수공원뷰는 전망이 매우 좋습니다. 상가는 식당 및 레스토랑 편의점이 있으나 문을 일찍 닫아 큰 메리트는 없으며 지하주차장 내려가는 입구 양옆으로 주변이 다소 복잡합니다. 외 시설은 중급이상이나 침구가 많이 딱딱하고 내부 방 온도제어가 안되는 단점이 있습니다. 다만 혁신도시 내 호텔중에누 룸갯수가 많은 편이라 늦은시각에도 결정하면 머무를수 있습니다
