There are many restaurants and cafes nearby, so it's convenient. It's quiet and nice to have a terrace. However, it's hard to find the entrance to the accommodation and there are no tables or chairs on

It is located 5 minutes away from Seohyeon Station, so it is convenient to move around, and there are many food restaurants nearby, so I use it often when I go on business trips.
The room is large and the facilities are good.
We stayed at the residence side and I must say it is one of the best, if not the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in on all of our travels. Very spacious, clean and NEW!!!
All the staff members were very attentive, especially the manager for the WiFi support was courteous and responsive. I would highly recommend this hotel for quality, service and value for the money. Having the 24-hr CU (mini mart) in the 1st floor of the hotel was very convenient.
Special shout out to our housekeeping staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Just few minor suggestions to the hotel management:
1. Don’t need a calendar, but do need clocks in the living room and the bedroom.
2. Need a trash can in the kitchen/dining table area.
3. Would be good to have a small dish rack, since guests are required to do the dishes
4. The sliding door from the master bedroom to the showers flaps around when closed if the heater or air is on. Needs to somehow stabilize it, it doesn’t make noise trying to sleep.
With just few minor improvements it would be a “perfect” place to stay!
Not the worst hotel, but a number of small inconveniences added up to an overall experience that was slightly unpleasant.
The breakfast was a disaster. Definitely not the breakfast of a four-star hotel. Apparently, it was prepared by a group of amateurs in their 20s (you can see them in the kitchen through the glass). This hotel needs a great chef. And you have to wait for your name to be called to enter the dining area.
The parking policy was another turnoff. Every time you enter the hotel and park your car, you have to call the reception and tell them your car plate number. If you don't, you don't get free parking!
They have a lounge on the 19th floor which is poorly managed. It's supposed to be a place where people who've paid the entrance fee or are members of the hotel can enter. Nobody at the door was checking on who enters or leaves.
You have to pay a deposit of around 50 USD per night upon check-in. For example, if you are staying here for 3 nights, you have to pay 150 USD upfront. They do return the deposit when you check out within 5 minutes or so.
Having said that, the room was very clean. The hotel is located nearby a subway station. A lot of taxis around the place. I wouldn't say that the view was ”great.”
My second time here for a week-long stay and things were better than I remembered! Staff proactively helped me with my several luggages and early check in, bath gel and conditioner were of good quality and I was glad to be assigned a room facing the main view of Pangyo ☺️☺️ my first choice for a business trip’s stay as my office is 30 minutes away. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Very clean and good spacious room for good rest for business. Good hotel service and 15 mins walking distance to nearest subway station.

Outstanding
MMarsha MarshaHello! I stayed in Seongnam (during the Chuseok holiday) for the first time since it was close to Gachon University [where my friend was located]. I arrived from YNJ/Yánjí, China after a week of exploring border cities. Unbeknownst to me, the motel was located in ”Little Yanji”... OMG, it was like I never left that NE Chinese region. This area does have a Chinatown vibe, but I didn't mind since it reminded me of my great time in China (Yanbian, known as the Third Korea).
First and foremost, the front desk was kind enough to let me check in earlier since I arrived before 10:00 (check-in starts at 14:00). The motel was tidy, provided cold beverages/water in the mini-fridge, the bathroom was huge, the room was very clean, and also had a blackout window. There's also a parking garage if you have a vehicle. If you're taking public transportation, Taepyeong Station is around two blocks away to take the metro/subway.
Note: The room I stayed in was 203 and was as pictured... Nothing was misleading with the advertisement.
GGuest UserSingle room. The room is small but very clean. There is an independent bathroom in the room. This price is already very good. Close to the subway and convenient transportation. The landlady is very nice.

The charger broke down here and there, so I couldn't charge it at all.
But the cleanliness of the room was good
The bathroom shower is also very noisy when you turn on the water with hot water
It was the worst afterwards. Even if I woke up, I died. ㅋㅋ
조조기영Everything was good, but it was a little hard to find
I booked a large room
but there were some things I was a little disappointed with.
It was a little good
