This was a wonderful experience, especially from Sri. She gave us a fun explanation of all the treats provided and organized everything very well. The food was absolutly phenomenal and I would defiantly come back again with my family. Thank you!

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways!
I would highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Kuwait to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Kuwait. The spacious rooms, friendly staff, and prime location make it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.
The overall experience exceeded expectations and felt closer to a 5-star hotel. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Kuwait.
Spacious & Clean Rooms: My room was large, very clean, and had a comfortable bed, ensuring a restful stay.
Efficient Check-In: Arrival, valet parking, and check-in were quick and hassle-free.
Friendly & Helpful Staff: The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.
Convenient Location: Being directly connected to The Avenues mall offered endless shopping and dining options right at my doorstep. I didn't even need to use the hotel restaurant!
Valet Parking Available: A helpful amenity for those who prefer not to worry about parking.

Staffs are very welcoming and helpful especially Marry who assisted us on our check-in. She answers all our questions patiently. The room were clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the foods in breakfast buffet served in Bays Restaurant. Lifeguards in the pool area are attentive on our kid's safety. Overall, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I did a massage with Mr. Shibin it was excellent and awesome.. Without Doubt i can say he is number one in entire Kuwait. I will definitely come back, invite my friends and relatives for sure... Most people get out of Kuwait for New Year, instead we went in. We had a quiet and lovely stay at St.Regis and did not regret picking this destination. It did not seem like the hotel cut back on staff count despite low occupancy so we could have personal service in the various restaurants and in the kids club; overall we enjoyed our stay. We were upgraded to a suite as Marriott Ambassador Elite guests and the suite was nice and comfortable. The bed was great and we could sleep well every night. The only mild negative I would say is that for a hotel of this caliber, suites should have 1.5 bath but unfortunately this one did not have the convenient extra half bathroom. We made good use of the kids club and our daughter enjoyed spending time there. The staff there were great and there was a lot of variety of games for children to play. The restaurant for breakfast was quiet every morning and included made to order dishes along with a buffet which had many interesting local options. Breakfast was a strong point of the hotel although the venue betrays the age of the building with low ceilings despite being recently renovated. For New Year's eve dinner, we went to the hotel's Iranian restaurant which had equally good service and we enjoyed the special occasion. Overall despite some weaknesses I would not hesitate to come back to this hotel.

First time staying with this property. It is an older facility but well maintained. It is exceptionally well staffed...all are helpful, courteous,t well-spoken. I was well pleased with my room and the amenities. It was large, comfortable, quiet, and well stocked. They also offer courteous valet parking. The breakfast buffet was typical to the region but included some delicious additions (fried shrimp, sushi, etc.). Don't get confused as I did when arriving (and likely many others...they were certainly use to explaining), but the Sheraton Four Points is located about 200' away and this Sheraton facility shares the property with Saint Regis hotel. Google took me to the other Sheraton and it was simpler navigating to use Saint Regis as my destination. The Club Lounge is useful but extremely limited. Surprisingly, they hotel will only issue money with a receipt. So, if you need money to purchase something (to get a receipt), you must use the ATM. It was a pleasant stay, and I would use them again to stay within my preferred chain. However, I plan to research other options first before returning.
