Have also met some great new friends staying here on Memory's lock-down special offer which is the best value in Central Vientiane only 100 meters to Mekong river and all attractions including shopping, restaurants + the amazing night market and fair which is very child friendly and fun for adults also. It has been almost a year since I last came to Laos. This time I still chose this hotel to stay, but unexpectedly I found that the hotel has added a lot of details, which makes people feel a lot warmer. Chandara was a wonderful experience for my parents and I. It’s a little bit older but has charming architecture and lovely common areas. The pool is wonderful and the staff was as smiling and willing to help us with anything we needed. Not too far from the riverside and with bicycles available for rent, I highly recommend staying here.

I stayed here for 4N. Was very happy with my time here. The hotel is in great condition, my room was nice. There is a gym which has basic cardio equipment and weights (which is enough for me to get a good workout!). Great location in the center of Vientiane. Breakfast was fair - appropriate level of selection for the hotel size. Reccomended!

A good hotel to stay in for one night if you are catching a plane the next morning. Very close to airport - and the hotel provides a free shuttle service. Bed was extremely comfortable, however room and pillows smelled of cigarette smoke. Breakfast is very simple, Chinese style. You will also need to have cash for the hotel deposit as they do not accept credit cards for this. If you do not have cash, there is an ATM as short walk up the road.
