The locations is stoning and the view is a breath taking. The location next to the mall and next to the American Rrstaurants is super convenient.
The food at the facility is OK, less than I expected for the looks and the location, the menu could be INPROVED big time.
The only problem I encounter is the water pressure is very poor and the sinks located withing the room and next to the beds is NOT A VERY GOOD SEEN.
Again the facility is well worth the stay and the convenience of the H&M, Starbucks, Dominos etc is excellent.
I oh and it has central heating system with A/C and heater, thermostat very new and easy to use.
The policy of the stuff in regards the hygiene in regards COVID-19 is exactly as it should be, and the stuff are thought and they stick to the rules.
I would recommend it and I would stay at Fiesta Inn again is for sure.

Hotel location is very good, in the center of the ancient city of Morelia, the environment is very good, very Spanish style, service is good. The hotel has a parking lot and needs to walk for 5-6 minutes.

Friendly and helpful staff, Good sized rooms, internet is reliable, good water pressure and how water. The pool and grounds are clean and attractive. Plenty of on site parking with a 24 hour attendant. On site restaurant is good - we only had breakfast - which was about 200 pesos per person for the buffet. My only complaint is on the air conditioning. This was not the first hotel I've found that advertises as having air conditioners but the units are set to cool no cooler than 80F. The hallway, lobby, and common areas are adequately cooled but the rooms are hot and hard to get a good night's sleep in.

Todos muy amables y profesionales en el hotel Todas las instalaciones muy bien cuidadas y realmente no es caro el hospedaje para más amenidades que ofrecen Servicio de recamareras, front desk, meseros… TODOS muy elegantes, formales, respetuosos pero sobre todo, haciéndote seguir como en casa. Definitivamente bien recomendados Hotel Villa Montaña

GGuest UserWhat a lovely and intimate hotel, we reserve the largest room which had windows in the front had a separate bedroom area had a larger bathroom then the other rooms had a little kitchenette. It was very convenient very comfortable for us for our four day. Stay in the morning they prepared breakfast for you with choice and it was delicious and the people serving were such nice people, I would recommend staying there if you’d like a small intimate boutique, personal service and just all-around want to relax and feel like you’re at home but in a hotel setting the Roughgarden was beautiful and we spent quite a few evenings just sitting up there relaxing and drinking not alcohol but you could drinking water and just loving being up there. It was great. The ownership of the hotel actually comes in and was there two or three times that we saw her when we were there and she is just lovely and accommodating and wants to make sure everybody is happy. If you’re in Morelia it’s a great choice.

Hotel Alameda Centro Historico is an excellent hotel and I really enjoy staying there (three times so far). The staff are excellent and super friendly and helpful. The rooms themselves are quite nice and the beds are comfortable as well. The location is absolutely fantastic and a great place to serve as a counterpoint to everything in Morelia. It's a great place and worth the price which is really good. There is nothing to complain about from my experiences.

GGuest UserThe hotel in good though service in some areas leaves much to desire, The receptionists become something serious all the opposite of what should be, Paty of room service was gruesome and flattering, I asked him a bill and he asked me if he had left my data which if I did and wrote on the sheet he sent me, I told him that the guardian asked me that if I had already made a bill and I commented on him that if so he guardian told me that there was no need to note My tax data,Paty of rooms service, very personally answered me that she was not aware what will not correctly note my data if I wanted my bill, which was made very badly that answer. Once I went down to the restaurant and I asked Paty to help me, he didn't see me in the face, he didn't look up and always told me when one moment he attended me, it was very unpleasant to have contact with this person, I have been hosting with you several times and never had happened to me something like this, I returned very disappointed by the service of this person called Paty, instead the other cash boxer if he met my needs very well and friendly and at the buffet restaurant me The hotel was very good, but it was very good. It is a hotel with a little old but pleasant rooms, they should only give customer service training and smile a little more, my super clean room. Thanks to my coach. I am IHG Platinum Ambassador partner and I think they should have offered a up grade free Also, I hope to come back soon and see some changes and improvements.
