There was some disappointment when I first arrived at the front desk. There was a table at the door, and both sides were wrapped up in decoration. I was afraid that it was not safe and the facilities in the room were relatively old. But after staying for three days, there was no safety problem. (I wish I had gotten a room on the backside, as I suffer from migraines.) The complementary breakfast left a lot to be desired. Vending machines were mostly empty. Room was clean, and location was highly desirable as it was next to the mall/food court. Bed was comfy, but the pillows SUCKED! The extra blanket had holes throughout, which was a huge quality disappointment. And last but not least… the coffee was horrible.

All was fine. At the reception they attended me quickly and without any contratempo. The staff was friendly.
