__jas_8814First impression, a quiet and serene hotel within rows of shop houses. Upon entering the hotel lobby, I felt like walking into a Japanese home. Very zen;) Eateries and supermarket are walking distance. My stay was very comfortable and everywhere I look were clean, I love it. A little bit hiccup during checking in due to system malfunction, but the matter was rectify within 5minutes,so no problem there. Just make sure all system were in a good condition. For the price I paid, it is very worth it. Less than RM100 for a very good room.I would stay here again during my next visit to Bintulu.

( already ask to change comforter but then I realised they only change outer pieces of comforter not the comforter . The blood stain was inside comforter) . Overall was good . Staff were friendly and helpful .
