The room is not satisfactory, at first I got a 3rd floor room.. no towels, soap. The toilet smells bad and when I go in, I want to use the toilet bowl cover. Oh God, the toilet is blocked full of stools ... very annoying and I vomited very stunned to see it ... is really trauma! Then you can change another room next to saje, thank you, the toilet is ok and there is a soap towel. The mattress hurts, it feels like there is no sponge ... the pillow is not comfortable. The room is not very soundproof, you can hear the people next door open the shower, pick the switch, you can clearly hear people coming in and out of the room. When you open the window, you want to enter the air, there is a unpleasant smell like a dirty steam smell. The okay thing is that the price can be in trip.com , the employees are good and quickly come to the room when they tell us a problem and are friendly and polite. Parking is limited but can be double park promise to tell the hotel and parking does not have to pay.

I booked Misty Forest- 2 room suite and was told the room i booked is under renovation and we were arranged to stay in the room which is Vintage Theme. It was a very nice stay for us. I would like to recommend to the family travellers to stay here. The person in charge is really helpful, give us a very detail travel information including the tourist spots and place to eat. This homestay is in the apartment just right in front of the Pasar Malam (Only a few stalls opened when we come) and there are 99 Speedmart , My News Convenience Store and 7-11 Convenience Store at the ground floor of the apartment. The apartment we stay has the steamboat instrument, microwave oven, fridge, 2 kettles. Therefore, we have a great stay here.

very helpful host. clean house. close to the night market. walking distance only. facilities are close by. if there are many families coming. you can rent the house next door. same host.

Close to brinchang night market..the hotel is neat and clean

Location: bit secluded but not too difficult to find with map and also there are signage along main road that you can look out for. Clealiness: very clean and we love the design of the room. Our room came with a bed and sofa so enough for our family of 4 with 2 young kids. toilet is spacious and has storage space. our balcony faces the trees so not much view to see. Air is crisp, main building is a short walk from our room and not sheltered. Service: excellent. the staff were great. we reached at the evening, did not do any pre-booking for their hotpot meal but we really wanted it for the cool night. the staff tried to accomodate and set up a table for us. though the location was right at the main lobby but at least we got our meal. Facilities: they have a few activities at the hotel. we signed up for the walk around the resort. we did not imagine it to be a trek in the forest. Some areas were challenging as it was slippery. We did struggled a bit especially we have to carry my toddler in my arm when we are crossing certain areas. Otherwise it is really a great experience for my kids. The guide is really nice and he was keeping a look out and waiting for us, the group we are with also try to keep a lookout for one another and provide support. overall still a good experience just need to know what to expect.
