Clean. Comfortable for family.
Only the view is a little less due to the construction next to the building. In terms of safety, there should be a grill on the wall mirror, very tall. If you want to play pool, you have to write your name, the guard will always look. Overall satisfied.

Large hotel complex with multiple towers. A shuttle bus operates hourly to where all the action is. MYR6 each way. My apartment on the 17th floor was clean, spacious and modern looking. It had everything you needed. Plenty of hanging and shelf space. Everything worked fine. The bed had clean linens and provided a comfortable sleep. The bathroom had a segregated shower with hot water and good pressure. Room cleaned daily. My room was cleaned even though I didn't press the button requesting it. The 7th floor has restaurants, pools and kids play area. Overall, a comfortable stay in a location that ensures peace and quiet.

Everything provided in the room are ok n function well, hotel is clean. However the road that leads to the hotel is badly dirtied by the construction site which is just in front of the hotel, n the much taller under construction building is blocking the view from this hotel.

I have not been to Awana for the longest time. It has refurbished. Room is spacious with free shuttle to premium outlet. Parking is free but they have stop given complimentary skyway ( cable car ). Food was awesome . Totally in love with the weather and the nature surrounding it. For someone who appreciates nature I would recommend Awana. Will come back again soon.

GGuest UserWe truly enjoyed the onsen session especially the Sakura Pool which was a piece of fine art. The uniqueness of the pool increased the pleasure of soaking in the hot water on a cold evening. The other pools were also unique, 1 with nano bubble which we were told was imported from Japan. After soaking, it made our skin smoother. We also enjoyed the other pool near the window which was with the highest temperature. With the cold breezy wind coming in from the window it made us felt so relax and comfortable. Overall, the hotel offered great service. Thanks to their dedicated guests officers. We also had a good sleep on the comfortable bed. For those who wanted a relaxing holiday and not too far away from the buzzing Genting Resorts world of entertainment, The Yanné Onsen Hotel is a great choice.

YYusoffOverall, i'm satisfied during the 1 night stay there. Booking the tower 1 room does give an advantage where the car park is the same level as the room. So convenient for family with kids. Halal food is nearby, got food court with a variety of nice food. Surrounded by a lot of convenient shop like 7e, KK, etc. The only downside is, you can't go to the other level without using the elevator at tower 2. Stairs is no accessable.

GGuest UserGood view, good environment, not noisy also. No aircond but with fan is good enough due to weather is quite cold and windy here. Gym facility is clean too. The only concern thing is check in period will be longer due to 3 suites are checked in at the same time in same management

MMathavanIt was not that pleasant during the stay as myself and my family experienced a bad odor from the bathroom for the whole stay. It really made my parents upset a bit. The first when opening the room door was the bad smell from the bathroom. We thought to call the room service and request a check into the issue but then we just remained silent as we were tired and lacked sleep the overall stay was great as we could get the Genting view in the night and morning.

LLohAmandaThe water pressure from the shower is low, one of us had to shower cold water until we manage to figure out the water pump. The host sent their maintenance guy to fix the water pump the next day at 9am (when we were still sleeping). Couldn't find the AC remote, took us 30 minutes to final find it next to one of the beds. The kitchen sink was clogged and making noise. Parking is a hassle as it's open air and you need to park quite a distance if you get back late. It was raining when we arrived, so we were all soaked due to the open air parking.
We called the host at 12am to ask about the water pressure, he was responsive and helped us (over the phone) to sort it out. Water pressure is still low, but I guess that's the ”normal” pressure. Room can fit 6 adults comfortably. Good sound proofing.

RRITICheckin and checkout at another building. 5 minutes from hotel. Have to pay rm200 deposit. I got parking near to room. Room are huge and comfortable. Near to swimming pool. Got room view landscape and pool.

EE KoThe location was quite nice to the genting hill top hotels but the distance is still a bit further away. There isn’t much of the stores or shops compared to the mid hill of the condos and the food that sold there at the convenient stores was way more expensive and almost the same price as genting hilltop pricing. But if you don’t really prefer the winding route up the hilltop. Then this might be a better choice. For the room that I stay there is musty smell and the building is a bit complicated to walk from carpark to the apar**ent. But the scenery outside of the condo building was so nice with the view of the lake

GGuest UserThe location is about 1.4km to sky world and this is the reason we chose this place. The small route leading to this place is narrow and foggy so advise to drive when the sky is still bright. The check in process was a pain. No clear instruction when booking with Maplehome. We travelled with 2 elderly and 2 small kids. There are many blocks at ion delement. Upon arrival, I called them on check in process and I was asked to park at car park and go to level 3 for check in. They didn’t inform we are supposed to park at level 3 and check in at level 3 car park. So all of us dragging the luggage went to level 7. And called them again, went back to level 3, get the key, went to level 7 because family is waiting there not knowing where to go, went to grd floor of tower 1 and have to asked again then gotta walk outdoor to tower 2 on a very slippery walkway, then reach your place. It was a joke. Customer service is not doing a great job.
The place- it was spacious and ok. Sewerage smell is strong in kitchen and living hall. No dishwashing detergent provided so we didn’t use the glass. Heater not working after 3 persons used for 5 mins each. Good that there is en suite bathroom for the 2 bedrooms apartment we booked. Didn’t use the balcony as the weather was wet and cold so the floor was wet. TV has limited choice. Good that there is kids channel to keep the kids entertained. There were some small dirty stain on the wall. At night, the wind was strong so the room door keeps making sound even if it’s closed. Dogs were barking almost all night long.
- breakfast is not included if you booked with maplehome. If want to have breakfast, suggest to book direct with ion delement. We have to pay rm60 per person and rm30 per adult. However. It was the worst breakfast I had in my life- sausage was sour, ham soaked in water, people used hand to take bread, coffee not refilled in machine and doesn’t tastes good,
. Just take the egg. The restaurant should be rated as no star. Not hygienic, no passion and a pure mess. There is a small cafe opposite the restaurant. Suggest to try that if you happen to be there.
Wouldn’t return here again.
