Everything was consider good. Parking a bit sad because open carpark.
No towel for us when entered the room.
Called for a few times until manage to get towels.
Aircond really not cold. After 8hours run temperature just stay at 25c ~ 26c only.
Pool is nice at rooftop but too small and only for kids.

The third time visited stay here. My compliment to this service apartment. Clean and comfortable. I love the bathroom, got utensils and mini bar to use. You come buy some food stuffed at lower ground floor. I can tell u can get everything ready for the day. Ready parking space.The best is nearby centre heart of kota bharu. Will repeat again for next visit.

Nice apartment and clean. The location is nearby the town especially Kopitiam Kita and Pasar Siti Khadijah. We enjoyed staying here just for one night and satisfied with the facilities provided.

The room is okay. You can contact the landlord via WhatsApp in advance. The landlord is very polite and provides contactless check-in and check-out throughout the process. There are two rooms with basic facilities, and there is also a parking space for those who drive. But the windows are not soundproof, and the sound of motorcycles on the road at night can be clearly heard. People with sensitive nerves, like me, can't sleep well all night.

Stayed here with family for 4d3n. Our 1st trip to kelantan . Located at a very strategic place right opposite KB mall and near to all places of interest. 1 parking lot provided for free, just be careful when driving up the parking lot as it is quite steep. Basic amenities available in the apartment. Overall satisfied and worth the money.

FFAIZAL MOHD ABDULLAH1. The owner: need to improve on ‘friendly’ when dealing with customer - replying customer’s message asap - owner need to be more alert
2. Lift service - very bad experience - first time rent TROIKA - lift service already stuck for more than hour - where many rental need to wait at lobby (I thought TROIKA still new?) - What happened to lift maintainence service?
3. Why not put coffee/tea, sugar at proper place on table (as welcoming guess to the residant - just suggestion)
4. Guards - very friendly and always smile (credit for them)
Overall - not bad
But got room for improvement in future….

GGuest UserLiked our choice of Prestige 1-bedroom apartment (Block A13-10 18th floor) in the Sky River Front building behind Ibis Hotel. Newly painted and very clean. Has separate bedroom and bathroom to main lounge, dining and kitchen area. Had a balcony, WiFi and off-street allocated parking. Towels and toiletries are provided. Kitchen has refrigerator, microwave and electric kettle. Cutlery and crockery is also supplied. Swimming pool was nice and clean. The only negative is that there is no place to cook. It would be nice is an appliance was supplied for this purpose.

LLixiaoyao1109The hotel has a strong old-fashioned feel. The air conditioning is OK, not as bad as the previous comments say. There is no quilt, but the blanket in the photo. But the advantage should be that someone washes it for each guest, each has its pros and cons. Bus No. 9 from the airport. It runs every 2 hours. The terminal is not far from the hotel. And there should be a stop for passengers to get on and off at the intersection of Zheng He Archway.

SSharifuddin UmarWhat I like most about this hotel is it's location. Right smack in the city centre. Spacious room with complete in-room amenities including a mini fridge and a microwave oven. Not many channels on the telly, only those free to air ones. The famous Muhammadi Mosque is just across the road and Tambatan DiRaja is just a short walk away. Parking is quite limited. Nasi Ulam Cikgu Fauzi is just behind the building if you are into it.

AailengsaysI have stayed here twice, staffs are friendly and helpful, breakfast is provided. The whole homestay was nicely decorated with flowers and small decoration items, room overall is clean. The only one room at ground floor is a two-bed room, no aircon, price is cheap though and has a shared toilet outside the room. Upstairs has three rooms - Only the family room (Master bedroom) with two beds has its own toilet, for the two other two rooms are sharing the same toilet. For the travellers who don’t like shared toilet better booked for the big room. Overall experience is excellent, the only downside is the location is a bit too far for people who don’t drive.

GGuest UserWe stayed here 2 nights before catching the jungle train at Wakaf Bharu, it’s in a great location, not far to food & the shopping mall. The rooms are a good size! We were in a twin which was very spacious & clean! We would 100% recommend here, for backpackers you can’t beat this place for value! The only negative was there was no free water refills & in our room the Wi-Fi was very temperamental but apart from that we were really pleased with our stay!

We are lucky this Saturday morning is a Saturday Floating Market with varieties of local delicacies. Interesting to see Dikir Barat Performance. A weekly event. Please come. Really worth it & fun. Boleh naik boat/ we enjoyed river cruise! Here are some pictures.

小小思文There is plenty of space in the central market of Kota Baru. The market here can buy many good small commodities. The central market is also the biggest shopping environment here. I especially like to come here to play.

Jjoy***neJust because of a travel app: Kota Baru must visit the place, I braved the 35-degree heat to walk back and forth 3 kilometers to visit this 4-RMB museum... As a result, this app also marked the wrong map location! ! ! Very general, there is no need to come specifically, even the whole Kota Baru has nothing to play... The museum is very small, the inside has to be barefoot, can not take pictures. Outside, everyone just look at my picture... Finally, the cat is black all his life! ! !
