I just stayed one night here as a base for visiting Nizwa. The hotel is next a busy highway and needs a taxi to get to the city centre. Check in was quick enough despite lots of photocopying and signing. The room was spacious and mine had fairly unspectacular views of the highway. The bathroom didn't feel particularly clean, hairs in the shower grime in the tiles. The shower pressure was also low meaning you spend some of the time stood under a luke warm trickle. The AC didn't work in my room, but as a plus, when I called reception about it, someone was there within minutes to fix it. As with most hotels in Nizwa, don't expect a bar of any description - not a criticism, just an observation.

The environment is particularly good, very comfortable... Family travel is also very enjoyable, real garden hotel, you can breathe fresh air in the morning, the price is also relatively close to the people, especially recommended

My family had a comfortable stay at Nizwa hotel apartments over the Eid holidays. Starting from the reception to the housekeeping, all our needs were handled with great hospitality. Our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. The wifi speed was excellent. The General Manager, Mr. Anu Mathur made us feel at home. Always checking on how our stay is going, he also helped in planning our itinerary at Nizwa. A huge thank you to the team for this amazing hospitality. Keep up the good work!

This hotel should be the best hotel I have stayed in Oman. The room is very big and the view is not ordinary. The hotel built on the edge of the cliff, you can watch the sunrise and sunset, very beautiful. The breakfast was also very good, and the service staff were very nice and helpful. Regarding the service of the hotel, the view is impeccable. The only thing to note is: if you are driving by yourself, you must drive a four-wheel drive up the mountain, otherwise the police at the checkpoint at the bottom of the mountain will not let you go up the mountain. Just before I went up the mountain, I went to the car rental company to re-rent a four-wheel drive up the mountain (the local four-wheel drive rents about 30 to 50 riyals a day). If you don’t want to rent a car and drive by yourself, you can make an appointment with the hotel 48 hours in advance and let the hotel arrange a car to pick you up at the foot of the mountain, but the cost is very high, and the round-trip fare is 130 riyals. It's also worth mentioning that if you don't want to eat the hotel's dinner, you have to bring food up there, and you basically can't find a place to buy food after you go up. If you choose to dine at the hotel, basically the cheapest is about 15 riyals per person.

Although Nizwa feels not very prosperous, but the worldly atmosphere of fireworks is quite enough, very Arab taste, the suburban health is a bit worse, the hotel is good.
