Check in was smooth, and the hospitality was awesome!!! Love the efficiency of how they work to get my room ready even despite the check in time still has a few hours away… room was big and the amenities were nice! Love the toiletries at Conrad, thanks conrad manila … you’ve been awesome will stay the nxt time when im back to mnl!!! Great stay 🥰

Amazing place! We only had 14 hours in Manila but We loved it and will definitely go back again, because it was close to the airport and nearby this is lots of shops and a small mall! 👍 great service! Great view and affordable accommodation! 🥰👍👍

What I like about Belmont Hotel is the easy check-in and check-out process. No need to wait for a very long time, few minutes and you're good to go. I also love how friendly and polite the staffs are. They are very well-mannered and well-trained. I also love the location, very close to the Runway Manila. The room is clean and the ventilation is good. I would love to book here again.

The room is clean and tidy but small roaches litter around the floor of the bathroom and bed. The attending staff was accommodating but hard to reach when texted hence a call should be made to address our concerns. There are a lot of simple kitchen utensils and tools that weren’t there in spite of their rule to wash all the dishes after its use. Sadly, microwave had to be transferred near the socket of the kitchen in order to use it. The mattress of the bed needs to be replaced as it is not comfy to sleep on. All in all, the room needs general pest control.

The room itself is clean and nice. Towels are white and good smelling. Shower room has warm water, has complete kitchen utensils. Complete amenities. The only downside is the lobby of the building has strange smell, it seems it's coming from spoiled blanket or unwashed carpet.
Walking distance to
Restaurants, New port Mall and NAIA T3. And has free shuttle stop nearby

Very conveniently located if you need to fly from terminal 3, you can walk to it through the ground crossing (5-7 minutes from the house)
Nice new area with a huge number of cafes, shops, shopping center, cinema, ******
We lived in an apartment on the 7th floor, everything worked fine, special thanks for Netflix and super thanks for the early check-in
The owner is friendly and responds to messages promptly
No deposit, quick check-in which is much more convenient than renting a hotel
We will definitely stay there next time

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The view of the ocean from my room was absolutely breathtaking, making my mornings truly special. Check-in was impressively quick, and I received my key card in no time at all, which was a pleasant surprise.
The location is fantastic, as it's conveniently close to a mall, making it easy to shop and dine. The room itself was lovely and well-maintained, and the bathroom was clean and modern, providing a comfortable space to unwind.

GGuest UserIt was a great experience. All staff were amazing. Especially the front desk and staff at the 11th floor. There are ongoing construction but they will informed you about it upon checkin so you will not surprised. It was raining when we checked-in so we didn’t have time to swim and it was super cold. But will definitely comeback soon.

GGuest UserMe and my wife stayed here for 6 nights. We came early before our check in time but they were kind to allow us to check-in early. The hotel staff are courteous, helpful, responsive and professional. What we appreciated also was whenever they see us coming they open the door for us. The room was good, well lighted, comfortable, with flat screen smart TV, clean bathroom with hot and cold shower, free towels and toiletries. Free water in the hall way. Highly recommended, budget friendly hotel in a great location.

AAnonymous Userwe booked and stayed at this hotel just for a resting place before our flight. near NAIA, just enough for a 1 night stay rest, shared bathroom is good, hot water is working, bed is not too shabby but only provided 1 thin bed sheet, our rooms kinda noisy because it's near the highway you can hear all the vehicles commotion outside specially the trucks and buses horns. Have to close the blinds all the time because we can definitely be seen by commuters passing by. They have a cafe, but just don't try the food there not worth it. Better to buy outside

GGuest UserHotel is very neat and clean and staff are very polite and very cooperative in nature. One thing is most like that they are serving food for 24 X 7 with minimum lapse of time. Food is also hygienic and affordable rate. Their room services are excellent and they are cleaning their room on daily basis with change of pillow cover and bed sheet too. The location is also very good and near by Manila International Airport say hardly 3.4 kms. to 3.7 kms. They are providing airport shuttle services that I don't know. But I have the best experience of the hotel. Victory Liner Bus Terminal is also in walkable distance so that you can visit nearby cities of Metro Manila. You can say it is in the center of Pasay city. Once again I like to stay there and I recommend to stay there for good experience forever. I wish them good luck.

Ppoppimds007You would think that during a Covid Pandemic this Hotel would at Least clean their AC filter! This is The Worst hotel I've ever stayed in in my 61 year's of exsistance. There contact number doesn't work. Because the Country added a 8 to the begging of the number But it still don't work even if you add an 8.I contacted your chat line on the 7th about it because I'm a disabled person and I needed a 1st floor. We'll once I arrived in the evening of June 8th. I requested a 1st floor room. To my surprise. Only a 3rd floor room was available. I was very tired having traveled all day. It was late and I was 5 kilometers from the airport. And Manila has a curfew. Well I decided for my safety I would stay because I have a 14 hour layover. I'm taking 4 airlines through 5 Airports on 48 hour's. Well at least the receptionist carried my luggage up to my room. Well. #1 The air con isn't cold. #2 The air con filter is Filthy. #3 The toilet don't flush. #4 The bed cover has a big stain. #5 The sheets have stains. #6 The shower is dirty #7 The toilet doesn't flush. I am not a rich person so I was in a bind and could book something else at the last minute especially with the totality of the situation at hand. I've attached photos of said hotel and I'm humbly requesting a Full Refund due conditions beyond my control. And I will be giving a bad review of same hotel and informing the Proper Authorities about this establishment ias well. Hopefully you fix this or I'll be forced to start using Trip Advisor again. I'm taking 4 airlines through 5 Airports on 48 hour's. Well at least the receptionist carried my luggage up to my room. Well. #1 The air con isn't cold. #2 The air con filter is Filthy. #3 The toilet don't flush. #4 The bed cover has a big stain. #5 The sheets have stains. #6 The shower is dirty #7 The toilet doesn't flush. I am not a rich person so I was in a bind and could book something else at the last minute especially with the totality of the situation at hand. I've attached photos of said hotel and I'm humbly requesting a Full Refund due conditions beyond my control. And I will be giving a bad review of same hotel and informing the Proper Authorities

NNatzskieThe place was good. The staff are accommodating and welcoming. It was a good place to relax because the surroundings are quiet. The room was good enough for the price that you've paid for and the bathroom was clean.
