The hotel is the on the verge of old town, pretty far away. It's okay for business travel. I like it because the room is bigger comparing to other four star hotels in downtown.

First review on TripAdvisor, as felt had to thank the hotel for such a lovely stay. The room was spotless, large and the bathroom had a bath and a shower (that worked really well). The room was quiet and on the 4th floor with a nearby lift. (My 73 year old, disabled mother could have stayed here easily too). The staff were friendly and efficientl. I was worried as I didn't have any Polish, but they were more skilled than me and could speak English really well. We had breakfast one day which was varied and plentiful and in a lovely breakfast room. We didn't get down to breakfast the other two mornings as the beds were so comfortable! I wish we could have bought the pillows! Hotel building and fixtures are traditional, which is why we chose it and it didn't disappoint. Mini fridge in room. Perfect position, 5 mins from the Jewish Quarter and 20 mins from the Old Town. 5 minutes from a train station, 1 minute from a tram stop. Parking (for hired ebikes and scooters just round the corner). Luggage room for when you check out. All in all, if / when we visit Krakow again, we will be staying here.

We stayed here for 7 nights and are more than happy with our choice. If you are looking for a modern, hi spec, tendy hotel, this is not for you. If you want a hotel in a great spot in the old Jewish quarter, close to everything you need and oozing with history and character, this is a great choice. It could be argued the hotel is dated, I’d kind of agree but the bed was comfy, the air con worked, plenty of hot water and the staff were all helpful and kind. It was a bit stuffy too, but I’d imagine it would be toasty warm in a bitterly cold Polish winter. Breakfast was great, super coffee machine too. Plus the Wifi worked a treat. You could do a lot worse than staying here just base your expectations properly.
The apartment was very clean and up to date, even had netflex on all tv's in the apartment. about 10 mins walk from the square but right next to a large shopping centre, which was a plus! The communication between the admin team and myself was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for her (Alex) we called her several times during our visit and each time she help[ed us out no end. Would defiantly book again.
Upon arrival we were told our room wasn't ready so we will be put into a different room even though we were checking in hours after the official check in time. We were put in a a like for like room so this wasn't an issue except it being up more stairs. In the morning we hunted around for where breakfast was and couldn't find the area and the reception was closed so we were left with no choice but go somewhere else for breakfast which was an expense we were not expecting. When we got back that evening again reception was closed so there was no staff to ask and the same happened the following day. Eventually on the third day we found someone who told us it was at ”the bicycle”, this was all the English that this member of staff could manage, later that evening we found someone in reception who informed us that breakfast wasn't held at the apartments but in a cafe over the road. When we went to the cafe the following morning they asked us for breakfast coupons that we were supposed to have been given up check in 4 days prior! When I went to reception to complain and ask what solution could be offered as this was now the while trip without breakfast I was just told ”complain online” with no mention of a solution. This was the main issue but some smaller ones were the oven in the kitchenette not working and being told someone would come look at it which never happened and no cleaner came to the room for the whole trip. Also the apartment could sleep 6 (3 x double beds) however there was only 2 plates and bowls in the cupboard which meant we had to take it in shifts eating.
Location is perfect. Really nice place just next to old town and town was pretty.
Hotel building can feel the history. Air conditioning working well. Room was clean and people is nice with delicious breakfast buffet. From 7:00am - 10:00am. And check out time is wonderful till 12:00pm.
But 1 thing, wifi connection is not good. This is hurting point.
Hope can be improved next time :)
The breakfast at the hotel is delightful, offering a diverse selection of fresh and delicious options that cater to various tastes. The quality of the food and the pleasant dining atmosphere make it a noteworthy highlight of the stay.
A great hotel close to Krakow’s market square. After the refurbishment of the hotel, new parts have been added. It smells very fresh. The air conditioning is good. The bathrooms, towels and sheets are clean. Great breakfast options. Even select all before 10 o'clock, even coffee cake. There is no hotel parking, but it is easy to find free parking locations in the surrounding areas from 8pm to 10pm. Great service. Friendly gentleman at the reception. We will definitely come back here.
The hotel is on the edge of the Old Palace Square and has easy access to various tourist attractions. There is underground parking. It is 8 minutes walk to the square, and it is a good choice to go around in the morning and evening.

QQIANYANGThe location is very good. In the Old Town Square, it is a five-minute walk from the Textile Hall. There is a restaurant with rice and fish in the vicinity. The environment is excellent. The hotel is small and fully equipped. The breakfast is very rich. Traveling will also help to book a car. There is a convenience store opposite. Low-key but warm hotel.
GGuest UserStayed here for a long weekend. The apartment was clean and comfortable with all the facilities you would require. The kitchenette was handy with its kettle and fridge as well as being well equipped with utensils and crockery. The bathroom was a good size with a large shower and the beds were comfortable. The location is excellent and very convenient for eating in the restaurants in the main square and visiting the attractions and sights of the city. The staff were friendly and keen to help whenever we had a question. There isn’t the possibility to store luggage but we were informed that there is a luggage storage facility across the square which was also rather convenient. The price for our stay was great and we definitely received more quality than what we paid, especially compared to standards in other parts of Europe. Overall, would definitely recommend!
This was a unique experience to us. We stayed in room 200 which isn' a room but an apartment of 125 square meters: Two large bedrooms, a living room with a piano, a small kitchen and a huge bathroom. And all is furnished with lovely, old furniture and is nicely renovated. I guess that it used to be the old owners own home? But the apartment is on ground floor, in one direction (the bathroom) facing the hotel yard, and the other direction (the bedrooms) facing a small street. This was not a problem to us, but might be it to other guests. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good, but not fantastic. The hotel is very close to both the railway station and the old town.
Dear Hilton Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am currently staying at your esteemed Hilton DoubleTree in Krakow and felt compelled to share my wonderful experience even before checking out. As a frequent visitor, I’ve consistently been impressed, but this visit has truly exceeded my expectations. Firstly, the courtesy and efficiency of your staff never fail to amaze me. Every member of your team, from the reception to the dining area, is incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. It’s always refreshing to see my Hilton Member Status recognised and valued, adding a personalised touch to my visits. The breakfast spread offered is delightful, with a wide variety of choices that are both tasty and satisfying, setting a positive tone for the day ahead. My children, who often accompany me, absolutely adore the spa area. The indoor pool is their favourite spot, and it’s wonderful to see them so happy and entertained during our stays. The cleanliness of the rooms deserves a special mention. Maintaining such high standards is no small feat, and your housekeeping staff does an exemplary job. This time, my visit was for a special occasion, and the thoughtful upgrade along with personal greetings from your new manager, Ms Anita S., made it all the more memorable. Such gestures make a significant difference and enhance the overall experience. Thank you once again for consistently making our stays enjoyable and comfortable. I look forward to many more visits to your lovely hotel. Best regards, Dominic Niehoff
We chose this hotel only because is so closed to ICE Krakow, the venue for a concert we were about to attend. The room is basic, on the small side, but except for the fridge, it has everything you need. Only two pillows and two large towels... The bed is hard but, some how, quite comfy. You can walk to Wawel Castle (which is just across the river), Old Town, Kazimierz, Stradom, tram station is very close to the hotel. It's a very good base to explore the city. Even the railway station is in walking distance, if you plan a day trip out of the city. For us, coming from the south, so easy to reach by car. Parking is 45PLN/night, but is limited in space. I saw a lot of paid public parking places around.
GGuest UserWe stayed at the Hotel Wyspianski in Krakow for 5 nights. Really can't fault this place at all. We had a lovely large room on the 4th floor, the bed was comfortable and they left free bottles of water for us. The hotel is in a great location, close to the Old Town, the main Market Square, a big shopping mall and lots of other attractions. The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast buffet was delicious with so much choice. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant a couple of times and the food was amazing. The hotel bar was well stocked with Polish vodka and overall we've had a fantastic time and would certainly stay there again!
There is a variety of rooms. Dorm rooms with (just) four beds (not bunks) and attached bathroom are better than in other hostels in the same price bracket. The renovated place is light and kept clean. Check-in is straightforward and pretty well organized. All facilities such as the hot shower and WiFi worked well. Beds were comfortable. Good there are lockers. Enjoyed the modern well equipped kitchen where I could cook and sit at one of the many tables. The location is within walking distance to the old town. Since the last time I stayed here, more guests behaved rather anti-social. Moreover, there were groups with youngsters (sometimes loud). At the court yard very early in the morning someone would start his motorbike (noise!). Every day the same. There is not always someone at the reception. I used the luggage storage for which you need a key. Because the receptionist was absent, I missed my bus. So plan enough time to pick up left luggage.
GGuest UserHotel is pretty decent for the price.
In terms of positives, the rooms are pretty good. The pool/ sauna are good. I've been to hotels with pools more like paddling pools, but this one you could actually swim lengths in. It was busy around the evening (5-8), but dead in the morning which meant I could have a nice relaxing swim. Reception were nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent enough, though a bit expensive in my opinion. The big downside for a visitor to Krakow is the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Around 20 minutes in a taxi to the centre. There's a bus stop outside the hotel, but the only buses which stop there don't go to the centre meaning a connection is needed. Nearest small supermarket around a 7/8 minute walk and there's a big shopping mall 15 minutes by foot. I stayed for work so was happy enough. First time visitors to the city would be better off getting something closer/ better connected to the centre.
