Hotel muito perto do Santuário, tem alguns lugares de estacionamento. Os quartos são espaçosos e limpos, WC funcional. No restaurante, os preços não são baratos, mas a comida boa e as doses demasiados grandes. Pena o serviço nem sempre ser o melhor, ao pequeno almoço por vezes deixavam acabar o pão, ovos ... Na recepção extremamente simpáticos.

The hotel is very good with super careful staff. Hotel located in front of the sanctuary. I stayed in a double room in the 3rd floor, without balcony but with view to the sanctuary. The room was cleaned with towels each day.Like the other time, the room was super clean.The internet was perfect. Breakfast was excellent with varieties of juices and breads.Eggs and fruits varied. The cost benefit is very good.

I stayed here recently and had a good stay the hotel is in a good location and close to everything, it’s around 10 min walk from the bus station also, the rooms and hotel was very clean, the breakfast was fine but the selection has been reduced from the last time we stayed here I feel they need to offer possibly fresh tomato’s, soft cheese, more fruit options! This aircon in the rooms worked well and cooled the room down quickly. The restaurant had a set menu for 4 courses for €15 euro which we had and it was great value for money, the food was nice and we enjoyed it, the only other downside was the menu selection wasn’t that big, no chicken or prawns on the menu I think by offering this it would really improve the menu selection. I definitely would stay here again as it’s great value for money and the hotel staff is very friendly.

**I am giving this hotel a 3 stars for the room alone. Every thing else was above average.** We stayed at this property from 03/20 – 03/23. I had reserved a suite. When I see a suite, I think of a very nice room with a good view. Not in this hotel. We were assigned room #101. This was a suite with a separate sitting room, but the view was of a wall. Not overlooking the sanctuary but a wall of the building next door. Not like the photos on the website. So, if you are looking for a room with a view, do not get room 101. Other than that, the stay was good. The room was clean, and the heating worked well. The price of the room was €93/night. All staff encountered were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant had an excellent staff (especially Ines) and the provided breakfast was very good. Breakfast was €15/person with a very large selection of items. It is one of the hotels located along this street that is directly across the street from the Sanctuary. There is a small onsite parking area with about room for 6 cars. Overall, if I had to do it again, I would not get a room but a city view room. I am giving this hotel a 3 stars for the room alone. Every thing else was above average.

This hotel is poorly run. Our room 627 was not served by WiFi Internet. I complained about it to Marc at the Front Desk 3 times. Finally a technical crew arrived and determined that the router on the 6 floor near our room was not projecting a signal to our room. This could not be remdied during our stay, and no other accomodation was offered. We asked to have our room made up early each day, Marc was argumentative and told us that he can not assure anything. The attitude of Marc was that of a Mr. No to all of our routine customary requests needed to make our hotel stay pleasant. The lack of internet and the lack of a positive attitude of the front desk staff succeeded in placing this hotel on the do not return list for us. The room had minimal ighting adjacen

O hotel foi renovado recentemente, os quartos são muito confortáveis, nomeadamente as camas e o duche. Estacionamento gratuito e em abundância, contudo não é coberto. As salas de formação são muito boas, confortáveis e climatizadas. Tem uma capela lindíssima. O pequeno almoço tem boa variedade e qualidade. Staff muito educado e prestável. Certamente recomendarei a amigos e família!

The hotel is aimed at large groups, therefore basic clean rooms. In the bathroom there was no place to put your essentials Situated near the Sanctuary. From our balcony we could see the sanctuary In the dining room most tables were reserved for large groups. Breakfast itself was varied and good as expected in such hotels. The staff were very helpful.

GGuest UserStayed at this hotel as part of a tour. Would highly recommend it. We found the hotel well located with easy access to everything (although it’s a very small town). Everything is clean & modern and service was great. Breakfast area doesn’t start until 7:30am so if you need to leave early like we did may need to consider alternatives. Food was fine, but nothing special. WiFi was fast enough. Lots of people stay here as part of their religious pilgrimage so can only imagine how busy it gets at certain times.

I booked a family room and it was very spacious, immaculately clean, the beds are confortable, the showers are the best Ive come across and the hot water comes out fast! The breakfast has a great variaty and the staff were genuinely friendly! The location is very central to walk around with my kids and had no problem parking my car. The valeu for money is very good and I will not bother looking for another place next time I go back to Fátima.

GGuest UserThere is 1 elevator that is accessible to guests, therefore, check-in was easy, but getting to the room with everyone arriving on tour took 20+ minutes. The shower stall [no bath] was short of a square meter, therefore, beware if you are a bit more round than tall. I woke up with a migraine and needed nourishment to keep it at bay. My wife and I sat down with a very meager plate in a dining room that had been near empty and the manager proceeded to kick us out, because the night before, without any warning, the telephone rang in our room and we were not consulted, just TOLD that our reservation was now @ 8 am. No manners, just an order. The manager was rude and angry when he found us, and made us feel as if we had crossed some imaginary line! Last I looked, hotels are there to serve their customers; had the manager been just straight forward or [god forbid] polite, I would have explained the situation - no chance of that. Nowhere have I ever felt more uncomfortable with the meager service and the unsolicited changes. There are many, many hotels in Fatima, as during holier days, they could be booked solid with no tents to rent, but this was not high season. I would imagine that many devout catholics would dream of such accommodations upon arrival, but we were just looking for a one-night visit. If ever you are in Fatima, beware of hyper-vigilant staff who seem to feel that they are doing us a huge favour by accepting our money and allowing us to eat. Wouldn't go back were they to send me the airfare and invite us back.

GGuest UserWe went to spend the weekend with a group of friends. We all stayed in this hotel. At the time of the reservation (by phone) we asked for a berce for our room because we had a 6-month baby. When we arrived in the room, we had no berce. I went to the reception, and I was aware of what happened, and they told me that we had said we didn't want a berce; they made a confusion, I deduce, with another couple friend who initially wanted a berce, but then they didn't want; OK, until there all right, confusion happens. They took the berth later, after paying us €7.5. There is no room for the berth, and we weren't able to put our things down and almost didn't pass around the bed. The most intrigued thing was that the berth had no bed. I had basically a table with the lingerie. I can't understand how they have such conditions for a baby to sleep!! It was exactly the same thing to sleep there or on the floor. I find it regrettable today that there are so many options for cheap beds and beds, that a hotel is going to dislocate in this way. But the available recordings did not work, if we were not warned by power bank, we would not have loaded our electronics.

The room was very comfortable in the second floor, with views of the city, with very good cleaning in the sofas, covers and towels, and very well heated. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. Plastic gardens are attached and cannot move so the water comes out of the bathroom and enters the room and wets everything. I doubtless or recommend on my next trip to Fatima would come back. Thank you very much!
