An amazing stay..hotel very near to women gate (16-17) and male gate (17-18)..not to far from gate 25 (women’s raudhah)..
Very convenient stay and would recommend to other travelers..worth for money!
Very nice hotel, good location. And all staff are really helpful. Breakfast also awsome there are many food local and international. Very recommended hotel if you want to perform umrah since its very close to haram you can just walk down the hotel to haram within 5 minutes only.
The location is the best. The staff are very helpful especially the receptionist. They allow us to do a very early check-in at 8.30 AM. After having more than 18 hours travelling, this really matter.
Moreover, they give us the Haram View. We can't see Kabah, but we can see the people doing tawaf.
Thank you Pullman. Will definitely in the first list hotel to stay at Mekkah
I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the Haram, especially near King Abdul Aziz Gate. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, making it a relaxing place to return to after a long day. The breakfast was decent, with a large variety of options to choose from. I also enjoyed the view of the Haram from my room.
One great convenience was being able to pray in the room during busy times, as the sound of the congregation from Masjid al-Haram was played in speakers of the room that you can turn on or off according to your comfort.
The only downside was that the washroom was a bit small, but overall, the stay was very comfortable.
This Hotel is situated on Ibrahim Khalil road , its very clean, has a luxurious feel to it, with a professional staff and with very comfortable beds and Rooms... The cleaning staff speaks arabic, hindi, bangladeshi however reception and house keeping finds it hard to understand English all the time. Its almost 25 mins walk to the Haram But If you have done your Umrah or have been walking a lot in Haram , it will be tiring to walk back.
They do have a Shuttle service which is available 24 hrs however to our surprise, you have to change it on Kudi Bus station and take another bus to haram, your total Trip time back to the hotel can be roughly 25/40 mins due to traffic, which is usually always busy , but if its a Friday you will be literally running around catching a shuttle or securing your seat in it. I absolutely hated that so preferred walking.
Hotel has a shopping mall, Masjid and all the 9 Towers are connected with each other.
We ordered their In room dining food and overall it was quite nice. I felt the oil of the fries had some stale taste but everyone else was tired hungry and found it ok.
I might not stay there again as I didnt like the 2 shuttle Run but overall its an amazing Hotel .
It’s a very nice hotel. Walking distance to gate 79 (10 minutes) which leads directly to the Kaaba.
There’s two towers, 1 & 2, both have a great breakfast.
There’s two restaurants in tower 2. There’s a cafe which can make birthday cake if you so wish.
There’s a nice prayer room inside the hotel.
I would highly recommend this hotel.
It was amazing. I am strongly recommend it for everyone who want cleaning.
Very Good

Outstanding
SSuria AnneWe spent a week at Jumeirah and were thoroughly impressed. The hotel is absolutely stunning. Although I had read some reviews mentioning negative staff attitudes, I’m so glad I didn’t let that deter me. Booking here turned out to be an excellent decision, and we had a truly enjoyable stay.
The staff went above and beyond my expectations. One instance stood out when my little boy wandered off in the hotel. A kind staff member not only ensured his safety but also kept him entertained with games and conversation. At the front desk, Danya was an absolute gem. Having stayed at many major hotel chains before, I can confidently say Danya is one of the most unforgettable individuals I’ve encountered. Her warmth, kindness, and dedication to ensuring my stay with my children was comfortable and enjoyable truly touched my heart. Her service is exceptional and deserves special recognition.
Additionally, the housekeeping staff from Indonesia who works on level 2, was incredibly efficient and meticulous. He cleaned thoroughly, quickly, and always with the utmost respect.
Well done, Jumeirah Makkah team! You’ve truly outdone yourselves! I pray that Allah will
invite us cos I can’t wait to return🙂
HhcahcaThe breakfast is ok, because I have lived before, so I know it is not as good as before, the rooms are clean, and the waiters are good, but the bar is really difficult to communicate, can I study English seriously? I feel like they don’t understand if you hurry up hahaha
SsemFLOWerHotel good but I was expecting a better breakfast where beef , fish , chicken would be offered, and not just sausage. The Hilton and Doubletree in south east Asia are much better in terms of choice and meat/chicken availability : rendang, roasted chicken , steamed fish etc.
Also , too much salt are found in many meals, that is so sad. Stop putting excess salt , customers can always add more themselves.
WiFi could be much better to connect and having decent speed. I had to complaint about it and was given a code.
I came for my umrah , so spiritually I was my too much affected for being in a double tree that has drop its standard I used to in other double tree and Hilton hotels.
Also a razor could not be provided , unlike many other hotels that provided me one.
MMohMarSab*************, from location to the room amenities, I am forever grateful that I have finally chosen this Hotel. The only minor downside which I believe could be easily improved, is the food breakfast variety. If youre an Asian who loves rice spread for morning breakfast probably you might want to consider to opt that out. Apart from that, excellent.
AAhsan.AReally nice 5* hotel only small thing to keep in mind is you need to take a shuttle which takes you to a lift to the masjid. Apart from that hotel was really clean and big and had an amazing view of the masjid from my window, would recommend
AAbdelhameedOne of the best places for luxury accommodation, with great service and reception.
Breakfast is an experience worth having
Luxurious selection and distinctive variety
MMoonyhoneyIt was good stay with my family. Very near to the Haram and there is mall connecting to the hotel. Friendly staff and helpful. Clean rooms but the service was slow. Highly recommended.
Hhani hussainLocation is NOT ideal for pilgrims. Although shuttle to the grand mosque is provided, what they didn’t inform in the booking sites was guests needed to take TWO buses to get the Grand Mosque. So guests have to factor in the shuttle times, the crazy mad crowd waiting at Jamarat the bus terminal (this crowd includes non-hotel guests). Because of the location also, it was very hard to get Uber, and i missed my train!! taxis are expensive!
Room was nice. Bed super comfy - the comfiest i have slept in. But no coffee was provided. Only tea.
GGuest UserOur experience staying here was absolutely delightful. While the location is somewhat distant from Haram, the availability of hourly bus services for pick-up and drop-off greatly enhances convenience and comfort. The area is undergoing development, adding to the beauty of the surroundings, especially for an evening stroll. The services provided were commendable, with Jasim offering exceptional assistance. We highly recommend this place to those seeking a comfortable stay without breaking the bank.
IIqra SMy stay at Worth Elite Hotel during my trip to Makkah was amazing. The overall experience was decent, there are a few aspects worth noting for future travelers.
The hotel itself is modern, with clean and comfortable rooms that provided a peaceful place to rest after long days at the holy sites. The staff were courteous and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests. The service, though not exceptional, was reliable, and the housekeeping staff ensured that the rooms were well-maintained throughout my stay.
One of the standout aspects is the surrounding area. There are several amazing hotels nearby that offer a variety of dining and shopping options, which added a great deal of convenience during my stay. The proximity to these amenities definitely made it easier to find good restaurants and places to explore.
However, the one challenge I encountered was the location of the hotel itself. It was a bit difficult to find, especially for first-time visitors, as it’s tucked away from the main roads. Even with GPS, I found it a little confusing to navigate, so I recommend planning your route in advance.
From Hotel to Masjid-Al-Haram it’s 7min walk, which is worth it. However, if you are extremely tired from walking then it’s bit tough. Hotel doesn’t provide shuttle and the taxi is bit expensive.
Despite the minor location issue, Worth Elite Hotel offers a comfortable stay with helpful staff and great options nearby, making it a solid choice for travelers to Makkah.
