Seychelles is not big, and you either charter or rent a car around the island. It doesn't matter whether the location is convenient or not. The hotel is a three-minute walk to the main road. Vacation cares about the mood, and the scenery... all of these in Castello. If the weather is good, the seawater during the day will have a gradual color, and in the evening you can enjoy the beauty of the sunset and the wonderful memories of the journey. When I saw the reviews for the Seashell Beach Villa, I was incredibly curious about the place because it sounded too good to be true. As they say, ”seeing is believing”...the villa far surpassed my skeptical expectations. Set right on the beach, I had a gorgeous view of the ocean every morning. The beach area was private and serene and the sunrises were breathtaking. The room itself is fully furnished with an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. A quaint patio area led off the bedroom and hosted stunning views of the water. The room is kept incredibly clean with daily cleaning and changing of towels etc. Cindy is the most friendly and wonderful host. She shared delicious mangos from the garden with me and even made the most delicious BBQ fish for the guests. She assisted me in arranging taxis and when I told her that my dad had suddenly decided to fly over and join me on the trip..within a few hours she had all the paperwork arranged for the travel authorization. If you are looking for a gorgeous beach to just laze on all day then I highly recommend staying here..my dad and I had an unforgettable time.

You'll feel like home in a very short time. Ujjwal, Munna, and the whole team turned my stay into 12 blissful days. My terrace was merely 15 metres from the rolling waves, and the restaurant was even closer. I booked half board. The breakfast had all you could imagine. Fresh fruit, and fresh fruit juice, eggs in all varieties, pancakes (I still dream of!), toast, marmalade, all served in an open-air part of the restaurant, where I could watch the tide come in. Dinner was even better! I could chose from every meal on the menu. I worked my way through the menu (starters and main dish), and in 12 evenings I had 10 different dishes (Indian, and Creole) on my table. On the first couple of evenings, I had bananas cooked in syrup, and later I switched to different kinds of ice cream. Not to forget the Cocktails, and Mocktails, of course! The list is short, but very quickly I found my favourite there. Although I like alcohol a lot, my favourite was a mocktail with no alcohol, the ”Le Relax Garden”. Don't miss this one! The room had all I needed (and even more). A large bed where I slept very good, and very long. A bathroom perfectly eqipped for all needs. A verandah with a nice view. A large garden with a lot of trees, flowers, and not to forget the birds! As I am a keen bird watcher, I found Seychelles Sunbird, Madagascar Fody, Indian Mynah, Seychelles Bulbul, Seychelles Fruit Pigeon, Seychelles Barred Ground Dove, and on one day even a family of five (!) Seychelles Black Parrots. And the garden had flying mammals as well: every evening I could see endemic Fruit Bats flying around a large Indian Almond Tree, trying to get ripe fruit.

If you go by ferry, it ends at the end of the island. Once you enter the resort, there is not much to come out of the itinerary. If you want to tour the island or do a day tour of Radigue, we recommend renting a car. The facilities are top notch. nature reserve? Because of this, there are some flying bugs, but fortunately there are no mosquitoes. You can see a lot of chickens, peacocks, lizards and tortoises in the resort. If you apply for an eco-tour, you can listen to the flora and fauna in the resort along with explanations from the guide. Most of all services within the resort (dinner spa, etc.) require a reservation in advance, and even a day in advance reservation is almost impossible. We recommend that you check the services provided online in advance and make a reservation on the day of arrival. The staff is overflowing everywhere, they are so friendly, and the room condition is checked so often that it is burdensome. Oddly enough, when someone is there, they knock on the door and come in. If you don't want to be disturbed, you should tell us in advance at check-in. There are several beaches in the resort and they are all beautiful. All kinds of water sports items can be rented, and tennis and golf are also available, so if you like sports, you can enjoy it. Anse Georgette is really pretty, so be sure to go there. However, there are some waves here too, so go when the weather is good.

From Banyan Tree Mahe to Raffles Praslin, the villa's swimming pool is much smaller and farther away from the sea. The ocean view room booked can indeed see the sea, but it is covered by trees, but The beach is nice, the public swimming pool is very large, and you can see many beautiful big fishes. The restaurant by the pool is very good. You can eat all afternoon. Simple burgers are not easy. Locals do n’t eat crabs and lobsters. They only eat Fish, but it ’s still for the guests. The hamburger with crab meat is quite delicious, but it ’s really expensive. The luxury of Seychelles is really reflected in the hotel's food and accommodation, but the blue sea, the blue sky and the huge stars at night are worth it. !!

It's a nice hotel. The beach is at a 2mins walkable distance. Swimming pool is available till night which is a luxury. The room service closes early at this hotel.
