Sala Bang Pa In is a very photogenic hotel, several areas in the hotel are amazing for Instagram lovers. The Rooms are modern and tasteful, the common areas are classy and beautifully designed. The hotel is situated on a river with water running past both sides of the hotel giving the feel you are on a private island. The hotel is set amongst low key, local neighbourhoods making it really stand out from its surroundings. The food and service were very good too!

I think it's a very comfortable place to live if you treat it as an apartment hotel for business trips for a limited period of time. The service also seems quite good. As for why I like it, 1) The pool side is nice, but on the other hand, the road side is just an empty lot and makes me feel depressed (the gap is huge), 2) Some buildings are half-heartedly under construction, which spoils the scenery greatly. 3) If you don't have a car Since you can't go shopping, it's a prerequisite to have a car.In other words, I think it's enough unless you're sightseeing.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious, but are already showing their age. Minor defects, such as shower door without handles, dripping faucet. The bed is very comfortable, fridge with 2 bottles of water for free, hairdryer available, balcony without seating. A big minus for us (after a long motorcycle tour) was the closed pool! That was one reason why we booked there. The breakfast was very extensive (Thai/international). All in all, okay for one or two nights, but for the price there is better in Ayuthaya. It's a shame, we had hoped for more.

The hotel is next to the highway. The surrounding area has little food. The hotel’s sanitation is not up to standard. The bed sheets are yellow and yellow. The waiter is still dirty. The room is relatively large. The decoration of the Roman Golden Palace is not possible. Look closely, it looks good at a glance, one parking space per household, and the price is cheap. We stayed at the resort in one of the pool villas for an extended weekend. The villas are spacious and very nicely decorated, each in its own style. Ours had its balcony toward East, atop of the fish pond, which made a wonderful setup for a morning coffee (espresso machine dolce gusto in the room!). Some of the pool villas have an outdoor shower (private/closed of course) - you would have to ask for a room with it. The staff was super super helpful and friendly, assisting us in whatever we required. The restaurant with its open terrace is a wonderful setting for breakfast (bacon / ham and eggs, sausages, toast, marmalade, or Thai breakfast if you want) as well as for dinner. Food quality / taste was amazing. The whole setup is tranquil, the trees amazing (next to our villa was one in full blossom, inviting dozens of dozens of butterflies swarming up and down). Next to the restaurant there is a very cozy area with tables, chairs, benches and a swing under the tall trees. The spa was unfortunately closed during our stay but it would be reopened soon. Whenever we will come back to Ayutthaya, we will stay at Pludhaya again - next time we will opt for the suite version, on the other side of the resort, overlooking the fields. The setup is amazing but the hospitality of the team there made our stay truly enjoyable!

Clean accommodation for anyone going to Ayutthaya. Recommend staying here. Food is easy to find. There is a market near the hotel. The food there is delicious. I recommend buying it to eat. There is parking and the rooms are on the cover. The accommodations are in the Japanese style. Anyone who likes this style, I recommend this place.

The room is spacious. There are a lot of Chinese people staying. It's a bit noisy. The room smells like the drain pipe. The lotus hanging hanger is loose, making it necessary to hold the lotus to shower. Everything else is ok, cheap price, but there is a problem with the reservation system using a credit card to reserve. But you have to pay cash again. But the employees handled it smoothly.

On my check-in process ( at 14.00), I have been told that my 2-booked rooms are not ready to stay so I went outside for city tour until 17.00. What happened when I came back, I had still to wait for room cleaning, but I give pressure to receptionist to find one room first for my mom to relax then I got one room. Until 18.15 I come back again to receptionist to ask for another room, you know what answer I got is that the receptionist STII. DO. NOT. KNOW. WHEN. I. CAN. GET ANOTHER ROOM. BY now as to hotel like centara chain that has managed a lot of hotels nationwide, such a situation can be handled and solved easily in more professional skill. So I phoned to hotel and talked to front office manager and informed of my story, the manager just say same. SORRY, but I do not want this word , I need the manager to clear my long-story problem, so the manager ask for 5 minutes to look into my problem. After that I have finally got room at 18.45. What doubt me a lot, if hotel do not have good management team to serve guest during festival period, why you open hotel in this period. Hotel should know well that new year is yearly big festival so you should have well-organized management with skillful staffs, not staffs that can say only S O R R Y, but cannot do anything like answering machines. What make me big disappointed is that I have never wait for one room for so so long time like this time, it should not ever happen to over-standard hotel chain like. CENTARA.
