Noise Hotel too noisy especially the dog that barks all night and the unpleasant and impolite housekeeper on the 3rd floor who makes too much noise by shouting loudly in the hallway. The cleaning ladies slam the doors violently. Restaurant Late opening for dinner 8 p.m. always 15 minutes late The meats are not cooked: it looks like plastic. Very little choice and no taste The dishes are cold even the soup is cold Housekeeping Can do better Security A very senior security guard is not very friendly with customers: his other colleagues are nicer with customers Beach full of pebbles and rocks A nice swimming pool Hotel that has aged badly and some unpleasant people who ruined our vacation. Reception You have to call him several times for the same technical problem because he does not call the technical service, so you wait for nothing. Service that leaves something to be desired especially that of the afternoon and evening.

I am rating this place a 5 star for sure since I can't give them 10 stars. Check-in was busy, but fast and easy! Ahlem was so great checking us in, super friendly and funny too! we had seen her several times during our stay and she always greeted us with a smile. My room was always clean, smells so fresh..Thanks to Samia our housekeeper .. and i'v noticed that all the saff was very busy working throughout the hotel the whole time . The air conditioner was superb . We really did appreciate it after being gone all day in the hot sun. Coming back to a clean and cool room was a plus. The food do different every night, Italian,Mexican, Tunisian, food was always hot and tasteful, the breakfast omelet was made with so much care for the guest request(thanks to the chef) , pancakes were also very good! There was always a good selection and something for my kids and I .. and I am a picky eater! Big shout out to the kind Fat'hia with her amazing smile every time we go to the restaurant she asks about our stay, laugh and compliments us.. she made us feel so welcomed 🙏 🤗 My kids always get bored after a few days when we go on vacation but here they were never bored, at the water slides they do games, dance parties mousse parties and more to keep them engaged and let them interact with other kids and make friends... NINA and Pika and Daddou made our stay so much easier taking care of the kids ! They made the kids club so entertaining so that my boys participated in all the activities .. sports. .games... theater..esc..It was awesome! Thank you girls. JACKSON (Ahmed) , you have done an amazing job with my boys ...they where following him everywhere he never complained.. he was playing with them in the pool, kids club, taking them to the restaurant.. they also wanted to take him home with us lool.. i can not thank you enough, I will forever be thankful for the love and laughs. Cheking out, with Wiem and Fat'hia was so sad 😔 we didn't want to leave lol.. They where so nice and warm and hoped to see us Again (absolutely 💯 ) Thank you for making out stay exceptional. I can make this review 20 pages long but I’ll try to keep it short 🙈. Everything was absolutely perfect and where glad we brought our family here. We made lots of memories and would definitely visit again. SPECIAL Thanks TO Sofien, Saif, all the waiters Michael , Leo the entertainers Hafedh and the amazing Mounir the batistas .. I highly recommend staying there if you want to get away and relax, have fun and enjoy your vacation .

Disappointed, because we booked a room for 4 with a view of the mother, we ended up in an interior room. But it's still quite correct for a family with children,

The stuff was good, but what really catched my heart is the animation team, I enjoyed my self dancing and clubbing and I had lot of funny and great moments Thank you animation team for this beautiful experience and I hope that I'll come the next season Special thanks to Okba from the animation team and Omar and their fat chef they were so friendly and I had a great time with them 😊
