Considering the value for money, it's not bad. Excellent sea view. Half an hour for the registration of the check in seems excessive to me. Hearty meals. Wifi works fine. TV channels need a technician to tune them, I couldn't

Hotel looks nice, I would say you get for what you pay (something need to be fix, food is delicious and various, locality is really good, beach is great), but unfortunately staff, mainly cleaning lady in our case nightmare/ making it high below 4star standard :(. She came almost immediately at the start to introduce herself and inform us that she is not coming tomorrow, but day after- I didn't pay attention/thinking that she is not each day on duty, but next day no-one make any cleaning till we didn't request after 2pm a few times for it on reception. The same scenario in next 2 days and today after 3 days of ”cleaning on request” she just tell us that ”we need to look for her, when we want some cleaning”???!!! I never before see such service and that management don't care at all about it (we are even having overstandard room). Looking forward how when will finished our holiday with ”running below cleaning lady”, but sure never ever back in such hotel
Excellent

maybe my review of the hotel will not be entirely objective, because Tunisia is an amazing country, an open-air museum, and two weeks was not enough for us to see everything. the hotel is a solid, cool building on the seashore, without territory and animation. Breakfast and dinner are tolerable, their lasagna is delicious! Italian restaurants in Ukraine are far from it)) The beach is fenced off with a fence, so there are practically no strangers there, sunbeds, umbrellas, sand, gentle sea, everything is fine. in the evening there is nowhere to walk nearby, so you need to drive to Port El Kantaoui (tourist area) or the old town of Sousse (exotic). The main thing to do in Tunisia is to travel, take excursions, believe me, even the second time is GREAT! Sidi Bou Said is a charming town, if you are lucky enough to visit there without a tour - sit in a cafe upstairs, the view from there is a hallmark of Tunisia. Bordeaux Mosaic Museum, the capital of Tunisia, Kairouan, Sahara, Star Wars filming location, desert oasis (bathing in the lake), Colosseum. You will be lucky if the guide is educated, like ours, a Russian female orientalist. She will make you fall in love with the country 100%)) what to buy - olive oil, ANYTHING! everything there is of the highest quality, ”gold of Tunisia”, coffee (there is a shop in Sousse, you will find it by smell))), leather, bags, spices, lovers can take plates and all sorts of exotic things. in a word, do not sit still, it is interesting there. But if you need a seal vacation, then the hotel and maybe the country you need to choose others.
Visited Royal Salem is Sousse for a weeks break with my partner. From arrival we were welcomed by all the staff. The food was brilliant, plenty to choose from. The swimming pool and private beach were perfect. The evening entertainment was very enjoyable. The Animation team were very fun and get everyone involved. I would highly recommend this resort for all trips away. Next time we will most certainly bring our children. Perfect for any family holiday.
The Marhaba Salem hotel is an amazing place to visit. It has everything going for it, super location, amazing staff, especially the bar and animation staff who work so hard to look after and entertain the guests. There is always a brilliant selection of food, the variety ensure that all tastes are catered for. There are lots of activities for all ages and entertainment is inside and out in bother the Salem hotel and the ”sister” hotel the Royal. Struggle as I might I cannot find fault. You WILL have a great time

This hotel is lovely, the rooms are so clean, the shower is probably one of the best, room was cleaned daily, fresh towels. Water put in room daily. We went to the beach every day, soon as you went down there, security helped get a sun lounger, very helpful, mohammed couldn't do enough for you, he brought drinks, water, fantastic guy. Hubby did breakfast, which he said was excellent, the lady who did the omelette was great,we used bar and snack area a few times, near beach,it was lovely, waiters were so helpful, use main restaurant in the evening, there was such a good selection of food, there is a pasta station, which is made why you wait, so worth the wait, hubby booked the romantic beach meal, it was amazing,it's only your self's there, you pre order your food, which is vegan, chicken or veal, we had the vegan, and veal, mine was the vegan, it was out of this world, hubby said the veal he had was one of the best, there was no rush, our waiter was the best, he just new when to come over, we did Sunday 7/8/22, telling you date as I can't remember how to spell his name, big hand clap to him, We had some photos taken , which we had so much fun, got up at 4am for them, but so worth it to have them taken ,when the sun rise happen, Honest all the team at this hotel are fantastic, always smiling. Only thing we think needs looking at is the entertainment, it's ok, but just that, Thank you all for making memories for us.
The Sana receptionist always listens very professionally, very well placed hotel, at the middle of the way between kantaoui and the medina. The rooms are comfortable with flat screen TVs. Go closed your eyes
As a coastal tourist city in Tunisia, Sousse has low consumption. The hotel has free parking. There are police and security personnel at the entrance, and it feels like it is being guarded by layers. The hotel has a private beach, booked sea view rooms, directly facing the sea. But the room facilities are old. The hotel has three meals, and the buffet has many varieties, which is very good. Many elderly people in Europe come to live for a few months and feel like a European nursing home.

Ribat of Sousse
事事事随缘Sousse Medina Old Town, where the local conditions and customs of Tunisia are best reflected. Medina, which means old town in Arabic, refers specifically to the city where Arabs traditionally live. It is the soul of a city. Tunisia has seven world cultural heritage sites, four of which are related to Medina, which is the best preserved. The old town of Medina still retains the style of hundreds of years ago, presenting a bustling Arab market scene. Citizens are busy buying and selling goods, and middle-aged nobles are smoking Arabic hookahs, female college students are reading, and children are happily playing football. Everything seems to be going back in time. See the world as you wish.
Sousse
EE50***89Next to the old castle of Sousse on the Mediterranean coast, the charming Fisherman's Wharf - Lover's Harbor is a beautiful business card of Sousse. The depths of Sousse Harbor hide charming customs, various bars and restaurants are scattered among them, and various yachts, fishing boats and luxury cruise ships are docked in the harbor. A curved pier goes deep into the Mediterranean.
Grande Mosquée de Sousse
艾艾思文The Grand Mosque is an iconic building and landscape, and the mosque has a lot of normative stuff, and a lot of long clothes are comfortable.
Sousse Archaeological Museum
MM32***23It was a great pleasure to visit this museum, it contains mosaics and archeological items of the punic area , roman, chrestien roman and bisantien ampire...I advise everyone to visit it. If you are a tunisian or you have a tunisian residency card you can get in for free in every first Sunday of each month
Museum Dar Essid
Jjuki235The Dar es Salaam Museum and the famous Baldu National Museum are very similar, which houses many relics of ancient civilizations, the most famous of which are mosaic murals, both animal images and maps. There are even many of the patterns we have now mosaic floor tiles that are really very old and amazing.
