We made a reservation in your hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary, but the experience we experienced was a complete disappointment. We learned that the reservation I made by phone during the day was not made when we arrived at the hotel in the evening. Finally, when the table was ready, only a electronic light candle was decorated, which was very funny for a particular day, we didn't care, we waited for 45 minutes to order the dinner. When the garments were not interested, we reported the situation to the reception I first applied to such a path in my life, but I couldn't succeed yet, service was too late. The three different foods we ordered were not available and it took about 15 minutes to find out that they weren't each in the kitchen, any food in the kitchen, but we suggested it, but we said we order it, and they couldn't do it, and you tell me to go and look. We really faced the reaction, I couldn't understand my inexperience of garsons, my problem of hotel management. These situations completely ruined our night. This experience has certainly not satisfied the quality we expect from Grandpa's hotels. I'm very disappointed to spend such a bad day with such a bad service before you prefer this hotel.

The service attitude is great. Every employee is very nice. This shows the high level of management of this Hilton, including helping me to surf the Internet Wi-Fi. The breakfast area is also perfect. The room is clean and comfortable. The only downside of the hotel is that it is far from the lake. The 6-lane highway speeds past at speed. It would be perfect if the hotel has a safe passage that can easily reach the lake.

Excellent hotel, booked for two days and extended for three more. It was in a quieter area of the city centre, supermarket very close, shops a ten minute walk. The room was a good size, and there was a sofa and chair. No major complaints, housekeeping could have been better. Breakfast was good, but no change in the food selection from day to day. Both the girls on the reception counter were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

This is a lovely hotel, good location with a 20 min walking distance of AVM mall which is basically the only mall of this town. The room was clean and nice, and they gave us a four-bedroom even though we were only two people, so we enjoyed the spacious place. The breakfast was satisfying considering the hotel being a four-star in a small city. We really like the old paintings on the walls and the ceiling gave the hotel kind of an artistic vibe.
