We arrived early at 5 am & did not have an early check in as it was only at 11 am. So being tired from a long overnight bus ride, we were offerred a room that was available. Rate wise not sure as it was a family room offered to our group of 4. We accepted us as were were sleepy. After breakfast, Tufan the owner gave us ideas on the best way to view Hierapolis and the Travertine pools. By bus (10TL per pax) vs taxi (50TL) to get to the upper entrance. We took a tram to tour area with a few stops and ended at the pools where we took a walk down to the town centre. Breakfast was good. But because we had to leave early to the train station, our packed breakfast was disappointing, 3 sandwiches from the nearby supermarket & 1 wrapped in an aluminim foil plus packet drinks and fruits the night before our departure. Overall, you need to carry your own luggage up the stairs (many steps) though the owner did help us carry our luggage down. The rooms are clean & new & look just like the pictures. Had a good night sleep.
My wife and I visited Pamukkale and stayed at the Apollon Garden Hotel for four days+three nghts. It was a wonderful experience. The owners and their son made us feel so welcome and were accommodating with any requests that we had. The hotel is new and the rooms were very comfortable. We even got to ride their horses before we checked out. Highly recommended.
Location is the only priority for this booking.
Room was small.
Bathroom was too small, water pressure for shower is not acceptable,
Swimming pool need to be clean more regularly, dirty.
Breakfast was acceptable.
Parking = need to pay 20lira
Staff need training.
Hotel is more expensive than other hotel that have better amenities, better room size, better staff, better food.
Location is great. 5 minutes walk to entrance of pamukkale, many shop and restaurants within 10 minutes walk radius.
Very Good

Anatolian hotel is our saviour. We booked another accommodation via Booking in the first place, just to come at the address and find out that place doesn't exist. So we quickly booked Anatolian hotel, and we had a lovely two days there. This hotel is modest, but clean and it has nice area around the pool, that was perfect for me when İ had to work in the evening.
The facilities are quite old and partially broken. We reserved a room categorized as ”delux”. There was a broken toilet paper holder (though fixed upon request) and missing door in the shower. I asked why it's called ”delux” - I was said it's the windows direction, but we didn't have any special view, just facing a backyard and a fence. I should say they suggested us another room, but the windows there were just to the balconies of an adjucent hotel... I can't recommend the hotel restaurant either. First night we had a dinner there, and it was a mistake - ”Ceasar salad” come with some strange source (kind of vinegarette), and the ”Manti” dish looked like bought from the supermarket, no taste. On the positive, the breakfast was quite good - you have plenty to chose. Only coffee all the time finished. If you chose to eat outside, be aware of cats - they come to eat from unattended plates. The rooms were clean, and the stuff was polite. In addition, there are 2 pools. The location is very convenient, close to Travertines. Therefore I rate 3 stars, overall it was okay stay.
The 4-star hotel is on a hill. It takes about an hour to drive from the airport. It is equivalent to the edge of the city on the other side. Parking at the hotel is very convenient. It is best to rent a car.
We were greeted with a warm smile! The owner is such a happy energetic guy. He showed us the rooms and we decided to stay in one of the private rooms. It was a cold night and he asked if we needed extra blankets. We had a heater, hot water for shower, and a comfy bed. He has breakfast and more food for an extra cost. It’s a small town so it’s well located and you can walk anywhere. It was low season so not a lot of travellers in the town.
The door lock is not so good, the others are not bad. It also has a large pool. Location is also like. But without pick-up and drop-off service, it is recommended for self-driving tourists.
Lovely hotel a couple of streets back from pamukkale cascades . Quiet location . Great service and a fantastic breakfast . Clean rooms and a very clean large pool. Stayed with mum, dad, sister, nephew and niece. Everybody enjoyed the stay . Came back 2 weeks later and stayed again for a night on the way to Antalya . I would recommend this place for family’s , couples and sole traveler’s.
The bathroom is really unbearable, especially the faucet in the shower room and the bathtub are extremely dirty. The room was changed three times, the sound of the outside of the air conditioner was loud, the sound of the inside of the air conditioner was loud, etc. The water quality was particularly bad! Perhaps due to geographical conditions, the hotel is privately opened in the local area. The towels are directly washed by a huge drum washing machine in the garden. Alas, the hygiene is not much to say. The breakfast area is full of flies.

Outstanding
My family stayed in 2 rooms in Bellamaritimo Hotel. We were given a very warm welcome and enjoyed a delicious breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Located about a 10 minute walk from town, this was a quietly located hotel with a large swimming pool. Excellent family- run hotel. The advantage of staying in the town of Pammukale means that you can get into the springs through the upper gate when they open. We were one of the first in at 6.30am which meant we could enjoy the natural collection of pools before the crowds arrived. I think this made a big difference to our overall experience. We also thoroughly enjoyed exploring the magnificent Hierapolis Roman ruins.
GGuest UserGreat hotel, amazing breakfast. We stayed for just 1 night. The front desk staff are very friendly, the restaurant staff too. We got the 2 bedroom + living room suite which was the perfect size for a family of 4. The pool side view was pleasant. The hotel is less than a mile away from the bottom side of the Pamukkale hill and plenty of restaurant options. 10 out of 10. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends coming to this beautiful site.
GGuest UserOne of the best hotels in the area to visit Pamukkale. The hotel is managed by a respectable family. Mr. Huseyin, his wife, Ms. Emine, his son, Mr. Osman, are dedicated to this and specially interested in their customers. The hotel is very close to the travertens. Thank you, Mr. Huseyin, left us to the south door, where the travertens entered by private vehicle. I certainly recommend that you eat at the hotel. I'm sure the lady's food is tasteful for house food. They also made 10% discount in the dinner. The rooms are clean and well-treated. They offer a quality and lazy hotel service as a lounge that tourists prefer.
GGuest UserWe stayed here for 2 nights. Average sized room with a big balcony overlooking the pool. Room was clean and modern, few English channels on TV. Good parking,.loads of spaces. Walking distance to the village of Pamukkale and short drive to the main entrace of the UNESCO World Heritage site of Pamukkale and Hierapolis. It is also a short drive to Loadicea (archeological site) and Denizli (we went up the cable car) Best thing about this hotel was the food, bountiful selections of food during breakfast, the buffet counters were overflowing with food! Dinner were also big portions, we had the set meal that cost around 140-150 Turkish Lira (£7-7.50) and the food for the 2 course meal was delicious. Staff were nice. We enjoyed our short stay here.
GGuest UserA beautifully set property at the gates of Pamukkale, the hotel has a very beautiful plants around and Turkish lamps and evil eye decor all through with a small garden and patio at the entrance with a lovely pool. The hotel is family owned and owners give an eye and word to all guests, they would personally ensure all our requirements were met and they happily guided us for our tours and plans - thank you. We stayed in a family room which was large with a balcony and had 2 twin beds and 1 single bed all of which were super comfortable - the room, wash room and patio were clean and tidy. The balcony had a good Mountain View with sunset view. Breakfast was sumptuous, tabled in Turkish style.. it included jams, breads, honey, cheese, olives, fruits etc. which was all delicious. Being vegetarians our menu of eggs and meat was replaced with Cheese fingers and French fries on all 3 days of our stay.. no complaints but the restaurant could have been a bit more creative here. In all we had a nice stay at White Heavens and thank the owners and their family members and the motivated team for making it a wonderful stay.
Eeli***It is very close to Pamukkale Travertines, Antique pool, Hierapolis City Ruins & Amphitheatre. You can view the balloon flight from the hotel in the morning. Less than 10mins walk to restaurants.
GGuest UserAfter this, I will certainly be the only choice in my sea trips. The cleaning of the hotel is not a coincidence that it is selected from the best quality of all the equipment that customers use, the staff is lazy and certainly related. There is definitely experience, experience and success behind it. I haven't seen any other hotel before, especially the famous pizza and the geographically marked tastes of the breakfast. The hotel manager Nurettin was also very pleased with his brain guests. Thank you very much for everything. I can't see a single point out of 100, 100 clear.
WWoodsExcellent, value for money, well located hotel. This great hotel is well appointed and fabulously located on the edge of Pamukkale right near the south entrance and the lake in front of the terraces and walking distance to the centre and restaurants and amenities. It has a good Chinese restaurant and pub on the premises too. Good breakfast, basic breakfast or self service. The owner, Ali and his family and staff are very hospitable and friendly. I was lucky enough to catch one of the balloons taking off from a vacant lot right opposite the hotel too! Fabulous! I had a really great time there. Thank you to Ozbay Hotel for some super memories!
GGuest UserOur stay was pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable enough. There is no elevator to the rooms in the hotel, the walking distance is a bit too much. But spending time in the thermal was very good for us. The hotel was not crowded and we want to come back as soon as possible
SSung-Ling WangThis hot spring hotel is a great value in every aspect, especially the hotel's hot spring swimming pool is very unique, and every room has a hot spring bathtub. This is a very ideal accommodation when you come to Pamukkale.
