It is all about expectations. I got this place for ”significantly” less than surrounding hotels. Most of the others are big, full-service, modern resorts, and this is a simple older hotel which is what I was looking for. Biggest things for me are clean and comfortable bed. There were minor signs of mold in the shower (nothing serious) but otherwise was clean. Was a comfortable bed (most hotels have hard beds which I do not like). It is a bit older, and maintenance could be better. I made two minor maintenance adjustments in my first hour there. 1) flush level nut had fallen off in the toilet tank and 2) one of the front feet on the fridge was 1/2” short, making it rock every time I opened the door. These were simple 2-minute fixes I did not mind making, but they indicate a lack of facility maintenance. I have attached a photo of the entrance; it shows one letter falling off, and others in a slightly different color, indicating they changed some out without repainting them all at the same time (lack of maintenance). Overall, I would stay here again because of the location and cheap price! Just go in with the expectation of a no-frills basic hotel, and compare prices to others in the area and will will be fine!

I visited to ride the swimming pool and the largest water slide in Guam. I had a great time. There are no pictures of breakfast, but Korean food such as stir-fried pork and Japanese food such as omelet and udon suited my taste very well. The food in the photo was eaten at a separate dinner buffet reservation. It was nice that there were unlimited refills of alcohol and beverages and the food suited the Korean palate. There is a gun beach right next to the accommodation, so it's great for not only the view but also the quiet sea! Since the Tao Tao Tasi show is held next to it, I recommend this hotel if you have plans to see the show! A tumbler is provided in each room, and there is a water purifier with ice in the hallway.

Checking in was okay for my husband that was traveling alone. Next day calling front desk Ms. Charity answered the phone and was very helpful when I told her about my husbands condition. She went above and beyond in help direct my husband to moms and pops store just close by to buy sim card. After help with ordering food, input apps that we can order food much easy also input wifi on all technology. Really appreciate her help. Let there be more Ms. Charity at front desk.

We stayed with 3 colleagues. This is the second time I have stayed with my family about 20 years ago. ２ I booked a bedroom, but it was on the lower floors of the bedroom (３ floor) of the bedroom. The view is completely useless. It was expected to be aging, but it was aging more than I imagined. Also, Wi-Fi is weak and useless. Cleaning was also １ times a day ２. Still, I don't think such a condominium is Guam. It's a place where you need a car, but I think it's recommended for those who are used to it.

The more important thing is that each room has an electric box. The night was buzzing and noisy, and I had booked four nights at this hotel. After two nights, I was forced to change the hotel. Hotel front desk and health services are ok, especially the front desk service is very good, but it is too noisy, if you live temporarily, it is ok, if you come to the exam, really do not recommend

I stayed at the hotel for 7 days. First of all, the hotel was old, so there was little objection to the facility. There's an ice machine at the hotel. I've never seen bugs. The water pressure is weak, so it's okay to wash. No slippers. The water was only given when I checked in.

Hotel is basic nothing fancy but I love it. Stayed in Guam with my mom for about a week before we continue our travels and we stayed at this hotel. The staffs were very friendly and always attentive. There was never a time when the staff were rude to us. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The club lounge could only be used for breakfast. Also, during the cocktail hour, there were no cocktails at all even though the advertisement said cocktails. The breakfast taste was average, but there were quite a few insects in the vegetables, fruits, and bread. The room and pool were good However, I was woken up several times during the night by the cleaning staff slamming the door of the room next door. The building itself is old, so it's quite noisy. Also, on one day, the Chinese people downstairs were having a party until around 24:00, and it was so noisy that I couldn't help but feel uncomfortable. I warned her, but she wouldn't stop making noise. I booked this hotel thinking it would be a quiet hotel, so I was disappointed.

I have traveled to Guam many times, but I always used the hotel near Tamon Bay. I used the Royal Orchid Hotel for the first time this time, but it was more convenient and better than I thought. Near the hotel, there was a free shuttle bus to outlets, micronesia mall and DFS. The hotel had washing machines and dryers, but I think it was good to use them for free. There were caprichoza and Tony Rome in the hotel, both of which were favorite restaurants. The unfortunate thing is that there was no veranda. The dryer was important because there was little space for laundry to dry. Near the front desk, there was a staff who could speak Japanese from the afternoon, so I was saved. I would like to use this hotel if I have a chance.

Snorkeling, sailing, etc. The hotel provides all entertainment equipment and coaches for free. Courses can be reserved in advance. Generally, the hotel can reserve the same day's courses in the morning. In addition to differences in room types, accommodation PICs are also divided into gold cards and silver cards. The main difference is that the gold card includes three meals, while the silver card only includes breakfast. When booking a room on Ctrip, you can only see the meal package price by selecting multiple days. Friends who want to spend time in PIC can choose the gold card. In this place where you can spend US dollars, you can buy three meals for a family with less than one thousand yuan a day. All the restaurants in PIC are of good quality! PIC has many delicious restaurants to choose from, including American, Western, Japanese, and buffets. The key is that an adult can bring a child under 11 years old to dine for free, and a family of four with two children does not need to pay extra for the child. It’s a waste. You can snorkel on the beach in the hotel here. There are many corals and small fish, but the corals are a bit badly damaged. Asian faces account for 80% of the tourists here, and more than 90% of them are Koreans. After three days in the hotel, I didn't meet anyone who spoke Chinese. During the National Day holiday, the country is crowded, and here everyone is surrounded by Smectas.
