The hotel was in a perfect location, quick drive to park. I checked in on my mobile app, front desk was friendly and acknowledged my Titanium status. Room was two queen on 4th floor, beds were comfortable, air conditioning was perfect, did not make noise. Room had microwave and small refrigerator and sofa had pull out. Hotel was clean and great shape. Breakfast food was good. We would stay here again!

Never stayed at a Tru before and decided to try one. I really like it. I like the layout , the beds, and the bathroom. I especially liked the soap, lotion, and hair products within a dispenser. The soaps were a lovely lemon scent. The breakfast was really good. The coffee was good as well. The staff was so friendly and everyone had a smile! Excellent experience!! Great team.

I'm starting with the positive aspects of this hotel. It was very clean and quiet, and the staff was polite and attentive. The location was excellent--just a short ride to Hershey Park and local restaurants. However, the rooms are ordinary with the smallest flat screen tv that I've seen in a hotel in recent months. The housekeeping is every other day, and when housekeeping came she gave us new towels, made the bed, but she did not clean the mirror or bathroom vanity. We did not receive another bar of soap or extra cups or a roll of toilet paper even though one reel was empty. The thermostat was hard to adjust in the room. In addition, the toilet kept on running and had to be adjusted frequently. The free breakfast was ok, but it lacked bread choices. The English muffin with ham and egg was hard and unappetizing after being overcooked in a hot dish. In all, the hotel was OK, but the rates were pricey for ordinary accommodations.

Five stars based on what was expected - no frills. Stayed for one night. The room was clean and the location was convenient to downtown Hershey. The bed was comfy, the shower water was hot. The room rate was unbeatable. The room also had a frig and a microwave. Good stay - no complaints. There was also a washer and dryer available, if needed.

Penn State College of Medicine Lebanon Valley College Elizabethtown College and State Police Academy are within short driving distance from our location.Our location is about 10 minutes drive to Harrisburg the States Capita and Hollywood Casino 30 minutes drive to Amish Country and Dutch Wonderland and one hour drive to historic Gettysburg.There is a maximum occupancy of 4 people in a standard 2 double bed room including children and infants. Room rates vary per occupancy.All rooms have a Exterior Entrance and are Non Smoking sorry no pets allowed.Minimum check in age is 21. GGuest UserNever stayed at a Tru before and decided to try one. I really like it. I like the layout , the beds, and the bathroom. I especially liked the soap, lotion, and hair products within a dispenser. The soaps were a lovely lemon scent. The breakfast was really good. The coffee was good as well. The staff was so friendly and everyone had a smile! Excellent experience!! Great team.

GGuest UserI'm starting with the positive aspects of this hotel. It was very clean and quiet, and the staff was polite and attentive. The location was excellent--just a short ride to Hershey Park and local restaurants. However, the rooms are ordinary with the smallest flat screen tv that I've seen in a hotel in recent months. The housekeeping is every other day, and when housekeeping came she gave us new towels, made the bed, but she did not clean the mirror or bathroom vanity. We did not receive another bar of soap or extra cups or a roll of toilet paper even though one reel was empty. The thermostat was hard to adjust in the room. In addition, the toilet kept on running and had to be adjusted frequently. The free breakfast was ok, but it lacked bread choices. The English muffin with ham and egg was hard and unappetizing after being overcooked in a hot dish. In all, the hotel was OK, but the rates were pricey for ordinary accommodations.

GGuest UserWe hesitated due to the price. We walked in to a clean, renovated, welcoming hotel. Malvin greeted us warmly. The unique artwork added charm. Our room was clean to the corners. Bath curtain - artfully hung. Full breakfast was great. Less than 3 miles to the Giant Arena. Charming place to stay. We’ll be back.
