My wife and I stayed there for only 3 days (nights) but it was a great experience. The Staff Members were fantastic, they were enthusiastic, very helpful, and very accommodating. We ran into a snag with food delivery (Door Dash) and they were more than helpful. Even though the food delivery is unrelated to the hotel they were more than helpful. Because of the staff I would be more than happy to stay there again.
The price for this hotel was great for a family that has never been to Utah the breakfast was not great, but we could pick up some things and cook in the room and that was great. The pull-out bed was extremely uncomfortable, and we ended up at Walmart getting an airbed for our kids it was that bad I wouldn't sleep on it. The one of the big problems we had was that the water in the shower was never fully got hot and with 4 of us in the room, I asked my wife if she was having the same problem and agreed. I went down stair to ask for a manger and this young kid name spencer said he was the manager and that he would work on it. I went back upstairs and told my wife about the guy and told her how I felt like I was bothering him by me complaining. Later that morning I came downstairs to ask if it was fixed and asked to speak to the manager a different guy came out his name was Skyler and let me tell you he was so different from the last guy I told him that I was talking to a different guy he told me that he was just a clerk Not a manager. He went on by telling me that they have been having this problem and are trying to fix the problem. Not a problem I get it. But this spencer guy needs to go if he thinks he is a manager what is he not telling the bosses. He also has his headphones on so how does he hears the phone ring or he is talking to the red head this is while I doing some work on my computer to many distractions in the room with kids running around. Love the tree lady she is wonderful I believe her name was Val what a wonderful person so kindhearted and so sweet to my kids and wife love that made us feel at home. Your front desk Manager Skyler runs his front desk so well and making sure everyone is welcome and happy besides spencer. One thing that he does is sit and on his phone and chat with the red head. Sorry for the long review but I thought it needed to be said and so that the right people can see how these people are running the place. If you stay here, these are the people you want to deal with Front desk Manger Skyler, Val, Char (night Clerk), Monica, there is another young lady she is great but can't remember her name she had dark long hair and most of the time she worked at night when I came to use the gym. Don't Deal with Spencer He doesn't care!

This is a nice hotel, it is clean and relatively comfortable considering that it is just a few feet from crazy busy interstate 15. I would rate the hotel a 5 if it wasn’t hobbled by the ridiculous local rules and regulations that make the bistro virtually useless- as evidenced by the lack of customers almost every night. What is a bistro if you can’t sit there in the evening and enjoy a cocktail and watch some sports or meet with friends in a relaxing environment? The staff told me I would be required to buy food before I can have a beer and they recommend the overpriced, limp French fries. So- I tried to get room service so I could at least relax with some dinner- the child running the front counter on this night put down his phone long enough to inform me “this is a Marriott- we don’t do that here”. They have a gorgeous patio area and fireplace but it is virtually unused because you can’t even step out there with a glass of wine. Stay at this hotel but go elsewhere for food and relaxation.
Denton, Whitney, Tishelle, Jen, Ginette and the other front desk personel are all great. I have lodged at this hotel 3 out of 4 weeks every month since December of last year I have met many great people here, both guest and staff.
From our greeting to dining and on to check out, everything was great. Trenton was professional and friendly, welcomed us warmly and is a great first impression for this Hilton Garden. Our room was large, comfy, and well appointed. Great bed, linens, pillows, and towels. Dining at the Inn is a plus. Morgan’s professionalism manner in telling everyone the Utah drink/food rule was spot on. The burgers and fries are great and good size portions. It’s nice to stay in and have a dining option. Used the hot tub. Was concerned about it being next to parking and side walk. However the B opaque fence gave privacy and a view to the “world”. Definitely would stay again.

This time we all lived in a BW hotel chain. It feels very good. The bathroom and the washing place are separate. It is very convenient. I will continue to live in the United States.
