The room was great and I highly recommend anyone gong to a conference at the convention center to stay here. It is conveniently located across the street. The fitness center was ok, could use a little more equipment, but overall works for the space that it is in.

The hotel's picture shows a highrise, but the hotel itself only takes fl 1-6. If you do not get the 6th floor, you will either get the view of the town or the back side of the quality inn bldg. You can use the elevator to the 18th fl and walk 1 fl up to have a birdeye view of the falls. Breakfast has to be preordered.

The landlord’s wife did a good breakfast, the room was very beautiful, the door lock was a bit old, and it was a bit far from the Great Waterfall, so it was fine to drive.

This property differs from a traditional bed and breakfast, and if you book online you will be surprised with an extra $15 ”cleaning fee” which the proprietor did not include in his online listing. How does it differ from a traditional bed and breakfast? The owner is not on site. You are not provided a fully cooked breakfast You need to wash your dishes and clean up the kitchen after you eat breakfast You are provided a selection of food you can make for your own breakfast, but if another guest beats you to the punch you may not get what you like. And when you are done making your breakfast you are expected to wash your dishes and clean up the kitchen. In other words this is more like an Air B&B rather than a bed and breakfast. If that's what you are looking for then this place will fit the bill for you. If you want a true bed and breakfast then look elsewhere.

The complimentary breakfast was great and there was a variety in the menu so one did not have to eat the same thing every morning. We were on the fourth floor. The water pressure in the shower was very poor. It was difficult to rinse off the soap and get the shampoo out. We would stay there again but would like better water pressure. :＞)

GGuest UserNot what I've come to expect from HIE - would never stay here again! Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk, but there was a line of people. The first person in the line stated he'd been waiting for 15 minutes and no one was available. All the lights in the sitting area off the lobby were turned off, and there were several groups of flies circling the lobby area right where everyone was waiting... definitely NOT an inviting welcome. When the front desk worker finally arrived back to the desk, there was no apology or even a ”welcome, thanks for waiting.” The room wasn't any better. Mold on the bathroom ceiling (and likely elsewhere given how terrible my allergies were), and a broken lock on our door. To top it all off, the stairwell was filled with bags of garbage. It was so awful I cancelled the second night (it was too late to move my 3 yr old) and we moved on to a better hotel elsewhere.

GGuest UserI stayed here in June 2021 and again in June 2022. The hotel was great again. I got a big room with a good bed (and so-so pillows). The fridge, wifi, and A/C all worked. The bathroom was big with hot water at a good pressure and good towels. The hotel has luggage carts and an elevator. It is near restaurants and stores (Target, Tops). For breakfast, they had eggs, sausage, mini pancakes, yogurt, mini cinnamon rolls, toast, bagels, cereal, juice, coffee, bananas, and milk. I only stayed one night this year because the prices have gone up so much! I will most likely stay here on my next trip.

Shuttle goes to the falls so be sure and take advantage of that too. Robert(the manager) and all of the staff at this hotel, go above and beyond to look after clients wants and needs and always make us feel welcome.

During my pre-trip research, I came across this hotel and was impressed by the fact that they had a ”family room,” which had 3 beds (2 queen, 1 twin). I checked the price, which was very reasonable, considering how close it is to the falls. I couldn't have been happier with it! Located just one block from I90, it sits on a corner lot and is quiet and cozy. The room size was great! Even with 3 beds and a desk, plus a mini fridge, there was still plenty of room to move around! If I had to find any fault, it would be that there was no complimentary breakfast, as advertised, because of covid; as well, I saw a few small ants in the bathroom. If you're looking for a pool, don't stay here. Overall, I was pleased. I would stay there again, as well as recommend it! If you're taking your kids, ask for a family room.

Including the Wagon Wheel with friendly people, good cheap food and beer. They give you passes to ride the shuttle bus which will take you to Niagara Falls and other places such as the ******. GGuest UserLocation: Although the location is great as this hotel is very close to the visitor center. But at night the area around the hotel is very dark and seems unsafe.
Front Desk: A little too preoccupied with process and not really great at communication. We had booked a room with two queen beds online and paid in advance. At the hotel we requested if the same can be changed to one king size bed - the receptionist foolishly changed the room to one queen bed room !!
Restaurant: Great staff, very helpful and inviting and always ready to explain even the most basic things to foreigner like myself.
Cleanliness: Great Job !!
