My stay was better than I anticipated! The whole staff was so professional, understanding, pleasant, and couldn't do enough to make your visit as enjoyable as possible. The rooms were clean, comfortable, convenient, and spacious. You won't be disappointed! I give this hotel a 10 without hesitation.

I stayed here during my visit to the Oklahoma City area for a wedding. This hotel is extremely clean!!! The staff was very courteous. The hotel room was cozy, comfortable and very well kept. The location is near the airport and rental car return. It is also 10 mins from down town and convenient to several restaurants. It is near the interstate another great convenience. I will definitely stay here again.

If you can accept the price, it is a very good hotel, good location, downtown, convenient transportation, opposite the hotel is the home of the OKC basketball team. Remind to change the shower gel, did not change, the second reminder sent a snack apology. There is valet parking service.

The valet service was excellent and a blessing in the heat. Also, everything is closeby so there is not much driving or traffic to hassele your stay. .
We were missing a hairdryer but the front desk was prompt to deliver one to our room.

Enjoyed our stay thanks to the pleasant and helpful staff - (should jotted down names) From the front desk, to the restaurant staff and welcome reception nightly. Ate dinner in the restaurant two nights - blackened chicken quesadillas, soups were tasty! Special thanks to maint./eng. staff (Justin B.) for assisting with our flat tire, twice!

GGuest UserArrived around noon or so and James was very helpful in checking me in. Being Spire Elite I was upgraded to a suite. This suite has something I rarely see: a ceiling fan in the sitting area. A very nice feature to go along with AC (it was nearly 100 degrees outside at one point!). Weak water pressure was the only bad thing about the room. Full breakfast, good to see as some locations have still been slow to roll that out. The neighborhood is so-so around the area, but you have easy access to I-35 and I-40, as well as downtown only two or three miles away.

BBabiePeanut16405I booked a reservation for a 2 night stay and not one time while staying here did i have a problem with any of the staff members let alone everyone that was also staying here. They stay on top of keeping the everything clean. Anytime i would have a problem with something, I would have certain questions that i need to ask, if they would see that im struggling with certain things ( my luggage dropping on the floor, if my hands are overflowing an would need help with a extra pair of hands etc ) they would always be there to assist me. If there’s a time where i would feel that my safety could possibly be in jeopardy, they would walk with me all the way to my room makinf sure that ive gotten to my room safely and make sure that nobody was following me / know what room im in. The meals for breakfast would always be made fresh an not anywhere close to being expired. I would refer this hotel to anyone and everyone if they was in need of looking for a room.

GGuest UserChecked in front desk attendants was rude. Went into room and first thing I noticed was a roach in the shower, and later two on night stand. Half of the lights in the room did not have light bulbs in them. Heat and air unit did not work properly only heated on full blast and would make a awful loud sound every ten minutes roughly when made sound it shut the tv off. pulled out the bed in the couch and there was a sheet with a big yellow stain in the middle of it and smelt horrible. Went down in morning for breakfast and it was crowded, no room yet if you try to walk away they chase you down to charge you ten dollars for leaving the six tables sitting there, as i was sitting eating there was two women next to us, and they had their dogs sitting right next to them feeding them the breakfast food from table, as they got up coughing i overheard them mention their covid test, next thing my wife and i know during stay we are sick and tested positive for covid and quarantined in horrible room fort ten days which hotel management did not do anything for my unpleasant hotel experience, then when i went to check out they kept my one hundred dollar cash deposit claiming there was a dirty towel yet when i left i handed my towels to the maids in the hall and carried my trash out, so i do not know where the tall blonde front desk attendant got the towel with whatever on it. Also there was an older attendant at night that was very unappropriate and rude more than most. This was the most horrible three and a half week stay in a hotel ever, also the hotel store where they sell pops, candy, some food, etc., they mark up over 200%!!!! the day time front desk clerk with blonde hair talks down like he is way better than everyone even to customers!! They also charge extra per person over two in room so not sure about how that works with children.

I couldn’t get to it until after my shower, and it was going off for the majority of the duration. There were cars in the parking lot playing super loud music, and there was a guy outside of my window working on his car from about 3am until around 7am. I won’t be staying at this location again, rather disappointing.

Sstaceyvb7My boyfriend and I stayed while visiting family in OKC for xmas. Right away at check-in there wasn't a physical person at the desk and I waited probably 5min before being greeted. Then we were told the wrong room number at check-in. Upon entering our room we noticed one of the pillows was in the middle of the bed without a pillowcase and the pillow had large yellow stains on it. The bathroom had dirt on the floor and the shower had several stray hairs on the shower wall and rust on the ceiling. Towels had black/brown stains on them. One of our windows didn't shut all the way and the temp was in the 30s and 40s at night. Not sure if it's a COVID restriction, but there isn't a phone in the room or do not disturb sign. The bed was extremely firm. Really the only things positive about the hotel was that it was pet friendly and about a mile from my family. I will not stay again and would not recommend for anyone to stay here.

GGuest UserThis is the worse I’ve ever experienced with Wyndham. When I arrived with my confirmation and booking ID I was told there was no reservation in their system. After waiting for over 30 minutes they still couldn’t find it so they gave me a different room. I reserved a non smoking room but was given a smoking room instead. The front desk lady acted as if she didn’t care if I reserved one or not and wasn’t apologetic about the mix up. The rooms were not clean. The covers were stained, the furniture and decor was written on and had childrens paint and nail polish on them. The toilet was FILTHY. It had urine and hair and dirt on the bottom of it. The room smelled horrible.

GGuest UserThis is going to be a really, really long review because it was the most interesting 2-night stay I've ever had, anywhere, and I'm planning on coming back. If you don't feel like reading it all, don't stay here, at least not currently, it's a terrible place that's all but a paid homeless shelter. But, watch the reviews in a few months and see what happens. So, I was in OKC for another weekend and needed a cheap place to crash. This place has a very, very surprising 4 out of 5 stars and was one of the cheapest places on my corporate booking engine. I've also been very interested in trying an OYO as they're spreading faster than the rona did in the US, so I decided to book this place. If I didn't know what I was getting myself into, I would never, ever stay in an OYO again. But, alas, I understand how franchising works and understands this is not a representation of a brand. Now, let's start with a bit of history about this property. Back in 2008 it was a Holiday Inn Express owned by a handful of individuals all throughout the country (we'll call them Ghotra), and per my research, none of them seemed to have much if any hospitality management experience. Judging by the reviews back then, it was a very nice property. Over time it lost the Holiday Inn Express name and became a Clarion. Every Clarion I've ever stayed in has been a crappy rundown conversion of a decent property because the cheap owners wouldn't put the money in to keep up the name, this probably wasn't different. Then, it downgraded once again to the OYO brand. Now, I'm not sure when, but, sometime prior to Ghotra declaring bankruptcy in 2019, this property suffered water damage (and may have again, but, I believe it just never has been fully fixed). I'd suspect from a guest breaking a sprinkler head, but, I never asked. Nevertheless, the property was foreclosed when Ghotra failed to make their balloon payment on it, and the bank took over after they declared bankruptcy. Now, I'm really not sure who owns it. Per my understanding, the bank still owns it and a receiver is in place, however, my corporate travel portal told me that a group that has never owned it before, and owns another OYO property in the area (the one mentioned later on), just bought it back. There's no legal information to back that up, so lets for right now just say the bank owns it. Now that the history is out of the way and you may understand how this property became the terrible mess it is, let's get into my stay. Prior to arriving at the property, I read a bunch of reviews stating a $100 deposit. That seemed stupid high (the Ritz Carlton held $50 2 years ago, the Courtyard next door holds $30-$50, and the Microtel nearby that I won't stay at again held $0), and I'm broke as dirt, so I called to ask. ”$100 card or cash, no exceptions” was the friendly response I got. Okay, fair enough, I can find $100. I found my $100, and headed over to the place. I walked through two permanently open automatic double doors

天天怡晴晴In the spring of 2017, I went to commemorate the terrorist attack in Oklahoma City in 1995. I was injured by many hospital nurses and hospitalized patients. The scene was very solemn, with bullet marks left in the year and a memorial to record the incident of the year. More shocking is a memorial wall with many wreath messages and toy puppets. It is said that the victims have children and are similar to memorial parks around, which is worth seeing.
National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum
乐乐天的静I wasn’t sure but it was one of the best museums I’ve ever seen. The artwork in the gallery left a strong impression on me and I could have stayed for a few hours. The sculptures and other things in Western cultural heritage are fantastic.
