This hotel was perfect! It was clean and the staff were friendly. I would stay here again. It was peaceful and quiet too! I would come back next time we are in town, the whole experience was great. The breakfast was perfect. There was a variety to choose from and it was enough for my husband and I.

Driving from Miami back to Charlotte, playing while playing, it was too tired to come here, temporarily decided to rest, Ctrip booked to see someone evaluation, the front desk said that no orders were received, and sure enough, then immediately contact the online butler, very forceful, direct The phone arrived at the hotel reception, and although they did not receive the order, they also settled in. It's a motel, don't expect too much, just live. There are not many types of breakfast, mainly after eating for a long time, and it will not be updated. Wow this Hampton Inn in Yemasse, SC rocks! This has to be the best Hilton experience while traveling. Although helping another guest checking in with one other guest waiting this team member actually made eye contact and smiled welcoming me and announcing she would be with me shortly. Minute later another team member showed up and within 5 min I was in my room with a prepared gift bag of drinks and snacks for being a Gold Member. Having requested a ground floor room on my reservation page the info was actually read and honored. The room had great lighting, super clean bathroom with enough towels so no needvto request more and overnight notions of bath/face soap, shower soap, shower cap, makeup towelette. The room had enough USB outlets that I did not have a need to pull out my blocks. Needless to say the Hilton linens/mattress/array of pillows assured a good night’s sleep. Breakfast opened at 6 am as advertised greeted by a friendly attendant. Coffee strong and although the breakfast is the same among the Hilton line this one seemed more fresh and delicious. Quick access off 95 …..pet friendly although there were no signs or smells of pets with my visit. I had one hiccup due to an early am guest arrival making noise and the hotel took care of this problem to my satisfaction.

Writing this review two months later after the bill cleared on my card so no one thinks I’m trying for a freebie. New Year’s Day driving from NY to Florida. Weather turned crappy so decided to stop for the night and go on in the morning. Checked in and was informed only 1 room left on first floor, a handicap room. No worries just a overnight and moving on. Front desk woman very pleasant. Go to the room and no towels in the room. No soap in the bathroom. Mold in the shower , not a small amount, it was covered. Mold on walls in room. Plaster crumbling of walls. Went to desk asked for a new room but none available. Again clerk was polite but nothing to be done. She did give me towels. Like many folks in the COVID era we carry cleaning supplies and Lysol so we cleaned the bathroom ourself. Next morning I again spoke with a different desk clerk who was again friendly and polite. Didn’t ask for a refund but told her the room wasn’t fit to be rented. Was then informed that section of the hotel about to be renovated and the rooms aren’t great. She said the manager would call when he gets in. He didn’t. I waited a few days giving him time as it was a holiday. I finally called and got him. He promised to look into it and call me back. He also was polite. Still waiting for the call. Not sure if it was just a perfect storm of bad luck and got them on a bad night or if their policy is to just smile and tell you nothing can be done. Didn’t expect the Ritz treatment at a motel off the interstate but kinds expected towels and a clean room.
