It was pleasant enough for the price. However I did have to request a change of pillow cases as the one's in the room were dingy, if not dirty. The bedspread had a few stains but the manager confirmed that they are thoroughly cleaned and just some stains that would not come out. He could not provide a new bedspread but he did provide 2 extra blankets and also clean pillow cases. He was very accommodating to my concerns and requests.

The cleanest rooms ever. Clean linen, clean bathrooms, clean towels all 6 nights we stayed. Front desk polite professional. Cleaning staff friendly and hard workers. Safe location, no hobos or such around the property. Safe normal tourists. The free breakfast pastry, bread, fruit, cold cereal, milk and juices. Kept clean. Decent beds and pillows. Clean fridge and microwave. Downside no safe. Yet i would come back here everytime hands down.

We stay at the Hampton Inn every time we travel. When we come to this area, our first choice is always the Hampton Inn in Cypress. The employees at this hotel treat their guests like family, and they care for the place like it’s their home. It is always clean, well maintained, and customer service goes above and beyond. From the first and last interactions at the front desk, to the awesome breakfast spread in the mornings, they do things right. Thank you for always taking such great care of us!
