The hotel location can also be next to a small river and then downtown. Although it is the city center but there is nothing to eat and no shopping malls, but the hotel is nice. It is convenient to visit the aquarium and busch garden if you want to shop or recommend Hotels near the airport have parking and takeaway can be delivered upstairs

They have special rates for long term stays (we stayed 2 weeks). We were able to schedule housekeeping and given towels whenever we were ready to replace. There was complimentary washers/dryers. VERY friendly staff...and some that went out of their way to make us feel welcome...Wayne, Allie & Tammie. Wayne & Allie greeted us at the desk on most evenings and made sure we had access to the ice machine, which we needed each day. Tammie was always a bright, cheery person each morning, always ready to assist us with all our breakfast needs. Also want to comment that even though during our 2 week stay, one of the elevators quit & the ice machine broke down, but they were both up within a reasonable period of time. Our only suggestions is to get rid of the tasteless scrambled eggs, don't run out of muffins, add wheat bread.

The worst Marriott that ever existed. Do not stay here. Ever. I don't have a good thing to say about this hotel. The staff is rude and unhelpful. I tried to check in for a 5 night stay at 9:30PM and my room wasn't even ready (check in is at 3PM by the way, and I'd had the reservation for weeks). No caffeinated coffee in the room and after I asked for coffee to be brought up to the room, no coffee was ever brought. The room phone didn't even work for me to call reception. I then accidentally left 3 shirts hanging in my hotel room closet and called at 11AM, within hours of checking out, to find them and talked to the manager Savannah who promised me housekeeping would call me that day -they never called. I called back at 5PM and spoke to a gentleman who claimed to not have access to the housekeeping closet to look for the shirts and to call back the next morning at 8AM. The next day when I called, the manager Savannah stated, 'we can't find them, there were no shirts in the room.' I informed her yes they were 100% in the room, I do not have them. She was mean and rude and when I stated what the nighttime manager told me the night before, she said 'That's a lie.' So, calling me a liar. Repeatedly saying, 'Sorry YOU left YOUR shirts in the closet, they weren't there.' So, apparently housekeeping or someone threw out or accidentally took my shirts. She never once apologized until I asked for an apology. This is awful treatment someone who is supposed to be the manager, the leader of the hotel, can give to a guest. This hotel is a shame to the Marriott family. Sadly my shirts were 'never found' which Savannah claims is 'my fault for leaving them in the room because she is not responsible.' I was promised hotel points for compensation (which I haven't received yet...) after I had to beg and plead for something to be given and point out what an awful experience this is as a guest and how as a manager she has handled this situation poorly every step of the way. Do not stay here. Ever.

There are so many white people coming to the disco. There is no independent elevator for the guests. The room is a premium version for the whole family

I booked last minute with points. Was given an excellent waterfront room. I had a couple of hours to kill so I checked out the bike loan. They had NEW well maintained bikes in a variety of sizes. I was fitted and provided a helmet and lock. I am a Hyatt globalist. Breakfast was nice and I got a $30 voucher to make up for the lounge being closed. It paid for lunch at Oyster Catchers. My only regret is they do not have an airport shuttle.

I always enjoy my stays at the Embassy Suites! The room was remarkably clean, everything worked properly, the comfort level was great & this location was close to the majority of places I wanted to visit. The only small downside was that the amenities that I enjoy the most were unavailable due to the pandemic; namely, the Breakfast & Cocktail Hour. Overall, I’d still say it was a great stay!

The room has a balcony, can view the view, breakfast is basically complete, there is a black brother is very enthusiastic, take the initiative to introduce the surrounding attractions, parking is a valet shuttle, overnight may be 26.5

I have been here to attend a 3-day conference at the conference center next door. Great hotel! VEry clean and modern. I was fortunate to get a room on teh 27th floor wit a view over the water - maginificent. The rooms are clean, large enough, and functional. There are a few decent restaurants in teh hotel and many more at your doorstep. The hotel shop is almost an entire supermarket. If you forgot something at home they have it there! Even all sorts of food. Only (tiny) negative aspect are the elevators. Although there are enough of them on rush hour you may have to wait more than 5 minutes for one to come.
