The appearance of the hotel is very modern. The interior is very retro. The long hair brother at the front desk is very good. It is the incomplete supply of breakfast every day for three days. The overall is still very good. I will continue to stay next time.
Beautiful hotel in great location, right by the river. Perfect for running, biking, walking. We were 3 couples who were there to surprise our girlfriend for her birthday. The rooms were great, and I had a great view of the river. Unfortunately, in the evening, as we returned to the hotel bar, there was mayhem in the lobby and the bar/restaurant. Children were running around wild, jumping onto the furniture, unsupervised, chasing each other, yelling, and posing safety risk for themselves and others. Other children were yelling and screaming in the pool and jacuzzi, which made using any of them unimaginable - all largely unsupervised. Having a conversation among adults was largely impossible, due to these behaviors. No staff member intervened in any way - no expectations posted for using these communal spaces. I am extremely disappointed about my visit and about the amount of $$$ I spent. I would expect such conduct in other, less pricey hotels, but I certainly did not expect that at the Hilton. It was an extremely disappointing visit, due to the out-of-control nature of other guests and their unsupervised children which were left unaddressed by Hilton staff. And that is unexpected for the Hilton chain, where a certain standard of conduct in common spaces is expected. Needless to say, I will likely make a different choice of hotels next time I visit.

I've stayed here many times and this is an updated review. The hotel is a nice style and the rooms are big. I like the set-up and the desk to work. The internet is good. There is a great deal of noticeable noise from the street. Upon checking in I was informed of a $5 housekeeper charge - which considering I was there for one night seemed very odd, and since I would normally leave a housekeeper tip thought was a way of saying, we underpay our housekeepers, so you should pay for them for us. Breakfast would be OK, but the room is too crowded and rushed to enjoy. The coffee is good. I didn't feel a bit of appreciation for being a high-tier Marriott guest. I'll stay again, but I felt some attitude from the moment we were greeted, and I couldn't shake that during the quick stay.
The room was as expected for a Motel 6, clean and well made. The grounds are filthy with trash, gum and cigarette butts on the walk ways, but thats been par for these motels. I can deal with it for the money. The part that I canNOT deal with is being treated with indignant, rude behaviour over a policy that is NOT noted with the booking agent I used. I was taken aback with this motel's unexpected $100 deposit, refundable if theres no room damage. I've stayed in other Motel 6's during these past few years and not once have I ever had to pay a room deposit. So, I (diplomatically) dared to question the policy and thats when the woman who checking me in told me she was going to just cancel my reservation. She didn't ask me if I wanted it canceled. She TOLD ME she was canceling it! This was late at night. I had no where else to go. She had me where she wanted me and I had no choice but to shut up and pay the fee hoping they would refund it without hassle. Fortunately they did and as an insurance I made sure to take pictures of the room as I left it. I understand their reasons for deposit based on other guests bad behavior, but her demeanor about it absolutely was appalling.
It's a older hotel. But rooms are clean.Beds are nice and comfy..New air conditioners.which works very good. Our room had vinyl flooring ,which I loved.Bathroom full tub/shower.goid water pressure .newer flat screen tv.fridge and microwave worked great. It was nice and quiet here.the staff are very nice and helpful.managers on duty are wonderful and super helpful. They offered a nice continental breakfast.Fresh maple bars, coffee, hot cocoa, tea, oatmeal, cereals, fruit,My husband loves donuts so he was there daily.:).It was our first time visiting Wenatchee and we really enjoyed it.We booked an extra night cause there is so much to do.We will definitely be back.It was our 29th anniversary and we had a wonderful time.So if you are ever in Wenatchee and want a clean, affordable hotel,be sure and check it out. :)
Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms and hallways were clean. Staff was always wearing a mask. The complimentary breakfast was lacking, as someone who doesn’t eat meat all they had was scrambled eggs, bacon and fruit cups (packaged in syrup). Bagels or toast would have been nice but I understand it’s a free service. Had to sign up for pool use due to Covid, so we couldn’t use the pool the first night but it was very nice to have it all to ourselves during our time slot we signed up for.

EErvin WuI love IHG hotel. The price is good and amenities are much better than many motels. The front desk was friendly and the breakfast was awesome. We went to Leavenworth for Christmas but the price of hotels in Leavenworth was crazy. Wenatchee will be a good place to consider.
The staff were good and friendly. The beds were fine. The breakfast was good, more than a lot of places at this level. We didn't get maid service when staying for two days but that seems to be standard in a lot of places these days- it was fine but we would have liked fresh towels (we could have asked at the desk I'm sure they would have given us more). The sink faucet in the room needs work- it was very hard to turn on. The hot tub was non-functional- it would have been nice to know that ahead of time but it was fine. It was an average hotel stay with good staff, thank you for your service.
We had the wheelchair accessible room. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was huge. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who has a walker or a wheelchair. The price was amazing. I would not hesitate to stay here again. And it was so close to the Wenatchee Convention center and all the local restaurants.
