GGuest UserI am a coffee lover and breakfast lover that wakes up at 6am. The lack of anything but a crappy keurig tiny paper cup is unacceptable as is the fact that you cannot get coffee with room service and that room service doesn’t come until nearly 830. It should come with an entire carafe of coffee to be decent or at least have glass coffee cups available in the rooms. This is a high end lovely hotel with Terrible breakfast and coffee options for the early riser. Also, the breakfast options are not good - the room service was not good - slimy yogurt in a plastic cup with stale granola and clearly two day old pastries - one of which was inedible with raspberry goo. The orange juice was delicious though. This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed here and may be my last because of this. I’ve tried the breakfast in the coffee shop (which doesn’t open till 730) and in the restaurant and found both of them also pretty crappy. I don’t want a pre made burrito in a cardboard box with my to go coffee at a nice hotel on the ocean. The restaurant was fine but really only has like one or two actual breakfast options the rest are brunch and if you stay more than one night you have the same menu for lunch so choose wisely.

GGuest UserFor whatever reason I couldn't get my booking.com to go through, so we came here directly and the price was slightly lower. It's a pretty run-of-the-mill spot, but we came for the in-room jacuzzi for a treat for my husband and he probably spent 1 1/2 hours in it. It's big and relaxing, plenty of hot water, they supply the bubble bath, and best was that the jacuzzi tub is in the room, not tucked in a bathroom. The shower in the bathroom wasn't great, and I did have trouble understanding the lady at reception, but who cares...my husband had a great soak in a king room that only cost $140!

GGuest UserBefore arrival i requested a double bed room for two nights. Upon arrival I was told my room was double booked and I had to get a single bed room for 4 people. Then magically a two bed room was available after complaining. I was then told that my card had to be ran again because I was not given the two nights requested. Upon entry of the room It was the most disgusting establishment I’ve ever encountered, hair clogging the tub with others peoples Bodily fluid, dirt and grime, paper of some sort all in the drain. I took video of the drain during the process because my time was very limited I was there for a wedding that my whole family was staying in the hotel and we were all from out of town and I live over six hours away and was very tired and needed to shower so I had no choice but to unclog the drain myself and in the process some thing in the drain cut the side of my finger as shown in the video the tool that I was using was not even nowhere near able to cut the side of my finger. I showed the video to the young man at the front desk. He viewed it and made notes. I’ve complained everyday since checking in until today which is almost a whole week later. Still no one has got in touch with me about my complaints. Customer service is a whole issue as well. Don’t know if it was because I am a BLACK TRANS MALE The older female that ran the front during the day time was rude and non emphatic as well as unapologetic to my complaints. I’ve never been treated so poorly. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone let alone stay here ever again. And of course it won’t allow me to add the video.

DDaricevery nice location, nearby shopping mall, service is super nice and allow me to early check in without extra charge. breakfast is very good, coffee, fruits, hot waffles, eggs, yogurt, bread, all you need. The only pitty is the carpet smells terrible, could be dogs are allowed to the rooms.
