The second time I experienced it, I liked the space and energy here even more. The best thing about the resort is that in addition to being close to the beautiful beach, it also has a spacious, quiet swimming pool garden landscape, offering many options for exploration. The first time I came here, the food here was quite good, but the next time I came back I saw that the menu of meals was diverse and the quality was different from the previous time. Will definitely come back!

Disadvantages: The facilities are old, the room lighting is too dark, and the bathroom lighting is darker. Advantages: The swimming pool is a highlight, and there are motorcycles for rent. Let the front desk help call the car at 8 o'clock the next day, but I called at 5 o'clock the next morning.

I booked and got a discount even the first time staying. The owner was really supported to help my find my lost wallet. They made a really good breakfast with omelet and french fries. Clean and well-equipped room that has a windy balcony. Would love to come back when I return to Long Hai

The environment of the entire resort is very beautiful. The double room I booked was very spacious. The double room my friend booked was average in space. Breakfast is also very rich. Overall satisfied. The only small regret is that the mineral water in the room is not free

- The time i got to my room was nearly 3pm. I came there slightly early (11am) since it was a 2d1n trip. Came to a big, well known resort with different facilities, I expected more from their service. First, the receptionists are not welcoming. They checked in for us and kept our passports till check out day, which I found a bit odd, especially as its pay in advance. Then they just told me to wait till the room is ready, without a welcome drink or a suggestion as to what I can do while waiting. I had lunch at the ONE AND ONLY restaurant in the resort - Mermaid Restaurant, even though on their website there are around 6 listed places to go. There were 10 staff standing at that restaurant but no one seemed to be helpful. The restaurant was completely empty, we chose the table near the sea, but one staff came and asked if we can move to a smaller table. Both the restart and cafe charged 5% service fee, but the staff are slow and not attentive (waited 20m for drinks) and took ages for us to pay by card. There wasn’t any benches on their private beach or umbrellas. The pool is just 1,4m deepest. - The location is good and bad. It is right next to the beach but you can’t get any taxi yourself. If you wanna go out, have to ask the receptionist to book for you, and the price is not by miles but by your destination point. - Room on the other hand was spacious and clean. One very good thing here is the pool guys clean the pool area all the time so it is very clean, and there was also a beach guard watching for your safety.

This place is worth a place to relax after the hustle and bustle of life. Staff, reception are very enthusiastic and dth. Clean rooms, new equipment, European style is my favorite point. The sea is beautiful, the swimming pool is clean, large and beautiful, but the minus point is that the restaurant does not have many diverse dishes and is a bit expensive but it's okay. My family will be back
