First time staying at this property. Great experience. From the friendly and welcoming check in staff to the helpful and ever willing to go the extra mile breakfast staff. The location of the Hotel and views make it look like you are in another country. Very safe location of the Hotel. Walking distance to Canal walk. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return to this property in future.

New apartment hotel, walking distance to the shopping center near the hotel, there are many dining inside, good value for money. Breakfast is very rich. Half an hour from the airport, the industrial park is nearby, the environment is good

Not a great hotel. Rooms are very small and bathrooms even smaller. Also carpets are dirty and dusty. I was particularly upset with housekeeping. I left my room at 9am and saw them on the floor, right outside my room actually. Went to have the not so good breakfast (runny scrambled eggs and dry bacon) and returned 30min later. I noticed the towels were taken as well as a pillowcase from one of the pillows. I decided to leave and give housekeeping a chance to clean, I returned at 2pm (5 HOURS LATER) to find my room still not serviced! I proceeded to get ready for my event and housekeeping knocked on my door, wanting to service my room then. Told them to return to my room at 5pm when I have left. Needless to say they never came back but instead lied to the manager saying they came at 5:15pm and u was “in the room”. My transfer to my event was at my hotel at 16:30pm. I was at my work event at 5pm! Shocking the lies! I left very disappointed and won’t return! I did report this to the manager, who apologized. Will share this experience with my colleagues as well.

Really enjoyed my stay: right from the location in the heart of Cape Town, airport transfer, the welcome note on the Tv. screen in the Hotel (talk of a hyper-personalized customer experience), the sumptuous gourmet breakfast (boy, I loved it), very friendly staff (Newgen, Stephen & Zee) and serene location adjacent to the beautiful Century City canal and the stunning Ratanga Park. Absolutely loved it, and can't wait to return!

Really enjoyed my stay: right from the location in the heart of Cape Town, airport transfer, the welcome note on the Tv. screen in the Hotel (talk of a hyper-personalized customer experience), the sumptuous gourmet breakfast (boy, I loved it), very friendly staff (Newgen, Stephen & Zee) and serene location adjacent to the beautiful Century City canal and the stunning Ratanga Park. Absolutely loved it, and can't wait to return!

GGuest UserCet hôtel est très agréable, à la fois compte tenu du personnel accueillant et prévenant, mais aussi car les chambres sont très bien aménagées, grandes et confortables. Le design est audacieux, avec une originalité dans l'ambiance et la disposition. La douche est un tube de 1.2 mètres de diamètre, placée en plein milieu de la pièce. Il est vrai que l'accès à l'évier et à la baignoire n'est pas optimum, mais il y a un effet WAOUH. Le lit placé face à l'énorme baie vitrée permet un sentiment d'être quasiment dehors. Suivant l'emplacement de la chambre la vue est belle sur Table Mountain Au niveau de l'insonorisation c'est très calme. Coté petit déjeuner, c'est plutôt bon, avec la possibilité de se faire servir une omelette (avec plein d'ingrédients si on le désire) cuisinée devant vous, ou d'obtenir des oeufs au plat ou oeufs brouillés. Puis bien sur tout ce qu'il faut pour un petit déjeuner continental. Le personnel veille toujours à ce que tout soit parfait. Pour finir vous êtes sur Canal Walk, donc tous les magasins sont à proximité (Grand Centre Commercial à 250 mètres) mais vous pouvez aussi vous balader le long du canal, ou bien aller prendre un verre sur les quelques terrasses autour. Il y a un espace Piscine surplombant l'hôtel ainsi qu'un espace Spa, pour ceux qui le souhaitent.

Excellent location with Mall 5 minute walk away and town, waterfront, Plumstead all only £5 taxi ride away (working on 22 ZAR to £) Thank you once more would highly recommend.

The location of the Hotel and views make it look like you are in another country. Very safe location of the Hotel. Walking distance to Canal walk. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return to this property in future.

GGuest UserNot a great hotel. Rooms are very small and bathrooms even smaller. Also carpets are dirty and dusty. I was particularly upset with housekeeping. I left my room at 9am and saw them on the floor, right outside my room actually. Went to have the not so good breakfast (runny scrambled eggs and dry bacon) and returned 30min later. I noticed the towels were taken as well as a pillowcase from one of the pillows. I decided to leave and give housekeeping a chance to clean, I returned at 2pm (5 HOURS LATER) to find my room still not serviced! I proceeded to get ready for my event and housekeeping knocked on my door, wanting to service my room then. Told them to return to my room at 5pm when I have left. Needless to say they never came back but instead lied to the manager saying they came at 5:15pm and u was “in the room”. My transfer to my event was at my hotel at 16:30pm. I was at my work event at 5pm! Shocking the lies! I left very disappointed and won’t return! I did report this to the manager, who apologized. Will share this experience with my colleagues as well.
